Ed and the guys at the shop are amazing. Very professional and thorough. Sent my father-in-law's car there to have a head gasket repair. Great communication keeping us updated on repair and associated costs. Job done in a timely manor and done properly. They were very knowledgeable and took their time to explain what was wrong with my car. They also sent me a detailed text with what was wrong and the urgency of each issue ( whether it could wait a little while or needed attention asap) and I could choose which services I wanted to have done before they work on your vehicle. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone that needs auto repair. The prices seemed fair also.

Very courteous and knowledgeable employees that really take the time to take care of you and your vehicle in a timely manner. I would recommend to anybody needing mechanical work done on their vehicle. They have very good and knowledgeable technicians that seem to really care about your vehicle and get the problems resolved the first time.

As a single woman with no mechanical knowledge whatsoever, I always dread taking my car in for needed repair. I can never be sure I m not being told something expensive needs to be done, or worse, that the work that is done won t be top quality. AutoDiagRX has solved that dilemma for me. EdTrapp is extremely knowledgeable, up front and honest, and dedicated to getting your repairs done in a timely manner. I recommend AutoDiagRx without reservation! First time going to these guys. Ed was great! He explained everything to me, He made sure I understood everything that needed to be done and why. Very professional, diagnosed vehicle and found a few other issues we were unaware of, then contacted us for approval of what we wanted fixed. Whole process just took a few days to complete. Best auto shop experience I've ever had. They will list every single thing that needs fixing and you can choose what to fix. Easy interface. And he didn't try to upsell or be a salesman at all. It is so refreshing to have a highly qualified place to take your vehicle even if it was over 350 miles away. I ended up saving $2 a mile at least by having AutoDiagRX handle my 100K check up and related maintenance. My current dealer is priced so high as to be unreasonable in my opinion. Ed's shop, compared to the competition, is over $20 an hour cheaper and his flat rates are much better too. The extra touch of taking me to the rental place and picking me up a week later is just one small example of how attentive he is to customers needs. Arranging to find the parts for repair, going over my vehicle from bumper to bumper and doing those often overlooked items like the cabin air filter are reasons I find explementary of his dedication to excellence. My AC worked 100% better from just changing that often missed maintenance item. I had tires, timing belt, water pump, plugs, AC line, all fluids, and a detail job that was excellent. I feel I'm good for another 100K after this visit.
