Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed! Jerry's has a great local reputation, has been in business for quite some time now, and I've heard nothing but good things from friends and family who have used them. I towed my van there to get the transmission repaired and they promptly had it diagnosed and also found another engine issue that needed attention in order to keep my vehicle safely on the road. They treated me fairly and didn't try to take advantage. And they kept me informed through the entire process, returning the vehicle to me when promised, with no surprises. Most importantly, they have the training and capability to fix it right the first time and it's now running great. Just straight up honest auto repair done right!! Great job Jerry's.

I brought my truck in due to a transmission fluid leak and they found the problem quickly and repaired it for a very reasonable price compared to what the dealerships & other repair shops would do it for. I'd highly recommend this business to anyone having transmission issues with their vehicle. Communication was great and the price they told me was the price I paid. Great customer service!

Great place and friendly staff. Their prices are very fair and they are very honest which is hard to find nowadays in the car world. Jermey is a great mechanic and answered every question I had about the car. Wayne was even nice to enough to loan me his truck so that I can get skyline for lunch while my car was being worked on. 10/10 recommend!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

They are somewhat backed up with repairs but only because they are that good and it's definitely worth the wait if you can. I had to go out of town before my appointment date and they were willing to work with me and let me drop off early. They were very knowledgeable and upfront about what the repair was and how much it would cost. They don't try to sell you extra stuff or tell you that it's more than what it is. They are honest and speedy. Worth every penny I spent possibly more. Prices are fair. And my truck was repaired before I got back in town and before the estimated date. I would recommend them to everyone.

I would recommend this shop to anyone. I own Elliott Elite services in west chester. We have worked hand in hand in restoring a 99 chevy 1500 silverado for a customer. Great honest shop can't ask for more than that.

Best experience I've ever had with a mechanic!I needed my rear differential re-built before my upcoming trip. Jim completed the job on time and did a fantastic job! Wayne was great to work with as he communicated with me throughout the process, keeping me informed. Great customer service is hard to fine these days. Clearly Jerry's Transmissions prioritizes the customer experience with fair pricing, great communication, and quality workmanship. 5 STARS!

Great people, better service. No corporatism malarkey. Easy going and well worth the money. The work was extremely timely as well. Jerry needs to get into everything, clothing, financial services, jewelry, groceries, etc.MAJOR UPDATE: There aren't enough stars for this group. Month later other work was done on my car and there was a insane remote possibility (.00000000000001%) that the trans work may be connected. They didn't put me off and had me bring it in and they fixed THE OTHER work, super quick.The best damn customer service I've experienced.

I was told emphatically by 2 seemingly reputable shops, $6500 transmission. It was only because the second opinion shop wouldn t return a phone call for 3 days running that I went to Jerry s. I was this >< close to sucking it up and paying the $6500.I dealt with Wayne at Jerry s. They looked over the van and said, There s a heavy rubber collar that acts like a U joint (they showed to me. I forgot it s name) that s shredded. That s the source of the shudder. Your drive shaft is about to fall off. I m in a similar business and it s long been my experience that honesty has fallen out of favor. There s a mindset of get in his wallet now , even if it means lying.It takes longer to build a business with honesty as a core principle, but it s a bigger business and a more enduring business.Jerry s transmission, and Wayne, have tell it straight as a foundational principle.Now, for a fraction of what these other shops insisted, I m back on the road. Straight, friendly, honest, informative guys, including the mechanics.I m a blue collar worker, and look like one. It LOOKS like I might know something about this. (I don t) If I m to be sheared by the reputable shops, what about the senior citizens or single mothers?They don t stand a chance.Go to Jerry s. Whatever the issue, you ll get a straight story from guys who know their business. I m a fan.Service: Transmission

Super awesome! Jim was so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to get our car done on a Friday. Dropped off in the mid morning and stayed late to get us done. Great price and great work. I had my transmission rebuilt by another shop several months ago as we live out of state. We were traveling to Cincinnati for our wedding and though we made it, my Grand Cherokee started having related problems again once we arrived. Besides the chaos of the final wedding plans, we also needed to drive home within a week even if it meant renting a car or perhaps buying a new one if it didn t make sense to sink more money into the Jeep.Two local dealers were weeks out for service and so we tracked down Jerry s from google and Reddit reviews desperate for even a diagnosis so we could decide how we needed to proceed. Though busy, Wayne was very understanding of our situation and worked us in ASAP. He stayed in contact throughout the week after diagnosing an issue with the control module early on and promised he d do everything in his power to have us fixed up by Friday.They luckily came through and since our wedding was also on Friday, even drove my vehicle to my parents and parked it in the garage so we could pick it up later. We cant thank them enough for the quality of service, the level of compassion, and for honest pricing considering they knew we were in a major bind. It allowed us to finally relax and enjoy our big day.If you ever have concerns about being treated fairly by a mechanic, hopefully our story lets you know that Jerry s will take care of you with all the integrity and customer service anyone could ask for.Services: Transmission, Electrical

