I dropped my vehicle off Sunday afternoon and left the keys and description in the drop box. They got to it early Monday morning and notified me of the issue and had it taken care of by the afternoon. Terry and his crew do a great job and always provide a detailed summary of what needs done and has been done when finished.

This is a very good garage that I can easily recommend to anyone. The owner Terry is honest, knows cars, and charges very competitive prices. You will be thankful when he becomes your mechanic.

This review is long overdue. Several cars - from my toaster oven to the Sub-ee, and several others. HONEST. RELIABLE. DEPENDABLE. They have been taking care of my truck for years.They know me by my first name and do their best to get me in as soon as possible.They are close to home and tell me what my truck needs and how much longer I can let things go and what needs taken care of next.After 118 thousand miles my truck still drives and runs like it was new.Use your own judgement but this is where I take my vehicles.

Charlie told me $5k for a new engine on my Chevy Equinox. I towed my car to them, Terry calls and tells me it'll be $6,800 now because the engine price went up. In 2 days it jumped $1,800 once they had my car. They're scammers. Rip off artists. Absolute garbage business. 0/5 if possible.

My car's left tires kept losing air. I took it to Charlie's Garage and Terry and his crew were able to find and fix the leaking air valves. What a relief! I thought I would have to replace both tires. Not a great experience but judging by the amount of 5 star reviews I must be an outlier. I called Charlie's 1 week ago to ask about dropping my truck off for some work. They said they were booked, could look at it next week if I drop it off Monday night. I said ok great. I drop off my truck the next week on a Monday night. Called Tuesday afternoon just for an update and the gentlemen tells me well I can't get to it until next week we're booked up this week. Well that is what I was told the week prior. Then he mentioned something about making an appointment and nobody had mentioned that the week prior. We leaving for vacation the end of this week and was hoping trying to have some maintenance done prior to a long drive. Oh well. Not sure if I'll try again or not. 2 stars bc the gentleman was nice on the phone.

I have lived in the area for 13 yrs. When I bought the place I seen a repair shop and thought to myself "How convenient a garage 5 miles from my house, I wonder if they are any good?" It was a few years after that I had to take one of my vehicles to get repaired. I HAVE FOUND MY GARAGE. I can do some repairs myself but it is nice to know that if I do not have time, do not feel like taking on a repair, or just need some advise Terry and the crew are there to help out.I have not had a bad experience with Charlie's and have sent both my brother and nephew there.Keep up the good work and customer service.

I have to give a shout out to Charlie's Garage! I have to be a magnet for screws in my car tires, and there is nothing worse than having a flat tire in the cold with my young daughters with me. The guys at Charlie's were a tremendous help!! I highly recommend them!! 5 star service and really good people!!

EXCELLENT service; couldn't ask for a better price! I showed up at quittin' time, and these gentlemen took me in with no appointment, rapidly repaired my truck, and did NOT overcharge me. I am very impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and neighborliness.

This is a reliable local mechanic. If you take your car here regularly, you can expect to have good communication with them about your vehicles problems and expect an honest observation of your car's condition.I believe that the prices are higher than average; however, in this industry you get what you pay for, and I'm willing to absorb the extra ~15% for quick and effective labour than to take it to a no-name budget shop. There is a reason that the lot here is always full.

Took truck in and they did slot of work on front end. Very reasonable prices and did great work. They did suck a great job my father took his car there because it would not pass E Check they fixed it and it passed. I will take my car or truck there anytime it has a problem and know it will be fixed correctly.

Great Honest Servive, every time I go to Charlie s I leave knowing my vehicles were serviced correctly. 6 years ago when we moved into the area, another shop actually referred me to Charlie s because of the work I needed done on a truck that I bought to pull a boat, and have been going to Charlie s ever since. I highly recommend them to all!

What a great place to get your car worked on! Friendly on the phone and in person. Its a Honest and stand up garage. By far one of the best places I'm taking my car to get worked on and they stand behind their work. After taking my car there once I decided why take my car anywhere else.

A repair shop you can really trust. They do exactly what is needed, won't try to sell you more than you need, and their prices are fair. Terry is a great guy. I recommend Charlie's highly.
