The warranty on my Mercedes was up and I was quoted over $2000 for some services I needed. After calling Day Heights Auto, they quickly got me on the schedule. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Their quote was reasonable and I m very happy with the work that was done. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, Day Heights Auto!

I brought my 2006 Charger in today because I had a nail in rear passenger tire, and my front driver side tire would always leaked down from 33 psi to 22 in a weeks time. So I let the guys know and they said there could be a few things they could do for the front tire to fix it, and the rear tire just needed a patch, so I waited a very short time (15 mins) and they came out and told my the front tire had a nail in it also! So they patched both in a very quick frame! And don't let me forget these guys they are super nice guys. I highly recommend stopping in here if your car needs work they will take care of you and be straight up honest about the situation.Thank You Day Heights Auto.

My first visit to Day Heights Car Service was very pleasant. Comfortable waiting area & very friendly staff. I received a trip check up on my car & had my windshield wipers replaced. Very good experience & I will be going back for my next maintenance. Five Stars from me !!

Day Heights is always amazing! Sam and Evan at the front desk make me laugh everytime I am in there! They are friendly and honest good peoples, that do excellent work on your car. What I love about them is they will always call you before they do any work on your car and give you a price quote, so you know what you are looking at before you do it. Growing up my dad was always my trusted mechanic, and when I moved away, he said find a mechanic you can trust! Well I found you guys in 2011, and you are the only ones we take our cars too, so thanks for being awesome at what you too!

Day Heights Auto is the best! They are kind and helpful and do quality work. They ve squeezed me in last minute, they ve come outside to listen to a noise when I dropped by without an appointment, and they have never tried to sell me services my car doesn t need. In fact, once I walked in sure that I needed new brakes, and they sent me home with assurances that I still had a good amount of time before that needed to happen. I trust them completely and won t take my car anywhere else!

After needing to have my car towed this morning I can honestly say Day Heights Towing was an absolute pleasure to work with. The driver I had the pleasure of dealing with, Mike, was absolutely excellent and made sure me and my vehicle were well taken care of. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly made what would have been an otherwise bad morning a truly pleasant experience. I would recommend Day Heights Towing to anyone who is in need of that kind service. 11/10

I had a really great experience with Day Heights Auto. They completed the work my car needed quicker than I could ve anticipated. They were fair and honest on pricing. Sam was so kind and communicated with me every step of the way getting my car repaired. Their towing service was also incredibly easy and convenient. I will absolutely be a return customer.

The team here is wonderful! They re friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in. I came in to have my vehicle checked - service engine soon light came on, my catalytic converter has seen better days. We scheduled an appointment for the repairs but my drivers side window wouldn t roll back up - and we re about to enter winter. They were able to get the part needed for my window and get it fixed up and get me back on the road to pick up my kids from school! They re busy right now but they took the time to get me on the road - I truly appreciate it.

Battery died on our EV. We are new to having EV so we weren t sure what to do. Figured we d just have it towed to the nearest charging station. Tony came out and was so extremely friendly and informative! We didn t know how to jump a EV. He even showed us how to get in the car with it being a keyless entry. Such a great guy!! So impressed with the service!

A young adult in my family had an accident two days before Christmas and Miami Township police required that Day Heights tow the car to their location. Even though this was a stressful situation, Ashley in the towing department and John in the Auto Service department were absolutely amazing to work with. I called them on Christmas afternoon due to an issue and Ashley answered the phone and was very kind and helpful. John went out of his way to take a look at my car so I could decide on how to proceed with the insurance company. You can tell that these two employees really care about customer service and Day Heights is lucky to have them on their team!

Really pleased with my service here. The staff were pleasant, friendly and took the time to explain things in an open and non-condescending way. Kudos to Evan and the guy with the goatee (sorry I missed his name) for being helpful and friendly and explaining things about cars to me.The waiting room is clean, pleasant and stocked with drinks and snacks to make your wait less burdensome. They have old game shows on TV, so it's a fun bit of nostalgia too.

Very helpful and polite staff! Went over everything thoroughly with me, I would highly recommend them! My Groupon was messed up and not showing redeemable but they honored it. I really appreciate their kindness.

Day Heights Auto Service did a great job replacing the blind side/cross direction sensor in my Ford F150. They helped in finding a used part that saved me over $500. They communicated well throughout the whole process. Hats off to Evan, Mike, John and Sam for the work.

Day Heights Auto has and will always be the place we bring our vehicles when they need worked on. The prices are fare, the staff is honest and friendly. We have lived in Milford/Day Heights for over 12 years. We have since moved to another city. And will still take my car there above any other shop.

Had oil changed. First experience at this place. Does not appear they did anything other than change the oil and filter as tire pressure was NOT modified to match across tires. Have constantly been bugged to leave review after service. 3 emails and now a text so I thought I would provide what they keep asking me to provide

Have used Day Heights Auto Service numerous times and have no complaints whatsoever. They are beyond fair, fast and honest. Each one of the staff are nice and personable. GREAT customer service. Life gets in the way sometimes and I needed an oil change ASAP but had very limited availability to get in. I was so grateful for Day Heights Auto Service being able to fit me in to their schedule and get my car the care it deserves. The seating area is comfy and well stocked with refreshments and good coffee. Evan was very kind and detailed when providing information to me. It was a wonderful experience all around and I plan to take my car here for any future repairs!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Castrucci service gave me a big run around about swollen lug nuts. Wouldn't even do the tire rotation I had requested as a result. You all took on the lug removal and tire rotation and the job was quickly completed. You are my car service people henceforth.

A couple weeks ago my 70 year old mother totaled her car and it was towed to Day Heights. Tim Beckler and his team went above and beyond to help retrieve all of my mom's belongings. Everyone there was so kind, empathetic and genuine. I would highly recommend their services.

So grateful for Brian at Day Heights Auto this morning! The power steering went out of my car without warning and I found myself off the road and in a very precarious situation. Brian arrived quickly and reassured me that he could get my car back on the pavement without a problem. He could see I was shaken up and was very kind and caring. A few minutes later, just as he said he had my car back on solid ground and he even took the time to pop the hood and show me where the problem was and explain what had happened. Brian s help and kindness were a true blessing! I will definitely recommend Day Heights Auto to my friends and family in the future.

If I only had one word to describe their service yesterday, it would be "outstanding"! I was already having a rough day and then my vehicle decides to stall on me on a very busy road. I was trying to find the nearest tow and a place to get it looked at asap. My friend suggested Day Heights Auto. And I am so thankful. They had my repairs done within a few hours. Thank you Sam for keeping me updated on everything and Evan for being so kind and friendly when I came to pick it up. I'm not sure of who actually did the repair, but thank you also. I know for certain that I will always depend on you guys for future repairs. Thank you all again!

Day Heights Auto Service did a fantastic job on servicing my Lexus! Everything was explained in great detail before service and again afterward on my receipt to keep for my records. I had checked w/ my local Lexus dealer and the cost would have been substantially more. Sam Barker manages the front of the business. He was extremely professional and made sure I felt confident in their ability to perform quality work on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Day Heights Auto Service. Sam and Evan went above and beyond to assist me with my warranty company's refusal to cover necessary parts and repairs. They provided invaluable advice on how to navigate the situation, even informing me about the option to request a third-party inspection of my car. Following the inspection, the warranty ultimately covered the repair Sam had recommended.Their dedication to customer satisfaction and genuine kindness throughout the process was truly refreshing.
