Thank you to Patrick and Adam and the whole crew at this location! I came to them for a second opinion after going to midas and begin told my car had a long list of things needing to be done before they could preform the alignment I went in for. I gave this crew the list and they told me that none of what they said needed to be done besides new tires and alignment that I originally went in for was all I needed and worked with my budget. Their honesty and hard work is worth every penny! Thank you guys so much!!!

Tire discounters went down the toilet. I had an appointment at 12 noon. Went to pick it up at 3:00 pm. Car hadn t even been moved. Said they were short on people. Had an appointment for two weeks. I have been going to tire discounters for many years. Can t get people to work anymore. It s a shame. Hire some immigrants, they will work.

I went there for a quote and the guy was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest with me. It was clean. I didn't have to wait in line. The staff really cared and you don't always find that, often. (It's a business) I would definitely recommend them and I'd like to return.

Guy names Reilly helped me out with an oil change. He was phenomenal. Very kind and professional. Things took a bit longer than expected so he actually gave me a discount! Amazing service!

Absolutely top notch! Stephen in particular, was very communicative and was extremely accommodating. I honestly see no reason to go anywhere else for tires or anything else tire related. Thank you for everything!

I tend to try to avoid the big box stores, but I had an emergency today and Riley hooked me up. 30 minutes before close and that dude had me in and out of there. Can't recommend enough

Had oil change, struts, shocks,wiper blades and 4 new tires. I was made comfortable while I waited. Car runs very well now.

My wife was traveling home from work and had a tire blow as she was getting off the interstate. She was able to safely to get to a parking lot a couple lights down from Tire Discounters. She called me and I went to get the tire off the car while she took my truck to pick up the new tire. Being in the moment, and not being tire experts, we did not realize that we needed the old tire to get the new tire on the rim. Reilly, the manager, helped my wife when she arrived and was nothing but professional. He drove his own vehicle over, picked up the old tire, took it to his store and put the new tire on the rim. He then, brought back the new tire and insisted that he put it own. Once the new tire was on, he wanted us to come back to the shop to make sure that everything was on safely and securely. He also gave us a lower price than what he had originally quoted. Tire discounters, especially this location, has made a new customer for life. I highly recommend them for anyone that has tore needs. It s wonderful to see people who care and who go above and beyond for their customers. Oh. I forgot to mention that this was also 30 minutes before they close and he insisted that was not an issue for him. Thank you Reilly and team.

I do travel IT work for hospitals and had a terrible start to my morning. I was on my way from Florence KY to Dayton OH and had a complete blow out on the interstate. I put my spare tire on and continued on. After leaving my first job and heading to my second one in Cincinnati my spare tire blew out of course and I was completely stuck at this point. I came into TD in Middletown very desperate to quickly get back on the road and the guys here were extremely understanding and quickly got me back on the road. Very much appreciated, keep it up guys. Dave is who I worked with directly. Great guy, fair prices.

My husband and I were traveling from out of town in a rental vehicle and found a screw in the tire. Called this location around 830 Fri morning and got the OK to stop in with an estimated timeframe of an hour to fix. So dropped by around 845 and they had it finished in about 30 min. Staff was friendly and helpful over the phone and in person.Thanks for a timely fix and getting us back on the road safely!

Came in on a Tuesday at 8am. Had a leak in my front driver side tire, asked to get it repaired, and asked them to check front passenger side due to loss of pressure. Driver side came back as a total loss, hole in shoulder of tire. That's fine, I'll replace it. Paid for new tire, found out after service that not only did they not re-secure my spare tire, they also magically made 2 of my matching custom valve caps go missing. Also to add insult to injury, the tech didn't reset my TPMS system.. Not impressed. Would have been one star but I was able to get in and out for an hour, so pity two star.

I m very grateful to those guys for helping me get back on the road and continue my trip to Canada after getting the engine lights. As it turned out I had a loose oil filter (bad oil change that day) and splashed a lot of oil all over the car.Those guys have replaced the loose oil filter, added missing oil, and degreased the car and didn t charge me a penny for doing this.Thank you!!!

Came in Friday at 5pm with nail in my tire was told to come back at 8am Saturday. 2 guys working the front was more worried about talking to one another, on their phone, smoking their vapes. The wait time to have one tire replaced was beyond a professional wait time. Almost a 3 hour wait to replace 1 tire... need to do better tire discounters

Dropped my car off for brakes and a tire rotation. They offered free Uber home so I didn't have to wait and then called to say the brakes were fine. They could have easily just changed them and charged me but were honest. Always have done a great job in the past as well. Wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5.

This was our first experience here and e were very pleases with one exception. The order of Mediterranean Hot Potato Wedges were undercooked, other than that everything else was delicious. Classic burger is huge, Gyro is huge, fried cauliflower was a first and it was great and yall have some of the best French fries around. Portions were big as well, from some of the reviews that I've read it's my humble opinion that the price to portion is really fair. Friendly staff ,I would definetly recommend this place

Simple nail into tire, developed slow leak. 3 hour wait. I understand sometimes you can t plan for this to happen, but a store should be able to handle small fixes like this more efficiently. Drove over to another store, and they worked with me.

Had a slow leak. Tire is 6 months old. Tried to convince me to buy 2 tires as it's bad to only buy one at a time. Declined. Offered one tire for 284. Saying tread is to low to patch a tire. Wemt to Bob sumaral and they patched the tire in 5 minutes. Will not use Tire discounters moving forward.

Writing this review from the side of the highway .Brand new Michelin tires purchased to ensure safety on trip home for the holidays. Warranty issue happened on the way to Ohio and faulty tire was brought in here for repair. It was a quick fix was the story, no charge. 60 minutes in to the journey home and tire pressure rapidly started dropping (again) to 3lbs by the time we were able to stop on the shoulder. Repaired tire is now out of commission for the ride home and hoping the spare holds out.On the positive side, I m getting really good at changing a tire.

I hate this store with a passion. Went in for a warranty alignment and they tell me that they can't get the camber bolts to turn. Which is super weird because I just had this off this morning to change my upper control arms ball joints and sway bar end links. So I bring it home jack it up loosen the camber nuts and just as I imagined they moved easy as they could. They don't want to work at the Middletown location ive always had problems with them. I'd advise you take your vehicle to another store

So I m a dumb car owner and everyone here was SO KIND and professional despite me accidentally making them do a bunch of unnecessary work because I didn t know where a spare tire was stored in my car. Truly, they were always willing to make things right (even though they literally did nothing wrong and I was dumb ). I won t go anywhere else and 15/10 recommend them for all of your tire needs. Shout out to Steven and Reilly for everything (and everyone behind the scenes that helped, too)!

Called to have a leak looked at, they said to come on over. 10 minutes later when I arrived, they wanted me to book an appointment to come back. Literally 10 minutes. Very disappointed I had to waste my time when they could have told that to me over the phone.

I bought 4 new tires, spending over $1200. You would think the tires would be balanced and aligned properly the first time, since they boast of this service. Here I sit in their lobby three days later, waiting for over an hour for them to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place. I was told 30 minutes ago I was next and my car hasn t move from its space. They are busy but if they are rushing to get work done rather than done right, what s the win for the customer? Not happy and will look elsewhere next time.

I scheduled to have new front tires replaced on my 93' Skyline GTR. There was a logistical issue with their supplier, however, Dave really came through for me on a time crunch and drove to Columbus himself to pick up a set of the same tires to help get them replaced in a few hours. There were extremely helpful and professional. Absolutely amazing customer service and I really appreciate your help.
