I searched and searched and was so glad that I made the call to Chevrolet of Millersburg! I spoke with Gavin and he was not pushy at all! When I got there I had a used car in mind and after their GM Chuck looked at what I wanted offered me a deal on a 2024 I could not say no to! The whole staff was awesome! They made the whole experience memorable! If you are looking for a fantastic deal make the visit to Chevrolet of Millersburg and ask for Gavin! It will be the best car buying experience you will have!

So I took my car to this dealership with full confidence that they would help me, as my father has been in the car business for years and works at a Chevy dealership himself. I told them first hand I had a throttle position sensor that needed replaced. After telling me it would be an hour fix they had my car for 4 days and I received no phone call. So I called them myself and asked what the status was on my car and they told me it was ready. I paid them $272 and they didn t replace the part they did something else. I m not sure where the miscommunication was or what happened? But I took their word for it which was a mistake, because my husband picks it up on Monday and not even 10 minutes into driving it, it starts doing the SAME thing, it s not accelerating and it s saying that the engine power is reduced. I drive a 2013 Chevy Cruze. My dad calls them and they tell him that they didn t replace the part and they had just reprogrammed my car or something like that. I don t know much about cars, the only reason I knew what was going on is because I had it diagnosed at an auto parts store. I took my car in for a second time on Wednesday and they charged me $280 to replace the part, after paying $272 for them to do the complete opposite of what I needed. I m very disappointed, and that is poor business in my opinion.

We traveled from out of state to look at a truck, Tylor was a major help and made the trip worth it! I would recommend this dealership to anyone very easy to work with! Tylor was a great salesman and very personable! If you need a vehicle he s your guy!

General sales manager Chris apparently doesn t know Customer Service. He told me to be respectful when we re talking about a price on a car and then he proceeded to tell me that I was cutting him off. I wasn t. He hung up on me stay clear away from this dealership they re very unprofessional And stay away from Ryan the salesman and stay clear away especially from Chris. Apparently he doesn t like to talk about price on a car because of my age and ethnicity run away from this dealership

Everybody stay clear away from Chris, the GSM and Ryan the salesman very rude and condescending. They told me from the start that if I am capable of purchasing a vehicle. And asked me if I was sure that I could afford it. I took my business to another Chevy store. I m enjoying my new Chevy Tahoe. Thanks to Chevy of alliance.

The issue was an unusual, odd, situation with the infomat system. The clock, GPS, and compass were not working. James Wood and the other personnel at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. They listened to my description if the problem and got me checked in quickly. At one point during my wait a service tech came out to ask another question to clarify the problem. Soon it was determined what the problem was and that a new module would need to be ordered. They called the next day when the part came in and were very accommodating to help me arrange a new appointment to fit my schedule. When I arrived I was again greeted warmly. About one half hour after my scheduled time, the issue was fixed and I was on my way home. I commend James and all of the other service personnel for their excellent service.

Both the salesman that I spoke with over the phone and the one who provided us with service while we were there were excellent. They were not only knowledgeable, but took the time to explain the entire process as well as the specifics of my new car to me! You can tell that the entire team works together as a family and I couldn t ask for a better car buying experience. Not only did the team go above and beyond, but the puppy at your financing desk made the boring paperwork aspect much more enjoyable.

They wasted our day. They explained how they work with people. They explained their profit margin. We show them the same vehicle, a year newer & less miles, they said they can't go down to that price. They were very arrogant and said, "You can get this one now & you do not have to drive." Also we found that there document fee is higher than the other dealership.Disappointed! I suggest driving a few miles and save thousands.

Stopped by to look at some used trucks.Gavin suggested with how the numbers were on the used ones I might be better of getting a new truck. He told me what they had available and I picked out which truck was suitable for my construction company. Great atmosphere with no pressure. Gavin Mooneyham did a great job!

I found a 2019 Ford F150 online at this dealership I wanted to purchase. I live about 1.5 hours away. I asked Gavin my salesman to hold it for me and that I was 99% certain I was going to purchase the truck. His sales manager said NO, he would not hold it, unless I was 100% sure. I said nothing is 100%. I could get run over by a truck on my way there.The following Monday they still had the truck for sale. I asked for it to be delivered to me which they did. Little did I know it needed new tires @$750 and the seats were not cleaned and looked horrible. on top of that the tailgate was hard to put down and now it will not work at all. I asked for the sales manager to call me three times. He never did call. I expected more from a truck that costs over 28K.

Over priced and they can never repair an issue on there first attempt. Took 3 tries and 400$ to fix a leaking tire.

Will never go back here again. Claim they inspect their vehicles. Took my car to shop 3 months after buying it and they said my shocks were destroyed and leaking and had the AC checked and the AC only blew hot air. Warranty doesn't cover shocks "because it's a wearable repair" even though I've barely drove it!! Their "inspection" of cars before sale is non-existent so beware!!!

Arrived about 12:45 for scheduled recall service on my 2019 GMC 22500 HD for engine block heater. Was checked in immediately, shown where the waiting room was and was happy to see it clean and orderly. Expected about a 2 1/2 hour wait, but the vehicle was ready in just over an hour, which made me very happy. Everyone was courteous and explained what was being done. Wandered around the showroom to pass time and was pleased to be able to talk to a couple of the salespeople, which also helped pass time. Overall a positive experience, which is what I have come to expect from this dealership.

A friendly enough dealership. They answered my questions, and accommodated my service dog in training. (Even gave him a couple treats!) The showroom is shiny and clean, the restrooms were spotless. If they had a car that I wanted, I would have no problem purchasing from them.

Horrible experience! Super unprofessional! This guy literally ran our credit without permission & wouldn't give us accurate information on the vehicle he also crumbled the credit paper right in front of us and told us we waisted their time when we told them we would like to think things over and get back with them tomorrow. We called to talk to a manager about the situation and his response was "sorry it was a slow day and the guys were frustrated". Like what??? Honestly I only leave a review if I feel very strongly and I feel this deserves it! Go somewhere else or at least deal with another salesman and be very cautious! Their names are DYLAN CAIN and CHARLIE SKINNER! They lost our business for sure!!

Great place for all your vehicle needs! From sales to the service department, these guys are helpful and know what they re doing! Sales team is very friendly and really makes you feel like part of the family! The service department was quick and very upfront on pricing! They knew exactly what my vehicle needed and had it ready for me next day. This place went above and beyond with my entire experience!!
