I purchased a used Lincoln Nautilus from Nick at Loudon Motors Ford. It might have been the easiest auto purchase I have ever done. We did all the paperwork online and the vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived. I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes completing the deal. I had been looking for weeks at different sites and dealerships and this was by far the best price I saw. I hope I'm as satisfied with the car down the road as I was with the service and attention I received.

Recently bought F-150. Seth Loudon is the man!!! Can t explain how easy of a process he made this. I live in Ky and had a 4 hours drive up there. He did everything he could to make my experience the best it could possibly be. Personal walk around videos, anything I asked or sent him he was on top of it! I ve bought a lot of vehicles in my day, but this was by far my best experience! This family owned business is one of a kind! Everything went super smooth! I Can t thank all of you all enough for the honesty and hospitality!

Andy at Loudon Ford made this one of the best and easiest buying experiences I ve ever had! I live out of state 2.5 hours away and we did everything through email and text. He sent a link so I could upload several pictures of the vehicle I was trading in and I got a fair trade offer in seconds! Then I submitted my credit app online and they got me a better rate than I was prequalified for on my own. Late Monday evening we finalized the deal on the with a quick phone call and I drove to the dealer Tuesday morning to test drive and sign. Couldn t have been easier! Andy and the finance manager were very friendly and got me in and out in no time!

I just purchased my bronco sport last week! Seth and Loudon Ford were the nicest and easiest people to work with when it's such a stressful time. The dealership I tried working with before them made me cry the whole way home. When I went to Loudon and met Seth, he said he would make sure I didn't have the same experience. Being a single mom and working so hard for everything I have, this was a dream to finally get the car I wanted for so long. Hands down best dealership on the east coast. This dealership is the only place that actually makes you feel like a part of their family. I can't wait to go there for my next bronco. They went above and beyond to make me feel not like just another dollar. I will make sure they get my business everytime. Working with Seth was a joy and a pleasure. I recommend reaching out to him for all your car purchases.

Josh Peebles is our sales guy.. always! He has helped my family with two cars now and I couldn t be more happy! He is very down to earth and understanding he works hard FOR YOU. Sometimes that s hard to find in a car salesman. I would recommend him to anyone! Loudon motors has been a great experience for us as well as a dealership great teamwork!

Found my dream truck at Loudon Motors and even though we live in FL, we took the 16 hour trip to OH to purchase my truck. Our sales representative, Zach, was an absolute pleasure from the first conversation to the minute he handed us the keys!! If you re looking for some beautiful trucks at a great price please do yourself a favor and check them out! Not the typical dealership, no one there was pushing us into something we didn t want. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I ve ever experienced! Thank you all so so much for making my dreams come true!

Safe to drive??? I recently changed my front control arms and tie rod ends. So I needed a alignment and I figured while it was there I would have my transmission fluid flushed and filled. So after Loudon Ford of Minerva completed the alignment I had a noticeable metal on metal knock when I hit bumps in the front end. So I tell them they have had the car twice now and both times they can hear the knock but can't figure out what it is. I've been told that it is safe to drive but they don't know what it is! To make a long story short I've spent 1500$ just to get a hard knocking sound in my front end. I would not recommend Loudon Ford of Minerva to anyone! I'M Editing this a couple weeks later cause you write to contact Jonathon the service manager but he hasn't returned any of my 3 calls back? Kinda hard to resolve this with no call backs?

I recently had my work truck totaled out and was looking for another cheap small truck to replace it with. I didn't realize how hard it was going to be to find a decent small truck in my price range that was going to be reliable enough to do what I needed it to do. I found a nice looking older Dodge Dakota at Loudon for a price I could afford. Since the dealership is about an hour away I wanted to make sure it was still available. Seth went above and beyond. He responded quickly and also sent me a video of the truck and pointed out every flaw he could find with it. I made an appointment to come out and see it the next morning. Even though I was buying the cheapest vehicle on the lot I was treated very well and was surprised with the service offered to me. When I need to buy a vehicle in the future I will not hesitate to give them my business again!!

