My daughter put her car in a ditch. I called milford towing. I was treated with respect, and given a good price.the driver Brandon, was there in 20 min. He was very knowledgeable and executed the winch out and loading of the damaged car very quickly, and safely. He was able to load the car with no more damage than was already there. When he dropped the car at my house he put it on jack stands for me to start repairs. Professionalism, courtesy, and good service, thank you milford towing

My daughter was in an accident recently. They towed the car and kept in their lot. She needed to go back and get her personal items out of car, everyone was kind and friendly and offered assistance if needed. Great customer service, Thank you.

Very professional, they have towed my company vehicle a couple times. They also hauled the trusses to my pole barn. Very impressed with her driving skills and ability to drop the load exactly in place.

My wife and I had a breakdown while leaving work, so we called Milford Towing. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was helpful, and he got Cody out to us quickly.Cody was great; he got our van hooked up and drove it & us to my Mechanic's. Cody was helpful, personable, professional, and efficient. I hope we don't have another issue like that again but if we did I would be happy to give Milford Towing my business.Service: Car towing

We lost a wheel and bent an axle on our travel trailer above Columbus and couldn't find anyone that was able to tow it. We called Milford Towing and Fred had no problem getting it back to our house in milford.

They are rude and definitely drove my vehicle more than a few miles. Told me I had a court hold on it and I DIDN'T!! Then refused to take the money off so I had to pay over $700 because THEY lied

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from answering the phone to coming and unlocking my car. Jonathan was very efficient and nice. My husband and I were both surprised at how fast he arrived. Pricing was reasonable especially a late evening call. We took his card because we know who we will be calling if/when I do it again.

Jeff responded to my panicked call about my jeep sitting on the highway in a VERY dangerous spot with the tire having flown off after a simple oil change. WHAT!!!Jeff was kind, caring, and professional! He responded very fast and kept an unhinged gal safe. He had a very calming effect that worked in favor of the dealership crew about to be on the recieving end of my wrath. He helped me figure out what the next steps were in this unfortunate event. He didn't even break when I started my inappropriate hysterical laughter!BIG THANKS TO JEFF and MILFORD TOWING for being amazing when I needed a win!Putting the word out to all JEEPERS and their drivers that may find themselves in a ridiculous situation.Service: Car towing

Box rruck brike down around Sharonvulle and they were there, professional, and courteous and took it straight to the repair facility leaving it exactly as requested so product could be transfered

We unfortunately had to call a tow truck this evening for my sons car. I called Milford Towing and Services and Matt N., the driver could not have been nicer or more professional! Very unprofessional. They refused to take our vehicle where we asked them to, then they told my husband we could get it back on Saturday. When we called to check on times for pick up we were told that no one would be there and that no one had ever told my husband that. The fee, of course, was huge for a few miles of towing but would've been more if my husband hadn't called them out on the whole debacle.Service: Car towing

I pick up cars from Milford towing 3 to 4 times a week. They give excellent service there so helpful Fred is the man!! Call them for all your light to heavy duty towing you won't be disappointed..

I have called them on multiple occasions trying to see if they would provide service to me and both times I've been given the run around. For instance they don't have nobody available when I called on Sunday September 26th 2021 or September 28th 2021. I don't see why they claim to be open 24hrs but never have anyone available

Nobody likes to call a towing company.... but Ed and Bobby made the complicated tow out of state easy and affordable. My mechanic (Auto Pros) highly recommended I call, glad I did.Great communication, affordable rates and a safety that gave peace of mind.Big thanks to all!

Whoever the woman is behind the desk in the building has the worst customer service of anyone I've ever dealt with. I didn't choose for my car to be towed by them. I was told by a police officer who would be towing my car. I was in an accident that was not my fault two days ago in the evening. I was able to get my rental yesterday among other appointments so I was unable to go retrieve my belongings from the tow yard until this morning at 7:40AM before I left for work. I called the company beforehand and when she answered I asked if anyone would be in the office this morning. (Being a tow company, I assumed maybe she was remote that early and answering in case she needed to dispatch a tow- hence the entire reason I asked). She replied "yeah im here" in a snarky manner as if I should have known this. I gave her my name and that I would be there soon. Once I got there, I pulled into the open tow yard right next to the parking lot close to my vehicle. She came out of the office and said "Excuse me!" and I replied that I just spoke with her 5 min prior and I was there to get my things. She looked at me as if I had three heads. I said "The white SUV." She replied with "You're supposed to come to the office first, but go ahead" and proceeded to walk towards the office. I asked her if she had the keys and she said "no" AND ROLLED HER EYES as she turned to walk back to the office. I have gone through enough at this point and followed her in. As soon as we got in, she goes behind the desk and tells me that no one gave her any keys and they don't go through the vehicles. I told her that they weren't in the vehicle, the fire department put the keys on top of the car for the tow company to use if needed. She asked where the accident was and I told her and she said "Ah yeah they're probably in the middle of the road somewhere". I left the building in tears of frustration. I didn't ask for any of this. I was shaken up after the accident so I wasn't thinking clearly to grab my house/work/families keys off the ring before I left the scene. I've learned two lessons today. ALWAYS take your keys off the ring and NEVER use Milford Towing.

Mr. Matt came out on a cold rainy night and saved this 68 year old lady from the side of the road on 28 !! He's a wonderful representative for Milford Towing ! Definitely a keeper !! Thanks again Mr. Matt... peace

Called Milford Towing on a nasty rainy night for wife broke down on 275. Gentleman on the phone name Fred was very polite and knew I was concerned about my wife on the side of the highway. He personally ran the call got her picked up and delivered her back to Xenia ohio for me. Top notch service and very clean service I will call them again if I ever need help down that way. Thanks you sir

milford towing is the best! even when there busy they still do everything they can too provide you with service requested. there drivers are skilled an very freindly. they arrived faster then expected. they have the right equipment for the job and they dont charge absured amount for towing, its budget freindly, they earned my buisness and i will use them for all my towing needs. i recomend milford towing too everybody. if you need a tow call milford towing right away!.Service: Special vehicle towing

The new owners of Milford Towing are tremendous people and really puts others first. I have had the pleasure of working with the new owners on the west side of Cincinnati and their work is professional and flawless. I fully recommend this company!

Their driver came down our road just to turn around, well that's fine but he acted like he was running the iddy 500. There are small kids on this road and he was flying. Called the company and the man just kept saying OK OK OK.

Wasn't interested in earning money. My delivery location was too far away(?). Recommended I call McFarland's towing. That business wasn't interested in working either. Tug's Auto Worx actually wanted to work. Won't call this business again.

Broke down on Sunday of the July 4th weekend in the Dayton area. After calling four other companies they were the only tow company to answer the phone. Scott made quick work of hooking up my dually, which was hooked to my 50' gooseneck trailer, and towed me back to KY. I highly recommend Milford Towing!

$400 to tow a car a fewblocks...flipping outrageous and over priced,you rob us individuals who were victims to begin with. Greedy and I have never had to pay even half that at sorras or grays or micheal towing.... Have some compassion, you might need the favor one day yourself! What a crooked company you run, the last time you picked up a car of mine you tried charging me to jump it after someone there left my door open shame shame
