Called them and stopped by 4/10/24. Spoke with Mike both times and him and everyone down there were great to work with. Mike went out of his way to look for the part I was looking for. Great prices and great ppl. First time going and purchasing from there. First place I'm calling from now on.

I Needed an alternator for an 07 Honda Odyssey. I spoke with a guy named Scott who had one pulled and ready for me by the end of the day. Great guy !Great place !Great price !Looking forward do doing more business with Scott and Ohio Auto Recycling in the future.

These guys offer some of the best customer service I've received from a used parts dealer. I own a used car lot and have dealt with most of the major yards in the tri-state and these guys have their act together. They have a great website that made it super easy to find what i was looking for. It had several pictures of the hood I was shopping for and their chat feature made it easy to get more pictures and information. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was friendly, prompt and helpful. They were also able to have my parts ready the next day. The icing on the cake, they have pretty competitive pricing too. I will definitely be reaching back out next time I'm looking for parts.

This is a great business to deal with. From the ease of using the website, to pick listing the parts, to ordering the parts. and then picking up the parts. The whole experience was seamless. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. Plus the parts are very reasonable.

I was there today at the location on south Cleveland avenue in Mogadore and they treat you with respect and give you the best quality of work they possibly can and if you ever need any parts that are expensive elsewhere I would highly recommend this place their prices are great! Very helpful staff and fast and honest. Thank you again for a great experience at your business.

Let me start by saying Mike and JoAnn are Absolutely Amazing!They will have about any hard to find part you may need And at a very reasonable price. The best part though is the Customer Service after the sale. It is just not a sale and they are finished. Then they make sure your completey satisfied and the customer service is unbelievable. I highly recommended dealing with Ohio Auto Recycling. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The worst experience I ever had took a dodge grand caravan went to get check owner was at lunch 10-15 minutes. Almost an hour later no check I asked for the key back they wouldn't give them to me.Agreed upon cost per Joanne was $350.00 with hitch employee not there $300.00 on there quote. Unresponsive to customer impolite not professional. Call mogadore police

Customer service was amazing and I m not even saying that just to say it ! They were very kind and helped load everything not only that but they made sure everything was well protected for my ride home !!!!! I absolutely recommend this spot for all car part needs !!!!!!

They people at Ohio auto recycling had just what I needed. I literally called 20 different junkyards in a 45 mile radius and one that I called referred me to them. Thanks interstate for helping me find my part.

Great bunch of guys here. Purchased a few used parts since they opened. Had a flat tire today and needed to fill an air tank. Gas station pump wouldn t do it. I stopped in there and they got me setup right away. Thanks again!

Awesome people, very nice. I had called all of canton and new Philly Ohio for a specific rim for my g6. No one had it in stock and then I called them and they had one in stock. Come to find out they specialize in Pontiac parts. Will recommend this place to any1

4/13/23: Update: I had to return the part cause it didn t fix my problem. The return process was easy. You must have the actual card you charged on when doing return. Which is required by most all stores. I RECOMMEND THIS RECYCLING SPOT HANDS DOWN. Customer service is 5 star.4/12/23: Service was great and the people were really nice. The part had to be return because it had same issues as my part. I will use them again for sure.

Absolutely amazing and helpful! We were in a tuff situation with our vehicles and the staff was more than knowledgeable, helpful, kind and upbeat. These are people who love their job and love helping their customers. I want to give a special thanks to Joann Tabanji. She was the one that we spoke to the most. It was a pretty busy day for her and she was still polite and and very helpful, plus kudos for the multitasking. Keep up the amazing work, Thank you all at Ohio Auto Recycling!

I recommend going here ! Had help from Mike Kurkey he was amazing quick and very friendly. I was looking for a strut for my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe & got a used but like new strut for $53 bucks !!! Awesome service

I reached out regarding parts for a vehicle they had in the yard, they were honest about the condition and offered to source the parts I was looking for. Ohio Auto Recycling went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to search other yards and find me the parts I needed at a fair price. They communicated with me every step of the way and notified me as soon as the parts came in. I thought their pricing was extremely fair and will definitely be contacting them again for future needs.
