After our accident we ended up at Gerber by sheer luck, and we are so grateful we did. They did an amazing job with the repairs and their customer service was outstanding. We will never go anywhere else.

Was very convenient. Didn't take long either. I would recommend to anyone especially if you don't want to spend a bunch of money it was half as much as anyone else

My daughter was in an accident back in June and it took for ever for the opposing parties insurance to approve the claim. We had multiple dates to have her vehicle dropped off but something always came up with the other insurance company. Gerber was extremely helpful and completely went out of their way to let us know that it was OK. Once they were able to get the car in the shop they went above and beyond and what they should ve done and I am very grateful for that.We we re contacted every vehicle is ready for pick up on a Tuesday so we went to pick it up and that s when we met the incredible manager Randy. He came out and said as we were pulling into the garage something just didn t feel right so I m sorry you drove all this way but I want to take another glance at it. He explained how he had three daughters of his own and he would not put our daughter in a vehicle that is not safe. On Thursday he called and said to come pick it up. I am very grateful for the entire crew as they took time to make sure my daughter s vehicle is safe but I want to let it be known Randy is an amazing person!Service: Body & Trim

My '99 Toyota Camry was recently hit from behind. The bumper and trunk were both damaged. I sent my car to Gerber Collision simply because they were a partner with the insurance. I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly the whole process went. The car is old but well-maintained and I did not want it to be totalled if at all possible. Joe was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. I received daily progress updates and the work was completed slightly ahead of schedule. The work was well done, the car is safe to drive, and the whole process was a positive experience in the midst of a negative circumstance.

This place gave one estimate and than gave me another. First one 748. Second one 1148. Car was there a week. They didn't tell me up front they were scheduling out 2 weeks and their was going to be safety concerns. They never even got the b bumper off in a week. I just got my car back and took it elsewhere. What a waste of time. They wouldn't call back and tell what was going on until they emailed me and told me they couldn't get it in for 2 weeks.

I had an appointment for an estimate at 11:00 a.m. I was in the area, so I called to ask if I could come in the next 15 min. The lady said absolutely no problem.I sat there and waited for a few minutes for the guy to come in off a phone call. When he walked through the front door the receptionist said he had an appointment. Without looking at me he said, oh is this my 11:00 a.m.? She's early, and I'm busy with other things. So rude and unprofessional. Will never be back

Last month I was involved in an unfortunate accident that damaged my rear passenger wheel and bent the axel and housing of my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. What looked like minor damage wound up being over $7,000 by some early estimates!!! Associates at Gerber were able to assess the situation and provide solutions that saved money while getting my vehicle back to 100%. Everyone that I dealt with from start to finish were very professional and helpful. I would definitely do business again and highly recommend this company if anyone is ever in need of their services.

My daughter had her new car 1 week when someone backed into it on right rear corner. Ken and everyone at Gerber collision were very professional and prompt with getting her car in ASAP. It was returned in less then a week and work was flawless! Thanks Ken!

Very friendly , and professional, the body work they completed on my Kia,Sportage is outstanding, we are very happy with everything they repaired on our car .,if we ever half to have body work on our car again we will be going to Gerber Collision & Glass. Made an appointment online, showed up, and filled out paperwork. Secretary went out with me and took pictures of my vehicle. Talked to her about my issues. Never talked to the adjuster, they never saw my vehicle except for the pictures apparently. Gave me an estimate that didn t cover all my damages, and didn t include anything I talked to the secretary about. Got another 2 estimates that were double what they said it would cost. Not very professional in my opinion!

What a GREAT shop! I was referred to them after my regular shop said they couldn't fix my window. I took it in to get an estimate and when they pulled apart my door to see what the problem was they just fixed it for free!!!! I will definitely be back next time I need something fixed.

Ken is top notch, we've been thorough 2 accidents and he is above in beyond in his customer service dealings, personal attention, and quick to resolve issues that arise. Use these guys you wont be sorry.

Highly recommend this place, Gerber Collision fixed my car and it looks better than when I took it off of the car lot. Very satisfied and happy with the people and the job they did.
