Steve's Car Care is an amazing place for car repairs. They get you in pretty quickly. This last time was for back brakes. They worked me in on the day I needed and did a great job. I was able to work on my computer while I waited. They are kind and answer your questions thoroughly. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

A had a great experience with Steve s. I showed up an hour early knowing I was too early yet they took my keys and got me checked in with no hesitation or issue. The job I needed done called for 6 hours they got it done much sooner. Super clean job and great service all around. I m very pleased with Steve s car care and will definitely be back for anymore automotive work I may need in the future. Thanks Steve and Lauren. You guys are the best.

They were open and the front desk lady was very nice and pleasant. Repair cost is over the average amount and double the time. So not for me but maybe you will have a different experience.

Brought my vehicle in for a brake job, that turned into more than just pads and rotors. During the service process, Lauren kept me in the loop and explained what additional issues they found and made recommendations on what to fix now and what could wait.Overall I would rate my experience as excellent and I would have no hesitation to recommend Steve s Car Care to anyone. I took my car to Steve to have it looked over, and have a tune up done. It needed a fair amount of work as the car sits in my garage more than it is driven. When I got it back the first time, the car had greasy hand prints all over everything. The windows, the body, under the hood all the new parts , it was a mess. There were missing bolts, and plastic rivets missing, zip ties everywhere, and my brand new intake had been cut in half, then welded back together. On top of that the car was overheating. Obviously I called and voiced my concerns and they said to bring it back. Fast forward 8-9 weeks later they tell me it s done. At this point they have now had my car for a total of 11 weeks. When I come to pick it up the battery is dead, it s out of gas, and the passenger side front tire is flat. As well as the plastic rivets that I complained were missing were replaced, but not by the right size, those all fell out immediately. There is now a half dollar sized dent under my drivers side window that wasn t there before. When I went to pick up the vehicle and switch the battery Steve wouldn t even come over and speak to me, let alone help me , and the girl in the front office told me it s a shame this all worked out the way it did. As if to say something in this situation was my fault. I have never felt more ripped off in my entire life. I paid almost $2,000 for Steve to destroy my car. Worst experience I ve ever had as a customer anywhere in my life.*Update*It s been a little over a year now. The car is not driveable, leaks coolant, and overheats, as well as the plug wires were routed improperly, and come unplugged when the car is driven. Steve or his wife have blocked me on Facebook, and will not respond to any attempt I ve made to get my car fixed. It was driven 1 time from their shop to my home and has been sitting ever since.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is the first time we have used Steve's Car Repair and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised because dealing with car repair shops these days are absolutely no fun and extremely expensive, as well as not knowing if they are being truly honest with what really needs to be fixed! Not only was the price affordable, they seemed very honest with what really needs fixed, which is a rare find! They went over and explained everything in detail of exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed, as well as a super quick turnaround time!! Ithink we have found our new repair shop and will not be going anywhere else! Thanks so much for a good experience!

Steve has been my family s mechanic for many years, even before the shop was his. We own 3 Mazdas and a Subaru. He is an excellent diagnostician and is open and honest about what needs to be repaired and the urgency of those repairs. We recently needed some help with a blown tire and he worked us into his schedule so we could get back on the road. I can t say enough good things about Steve and Lauren. They are the best and we can t wait to see them in their new location (hopefully not for anything major!) just for routine maintenance.

The best people in the town. I had to change my number plates when I initially moved to Milford. It was in November and was freezing cold weather . The owner was so amazing, she had changed the plates so fast and even offered free of cost service because I just moved into the Milford. It was a sweet gesture from her side. However, I did pay for the service. But genuinely the best gesture was shown to me. Thank you for your amazing service. Will definitely go back to repair my cars.

Once again, Steve's did a fabulous job fixing and maintaining our Explorer. The ease of scheduling an appointment, the drop off, multiple calls updating me, and finally picking the vehicle up could not have been easier. Lauren is quite simply a joy to deal with. She explains any issues and provides the best prices on any and all services. I would strongly recommend this garage to everyone. Lauren and Steve were great!I recently found this family-owned auto mechanic, after moving recently into the Milford area. They performed a used car inspection for me, and I was impressed with their thoroughness, professionalism, and superior customer service.As a single woman, it is difficult finding a mechanic you can trust to perform quality, truly necessary work, and at a fair price. Thus far, I have been thoroughly impressed with Steve's Car Care, and I am hopeful that I have found a local, gem of a mechanic with both auto expertise and integrity. Thank you again, Lauren and Steve; I will refer your company to anyone I hear of who is looking for a new mechanic!

My radio/CD player went out on my 2010 Ford Edge. I called the local Ford dealer and they said they couldn't help me because my car was too old. I called Steve's and they had a replacement installed in my "old" car in a matter of days! Steve's has never let me down and they are my trusted car repair and maintenance shop. Highly recommend and Lauren is awesome!

Been going here since it was cooks car care. Steve was his mechanic. Great place and trustworthy. Only place I take my vehicles. Plus, next available operator is almost always Lauren when you call.

I had an electrical issue with an early 2000 s truck and a short time frame to get it back up and running. The Team at Steve s worked the issue and fixed the problem and got my truck back up and running and cost was under what other companies would have charged. Highly recommend Steve s. Small, honest shop run by Steve and his wife. Friendly and knowledgeable. They know cars so they don t spend a lot of time (and your money) troubleshooting. They get right to the issue and fix it for a reasonable price. Excellent Customer Service along with the best rates, I called 3 different shops to do an oil change on my Volkswagen Jetta, all of them were overpriced. Steve s Car care got me in right away at a price I couldn t refuse! Definitely will be coming here again!