Josh was a very nice sales rep and in no way pushy. He seems passionate about his job and I felt very comfortable talking to him. The price of the car I recently bought was also a perfect price. Totally worth the 1 hour and 30 min drive here.

We were interested in a specific kind of vehicle, and found it at Loudon. Zach was our salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful! He helped us with every feature and question we had about this vehicle. The little hiccups throughout the process were handled professionally and quickly. I've hated buying vehicles, but he made it easy and painless. Wonderful dealership with great employees. Zach was great! Don't be a stranger, go check them out. I am already loving my 2018 Explorer!

While walking to the front door from my car a salesman stopped what he was doing to greet me. Very courteous staff. Every time I walked through the front door someone open it for me. Josh was the salesman who had a great personality. Knew the truck I was interested in and answered all my questions. Patient. Overall it was a good experience. I had stopped at some lots prior and wasn t as impressed with the hospitality. I purchased a truck while there. They were a little flexible with the cost. Competitive pricing. Thank you.

This is our second purchase with London. Josh and the the rest of the sales team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to answer every question and provide options that fit all of our needs. I recently bought a 1992 Ford F-150 Lariat exrended cab XLT SB from Loudon Motors Ford in Minerva, OH.Communication was not existent when I was not there and it needed to be rendered. My car salesman got sick before I arrived to test drive the vehicle, yet I was not told. Gas was not put into the vehicle before the test drive, and the dealership knowing this called me 10 minutes into my test drive to check on my gas level...stating it was low and intimating it shouldn't have been, yet it still was when I took delivery 3 days later.Having had experience as a car salesman in the past, we always filled the customer's tank full of gas for their very 1st fill up before they took delivery of their vehicle. Here I got 5 gallons, not even enough to push the needle past E, and that was supposed to take me a 45 minute drive from Minerva, OH to Massillon, OH. When called to address the issue with my salesperson, he got flippant with me and said 'well many dealerships are doing thimat these days'. This dealership (Loudon Motors Ford, Minerva, OH) is clearly a follower, not a trend setter, save it be a bad trend.Further, they got the year wrong on my temporary vehicle registration (tag) because they said their machine can't process tags properly for vehicles older than the year 2000. After talking with them about this, they said the VIN is all that I need, and they confirmed it with me.Needless to say, I am very inclined to do my car/truck buying business elsewhere in the future.

I contacted Andy about a used 2018 F-150 that I was interested in. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot, being I live 6.5 hours away from their dealership. The truck was as described, and the buying process was absolutely amazing. If you re looking for a dealership to give your business, look no further, and ask for Andy!

Loudon Motors for you guys. Do you wanna see real deals for Ford This is the dealer for you guys. They've really really beautiful Ford F 150's 250's 350's Shelby's trust me they've very good deals. All employees sales reps are very friendly and helpful. I was dealing Josh and Mike with below I took pictures shelby cobra 2023. Seth was great to work! It took us a couple of vechiles to find one that would work for me. He was always in contact with me and letting me know what was going on. The truck i purchased is great! He had it out front and waiting so I could look at. Walked thru all the process and explained everything. Was busy at the time I was there but he kept making sure thru the process I was ok and everything was going good. The whole team there is great. Thank you Seth!

Josh Peebles did a great job as our sales consultant at Loudon Motors Ford. The people at the dealership were very helpful and nice. We drove over a hundred miles to get to the dealership and sometimes you worry about numbers discussed over the phone being different when you get there. But everything discussed was part of the deal. Great Experience for my wife and I, Thanks!

Everything started off wonderful with this dealership, until we tried to put a down payment to hold 2 trucks we were trying to purchase, and we were told we couldn't do that while we waited for our bank to do the loan. Then once they received the wire from our bank, they wouldn't return calls for 2 days until we asked to speak to management, then when delivering the vehicles to us, they didn't let us know they were over an hour behind schedule, until we called them to see where they were. Then they told us we were in the wrong as customers, and they couldn't wait for the transaction to be completed. Definitely would not recommend people to purchase from them, as a business owner you do whatever it takes to make you're customer happy, especially if it's as easy as communication. Just bummed we didn't feel any care from management.
