I have been to see them several times for warranty work on my car. Joe is amazingly friendly and treated me as though I was a VIP. He is very down to earth and I felt like I had known him my whole life. I deliver around town and had a nail in my tire mid shift. I called and was told to come in. They had me in and Back on the road in what seemed like minutes. I highly recommend them for any and all repairs. Prompt and friendly service. They will have my business for any and all work on my car. Thank you!

Love this shop! Joe is great to work with. They get your vehicle in pretty quickly, though it might be best to call first to see if there's a wait time.

Best customer service I've experienced by far with a oil change slash tire place I would highly recommend them especially if u wanna just get the conventional oil they don't push synthetic like most do very professional

Dropped my car off for some routine maintenance, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, they were fast, and my car is running like new now. I'm sincerely grateful for their kindness. I'm a single father and I really needed my car back quickly, and the manager Joe was awesome about making sure I got back on the road quickly. Will absolutely be returning in the future!

I came here last week with small stump grinding machine and they told me they can t not do small tires here but there s another tire place right cross street wow and I came back this morning with a regular Toyota Tacoma tire and this time they told me I can you one by 2 o clock and I said are you kidding me this a tire place now wonder this place is always looking empty I will never come here again!!!!!!!!!

Since working remote, I needed to find a repair shop closer to home. After reading all of the good reviews for Tire Choice in Middletown, I decided to try them out. They have gotten me in right away every time and the service was excellent. If you are looking for a reliable shop, you may want to try them out! They are now my shop of choice!

Joe greeted on the phone and as I walked in the front door. They were fast and efficient! I had a simple oil change and they did it without any problems or delays. I shall return. They have an impressive operation. Joe said he needed a good Chiropractor... I told him I can advise him on that. I can not change his oil or balance his tires, but I can pull his leg and balance his pelvis... Yes Joe has a great sense of humor. He made me smile.

These guys definitely get a 5 star rating from me. When I stopped yesterday to ask if they would check my lug nuts they could have very easily been like a lot of other mechanics and turned me away based on judgments. But they didn't, they checked and tightened my lug nuts without hesitation and potentially saved mine and my husband's lives in doing so. I didn't catch your names but thank you guys so much!

Very satisfied with the service I received today. I was dealing with a clinking sound and couldn't figure out what it was, Other places was booked up weeks out but Tire Choice got me in right away and found the issue and resolved the issue at a very decent price! Thank you for your services Tire Choice!!

Joe and his team are absolutely fantastic. They always fit me in for whatever my car needs. I never feel like I m being ripped off and I think they are honest people. Joe especially makes my experiences great with his witty comments and sense of humor! Love these people and how they treat my Honda.

Cannot thank Tire Choice of Middletown enough for the excellent customer service and hard work they did today fixing my rear brake pads and rotors. Joe is very kind and knowledgeable and the rest of the crew are also very kind and really work hard to make sure everything is fixed and done as quickly as possible!

I would leave negative stars if I could! I went in for a $17 valve stem replacement only to have my brand new rear tires stolen & replaced with tires from 2013 which were so bad, they nearly caused me to wreck! They brought the one out & I didn't realize they were different. My bf & I just paid $600 for those tires & I wish I'd have realized it sooner because charges would've been pursued! Take your car ANYWHERE else but here!

Excellent staff. Was out of town and got a nail in my tire. Stopped in randomly and was amazed by the service and friendly staff. They patched my tire free in 10 minutes so I could get to work. I later bought 4 tires and was treated with the same professionalism. Best experience ever in a auto shop

I don't understand the negative comments. I just bought a set of Michelin's, and I couldn't have been happier with the service or the price! Very professional and staff was extremely friendly. A+++

I ve had a tire repaired here before and on June 26th had two front tires replaced on my wife s van. Cost and service was great and had fun as always talking with Joe. I highly recommend this place.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I will most definitely be returning for all my car maintenance needs! The service was fast and ready when promised. I m so glad I listened to the other reviews and trusted them! I went to the Middletown location where the manager was especially helpful!

It's really hard to find a place you trust to have your vehicle worked on. Well this is the place. I truly trust them. I never do these reviews but these guys are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles. Thank you Joe and Greg. We'll be back when it's time

Best place to go for tires, etc. Joe, the Manager, is a great guy who knows how to care for customers! Got new tires for my Mom's van last month and tires for my daughter's small car yesterday. No place else I've been before can beat their customer service or great care they take with your vehicle and you. We'll be back!

Does a person look forward to car service? Well, the experience is a good as possible at Jeff Pohlman. I am always greeted warmly, my car's issues are carefully explained, the work is completed in a timely fashion. I never worry that I am being led to spend money on repairs that are not needed. I highly recommend them.

Great service!I've brought three different vehicle's here to have various things done and I've always had good service.I like the fact that they will send you photos and comments in an email to show the progress of the vehicle.Their alignment is one of the cheapest around and always do a good job showing exactly how far out it was and where it is now.

Great guys helped me out with a leaking tire right before closing and didn't even charge me a dime!! I definitely will be back for future service just because of the great customer service I experienced tonight!! Thanks again guys!!!

Extremely terrible service. Have brought in my truck 3 times for a tire leak and still have not fixed the issue. This place is a joke!!!
