Stopped in due to car troubles and not only were the workers so kind and friendly they offered all their help without question! We are so thankful for all the workers in store today!! We can t thank you enough!!

Done trying to deal with this store.Walked in to a grumpy old guy that I believe manages the store though I'm not 100% sure,but had to stand there waiting for him to help me for the longest time so he could finish his paperwork. He could easily have taken care of me first but instead said I have to wait till he finishes his paper work when all i wanted was oil. Two days later I was waiting for them to open up to get my battery tested at 7:30 am. I had a appointment to make at 8 am. Same guy walks in at 7:30 and locked the door behind him.I waited another 2/3 minutes to be polite,give him some time to get the store up and running. So I waited by the locked door for a couple minutes as he could clearly see I was trying to get in.At the same time he saw me he started yelling to himself or towards me???While slamming his hands on the counter.As he kept glancing over towards me.So not only was I running late for my appointment I now had to run to Advance because my car wouldn't start half the time anymore and I didn't dare go to my appointment without checking what was wrong for I didn't know if it would start after my appointment, The only reason I kept coming back to Autozone is because of their rewards but it's no longer worth it.Done dealing with them, "Napa" & "Advance Auto parts" are just way more professional.Said it for years and am finally done. Had a lot of times where Autozone gave me the wrong parts and i had to run back and get the correct one. Done dealing with them,their rewards don't make up for their unprofessionalism

Always a pleasure to deal with these guys. They'll do what they can to help you if you have any questions about your vehicles.Update-Dec 2023Reason for dropping the 5 star to 1 star: I walked into the store and there s absolutely no one around, then I hear two employees in the back, having a very loud and explicit s*xual conversation for a full 5 minutes. It made me blush. I was very thankful I didn t have any of my children along. I needed a part, so I tried to figure out a way to get their attention. Finally the young lady (who must ve just started working there as I ve never seen her before) noticed me and attempted to help me find what I needed. While trying to find the part towards the bottom of the rack, she sat down on the floor very unprofessionally while trying to figure out if they have the part. They didn t have the part I needed so I ended up walking out without the part, obviously. However, I don t think I ll be going back to this store unless the lady and the guy are asked to leave.Management, if you have any questions for me feel free to reach out. This type of conversation should never be happening in a public store like this. And again, it wasn t hushed at all, it was VERY loud. You could ve heard every word from any part of the store.

They are WONDERFUL! Julia helped us find out what was wrong with our van, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find local repair shops that could get us in right away. She is AMAZING! Management should do whatever it takes to reward people for this Outstanding assistance. We were 5 hours from home, and she was a lifesaver!

Awesome store! Friendly and helpful! A guy named Trevor went above and beyond to answer all my questions and be sure I was selecting the right product! Kid deserves a raise! The other guy Johnny was also very helpful on my second trip in! A+!

This place has gone way downhill from 2022. Lousy service, inaccurate price they give you versus charge you(when calling in about a part), and employees standing around , not helping customers.

Disappointed. Dave wasn't there and the rest of staff was very occupied with putting up stickers on door or stocking shelves/ inventory ~enough so that even after I asked they told me to go look myself awhile & if I don't see what I'm looking for then they don't have it. Went back again in hopes of better service but got even worse service.

My battery light came on. Figured it was going bad so went by and got it checked. Yep, it was dying. Lol. Bought a new one and the guy changed em out for me. Very friendly and helpful.

I received top notch service from Chris and the rest of the team there at the Autozone Millersburg. I had a windshield wiper that was not working. I replaced it two times and it was still leaving streaks. Chris was nice enough to replace the old wiper with a brand new top of the line Bosch and gave me a discount as well. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Guys!

We went in to buy a battery, I asked the guy if we hooked it up and it wasn't the problem, can I just return it and get an alternator. He said yeah that would be fine. We went to return it and he started to, then an angry man came over and couldn't manage to be polite when he asked if we hooked the battery up. He was angrier yet when he said we voided the warranty and there would be no return. Tricked into spending a $108 dollar battery. I understand that installed parts can't be returned, but they do it all the time and we were told it could be. My father has been a mechanic for 40 years and he refuses to use autozone because they always give you bad parts or the wrong parts. By the way, the problem was the starter, and we bought one from autozone and replaced it that day...we were stranded because it was a bad starter.

They never have the Right parts for my vehicle!!! And they maybe have only 3 or 4 types of parts for That type of vehicles!!! And there A LOT of different types of vehicles in this world!!! If you don't know exactly! What part You need then they try to rip you Off with the Wrong part or fluids I have a Ford f150 and it's Really Really rare if you find The right parts or fluids for ford's!!! And almost all ford's use MOTORCRAFT Parts and Fluids!!!
