Waiting 6 hours for AAA to help tow us. Called Bubba's instead at 10:30 PM and had someone out within 25 minutes. They were super nice and courteous.

We knew as soon as a friendly voice answered the phone we were going to be very pleased with this company! I explained we lived in Bryan Ohio and we needed a tow from Toledo. Within 30 minutes our driver Ryan was to the rescue! He did great dealing with two caffeinated, anxiety ridden, stressed out women just angry we didn't make it to Sam's Club I almost died when I heard the price BUT we were an hour from home, alongside 475, and on a Sunday afternoon. Best Uber service ever

Bubba's frequently tows vehicles for me through work. Always punctual and have great communication. You can tell they take pride in what they do and always do a great job. They take great care to ensure the vehicles are secured properly and no damage. Joe, Todd, Scott all are great guys to work with in the field and all the office staff is always helpful as well.

Went in for both front brake pads and one rotor, came out with over $5500 bill. On top of that I waited almost a month to get my truck back. Was told they checked all over for parts that were cheaper and quick shipping but took me only minutes to find a much better deal and delivery that day. In return, I was treated very poorly by the staff, ignored and given attitude over the phone when checking in on progress. When these issues were brought up to the attention to others on staff, they could care less, they got their money and that's all they wanted. Wish I never would have went here. I highly suggest you try somewhere else. I should have known seeing the other comments here and company denying and arguing with reviews.

Great group of people quick friendly they really impressed me, mobile truck mechanics are bad service providers. Bubbas, would give them 10 stars if I could. This guys save me yesterday from paying from towing and other shop strange fees my truck yesterday give me a warning and it was saying low on def lady on the phone told me very good price for guy to come do diagnostic and try to fix the truck he did come and it take him about 15 min maybe and he did it he told me what was the problem and he program my truck I had 4 warnings on it and truck did not drive so was best $400 I spent cus I call other shops there price was only to come about 600 plus I already drive 800 plus miles and def working the way it has to work thank you guys

I needed a 50 mile tow and AAA sent out Bubbas towing and I was very satisfied. They did a great and safe job loading and unloading my car, and Brett was very professional.

Company is very dishonest and deceitful. Charged outrageous price to tie my truck and trailer when they told me they would beat anyone else price. Worked out a payment plan to get equipment back with a contract and then they changed their mind. Keep asking with emails and phone calls to get equipment back and they never responded. Ended up losing it to them. Never was given paperwork or letter. Everything they did from start to finish was wrong. Owner Jeannie is very much a crook and liar along with Victoria her daughter. They claim to be a Christian establishment but they are far from that. Never ever should you use them they will lie and charge you for anytime g and everything even stuff that doesn t need done. You ever buy a new car in Ohio and then get a flat while on the drive home... back to Chicago?! No, just me? Well of course it happened and these guys were absolutely the best! They were professional, careful, and put my mind at ease. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Left me stranded on the side of the road. Told me I was low priority and to become a higher priority I would need to have a car hit my already broken down car. After waiting 2 hours I was told it was going to be another 90 minutes. When I asked if that was a real time or just something they said when they don t know she told me she was going to cancel the request from AAA. Literally left me in the middle of a round-about stranded. Multiple cars nearly hit me during the ordeal. This is a company that. Wry obviously doesn t care. They make more money from customers who call directly so the AAA calls are treated as less important. With Bubba people don t matter. Only making the most money does.

Great experience. He service truck showed up fast on a Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend. The bill was less than their competitor who wasn't willing to fix me up until Tuesday. I had deer damage and needed my main air line spliced. Highly recommend!

Bubba's really came through and took care of mom! After getting stranded on Central Avenue and faced with a potential tow to a local dealership, Dakota was instead able to diagnose the problem and perform a quick repair to get her on the way safely. I just watched them on YouTube assist Chaos Divers in a vehicle recovery out of a river run off area. They donated their time to help clean up the environment. Great job guys.

My husband and I broke down in Ohio on the turnpike on our way home to Indiana. We were strapped for money as we needed a tow for 190 miles and they worked with us so we could make it home to my children! They went above and beyond to help us out! Amazing service! My sister and I were driving from Indiana to East Coast when we blew a tire on the toll road in Ohio. We contacted Bubba's for assistance in getting the spare tire put on the car. The driver arrived within a half an hour and not only changed the tire but also gave us contact information for two nearby tire shops. Friendly, helpful and fast service. Want to give Bubba s towing a HUGE SHOUT OUT. On Monday 4/3/23 I was stranded on the turnpike headed west to Chicago had been waiting for roadside from some place else to dispatch someone out. I seen a Bubbas truck heading eastbound and an hour later he was coming back westbound and pulled over to ask me if I needed help. I explained to him my situation and he told me he could have me up and running in a few minutes as long as the part in question wasn t shot he was positive it was just a few loose bolts. I said ok have at it and it was fixed in minutes just as he said. I asked him how much do I owe you and he said let me call boss man and see since you didn t call us out here I stopped by to check on you. He came back and told me they were paying it forward. I wish I could remember the man s name I was so concerned about being on the side of the road so long with my son that I forgot to ask. They got us back on the road and we made it back home to Chicago. I want to thank the guy that stopped and whoever told him to pay it forward you guys are hands down the best and if I ever have issues with my rig again I m definitely calling Bubbas

Never would use this place it is a joke. They make you jump threw impossible hoops to get your car out . Not only that charge 100. Just to get your personal belongings out of your car not to mention you need to show proof of ownership but have forbid it be in the glovebox where you normally keep these things. And storage rates are outrageous . No it was not my car it was my Daughter's car . She was the one picking up her car . But I was helping her . And what is up with you charging a 7.75 interest rate .Service: Car towing

Outstanding speed of tire change and they were able to work me in and complete ac repairs at shop for a reasonable cost considering it s Saturday.(Note: I had my parts for ac repair.

They showed up within 15 minutes. Before I knew it my car was up on the flat bed and ready to go. Gentleman was awesome. Couldn t ask for better service. When driving to the destination he wasn t driving all crazy. Taking it nice and slow. He took such good care of my leased car. Works recommend this tow service company to everyone. On 4/2/22 they towed my pickup and trailer 3-4 miles on a rollback and charged me $196.01. Price is considerably high especially considering that I unhooked my trailer from my truck, hooked it up to the tow truck's ball and unhooked it from the tow truck after arriving at destination. This also included a $7.45 charge for a non cash fee even though I used a debit card which is normally treated as cash. They towed me to a gas station that was closed at night even though I asked if there were 24 hour open options. They said they knew of none even though I later found several options relatively close by on my phone. This resulted in spending several hours freezing in my non running truck waiting for the store to open. During the tow, they had me ride in the back seat and they had the front windows open the whole tow although it was 34 degrees out and a light drizzle. They kept them open even though I asked about them. Absolutely no consideration for a freezing customer. Can not recommend due to high prices and poor customer service.Service: Car towing

Devon was awesome driving me all over trying to fix my truck. There isnt many people like that in this world.
