Went in this morning and asked the guy behind the counter if they did headlight replacement service, he said they don t offer that service unless it s an easy job and the customer has to be a woman. He said he would look at it, and we walked outside and I popped the hood. The guy guy said all you have to do is blah blah blah blah, and he turned n walked back inside the store without saying another word to me. The guy was really rude and his customer service skills were absent to say the least.I ve probably spent more than $350 in that store since it opened, but this was the last time I ll ever go in there; and I m going to tell everyone I know about the terrible experience I had and we will see how many more customers this guy ran off with his bad service. I ll buy my headlight at Walmart and put it in myself.

We were in Minster Ohio and my daughter's car wouldn't start. We went to O'Reilly's to see what they could do to help us. Jay figured out the problem, replaced the battery, and did his darndest to find us the best deal. We walked away feeling so good about the service. I live in Sidney and I definitely will go to O'Reilly's when I need help. Thank you Jay!!!! SincerelyConnie Baker

We specifically go to the Minsters O' Reilly's. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Davie is the best for accommodating your needs.