Rebuilt the transmission in my 1978 Z28. Fantastic experience! Quality work at a reasonable price. When I thought there was a problem (leak)they got it in with no hassles and took care of it,even though it ended up not being anything they had worked on!! Went there in a pinch when my wife's 04 Acura tl's transmission finally went out completely. They were not only quick to get us in but also quickly serviced and back to us, I know that job isn't easy because I did the homework online on what it entails. They have a finance plan because some people do not have 3,000$ sitting around for problems like a transmission, and they were very understanding. When I picked it up I was surprised to see the mechanic sitting there late in the day to answer any questions I had about the car or the job that was performed. Extremely honest people and pricing. It also had a longer warranty than any other people I talked to, which says a lot about their pride in their work! I waited over a year to write this review, so I could truly appreciate the job they did. The car still runs and shifts like a new vehicle. I loved my experience with Jerry's and would highly recommend this shop to people who care about their vehicles. Side notes, shop was clean, car wasn't greasy, they kept me informed every step of the way! DO NOT GO TO ANYONE ELSE! THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

These guys were awesome! They did a great job facilitating my schedule and were very nice, honest, and upfront the entire way. Identified the issue and even assisted with getting it checked for a possible recall on the part in question. Turned out to be a recalled part and I'm now scheduled with the dealer. Dealt with both Wayne and John, and they are both top notch. I will absolutely bring any transmission issues to them and recommend my friends to do the same. You guys rock!

Third time doing business with Jerry's Transmissions. Wayne is a super nice guy who truly wants to help out. Been super satisfied with the work done and the cost is on par with the services provided. I always say that I hope to never have to see them again, but if I have any future transmission problems, they will be the first call I make. Super friendly and timely service you can trust, everytime. Thanks again, guys. You deserve five stars all the time in my book.

When everything goes right than everyone looks great ! BUT when it doesn't, that's when you fine out the true quality of the company that you're dealing with. My transmission problem ended up not the norm BUT the way Jim & Wayne handled the situation could not have been better. Great people to work with and I recommend them to anyone needing a quality transmission shop !Rick M.

Take my 1967 Chevelle down to Have the rear end checked, needed completely rebuilt axles and all bearings and ring and pinion gear. Did an excellent job on workmanship and reasonably priced rates!!! very polite and knowledgeable employees!!!Would definitely recommend this company for many types of jobs!!!

My Escape rear differential was on its way out...was recommended Jerrys by the shop i usually use and a neighbor who has used them for his classic cars. Got a quote from them then called a few other places for comparison...Jerrys was the best price by far (less than half in some cases!!!) apparently because they actually know what they are doing. Very easy to work with, organized and professional. Highly recommended.

I have a 2006 Pontiac GTO. I had another local shop work on it and they couldn't figure it out. I have to say, these guys had no problem with it at all. The car now drives amazing. They got me in very fast and got it back to me when promised. The car drives better than ever. Thanks guy s, this fix was a journey for me. I will recommend you to everyone.

Forget Aamco or Bob Sumerel! Jerry's Transmissions ,best Transmission repair shop in Cincinnati Bar none! Wayne and I worked together bureaucratically to fix and replace the transmission in my 2015 Nissan Sentra.My car's transmission gave out on January 5, I used AAA to tow it to Jerry's transmission, they had a look, and were honest enough to say the transmission couldn't be fixed had to be replaced to which I agreed. They order the transmission from the manufacturer, it gets there they put it in, but that transmission was defective so therein was another journey Wayne and I took. Seriously, THEY WILL FIGHT FOR YOU!!We took it to Jeff Wyler that had to diagnose and agree the transmission ordered was indeed defective. They submitted the invoice to which Nissan agreed to send Jerry's transmission another Transmission. They put it in today and Voila!!! We were finally at the end of the transmission ordeal and they charged no extra for the bureaucratic journey. Sure the replacement CVT transmission part and labor is pricey but it was worth it.This goes to show that Jerry's transmission will go above and beyond for everyone.l regardless of anything. I strongly recommend this shop for ALL transmission needs.Service: Transmission

Jerry s has done all of our transmission work for years on my personal vehicles and fleet of commercial vehicles, Paramount Lawn and Landscape. They always stand behind their warranty / workmanship. Recently we authorized a transmission replacement in a truck for several thousand dollars . Jerry s said it was just some type of sensor/ module and charged us just $350. Now that s honesty, pride and integrity!

All my knowledge is second hand and I have to take that into consideration as I write about this business. My friend has a negative outlook on most things and his report to me was that he was not happy on the rebuild warranty. I only bought a quick view of their shop and there were tools spread out over a large area, but working on a transmission these days requires a lot of specialty toolsMy score is based on my friends biased opinion and what I saw first hand. I've never been a customer of theirs but I'd give them the first shot if I were in need of transmission help

These guys worked hard on my 1949 Chevrolet styleline Deluxe, to change the ring and pinion gear. They had to send the part out to be machine before would work they did not complain they were happy to do it. I highly recommend them.
