Update: Still a great place to get your car washed and oil changed. Very reasonable!! Great place to get an oil change and get your car washed. I prefer to manually wash my car most of the time. Yesterday I was happily surprised when water was hot coming from the sprayer. Much thanks and kudos for hot water on cold days. **Still enjoy washing my car here!

About a month and a half ago took for an oil change and just found out no oil in my car after a few hundred miles had a mechanic look at it and it destroyed alot of things on my car. Reached out to one the owners and nothing was done. He acted as he had no idea how it happened as I told him how it happened and how the mechanic told me they didn't do a job that should have been done correctly would give no stars if I could what a horrible company and to not try and fix it.

This space age touch free car wash far exceeds the local competition. Both in pressure and efficiency. And its cheaper than the other local touch free car washes. I will be going back!

A mistake or miscommunication was made with my my vehicle that my dealership had to correct. I called Valley Wash & Lube to notify them of the situation and to see if it could be resolved. The owner, Tom, returned my call by leaving a rude voicemail which then turned into him being nasty and condescending to me over the phone when I called him back to further go over the situation. Horrible customer service - telling me I was in the wrong, and obviously they cannot provide trustworthy vehicle services.

They have reasonably priced oil changes that include a full car wash. The hand bays are also very convenient, and can be used with a card card in addition to quarters.

Tried calling this business 5 different times on 5 different days to ask the price of their oil changes. Not once did an employee answer the phone. Guess I'll take my car somewhere that actually wants business.

As soon as we pulled into the bay a woman came to us and told us we couldn't rince off the snow on our car. Wich is a Cadillac escalade, we can't reach the roof with a snow brush. No mud no dirt just snow. So we just left. Ridiculous!

My grandson took me here and I thought that it was pretty neat for the price I already paid for an oil change that I got a free wash to go with it I recommend it anywhere

New to the area and got my oil changed here on Friday awesome guys and great service. Hospitality i even got a ten dollar car wash with my oil change how awesome ill defintly be back and reccomding this place to family and friends thanks for the awesome service on my oil change and awesome car wash happy holidays to all

Accepts credit card for the do it yourself car wash. $5 per swipe. Not sure for how long and I couldn't see the timer numbers.

Clean place. Pressure was strong and above average. Suds brush effective, quarters or swipe a card. Just the place I needed, will be back.
