Service has been on nothing but a steep decline. Any electronic part, sensors, distributors etc. always end up being faulty. On top of that, some of the guys working here, think they know it all and are quick to belittle and make jokes. Don't waste your time or money.

Used to like this location now don't know if I'm feeling the vibes. I decided to check to see if my motorcycle battery was still under warranty I called they wouldn't tell me anything so I had to go to the store for them to tell me they couldn't find any warranty info then when showing me the screen to prove to me there was nothing she found the warranty. I paid $111 for a battery and it only came with a 6 month warranty! I decided on octane outlet where my total came to $74 and a two year warranty and the people are a lot friendlier.

They are great! Friendly and very helpful. My last visit there, they didn't sell the product I wanted. He got on his computer and next thing I know, he tells me it'll be there next day first thing in morning! Great service absolutely recommend!

The customer service I received today was amazing. The guys were super friendly and helpful. The gentleman helping me went above and beyond to help me narrow down my problem and his kindness was more than needed and appreciated today. Sometimes a friendly smile, patients, and some kindness goes along way.

I have to say, I work in customer service daily. And JAY the customer service rep at this location MADE MY DAY. SUPER NICE, helpful, funny and went above and beyond!! I litterally was in shock at how good this guy was at his job. And you can tell he's super genuine and actually enjoys what he does. I bought a thing that makes Pandora play through your radio if you don't have an aux cord. He explained exactly how to use it, asked me to go install it while I was still there and to come back in and he'd install it if I had any problems at all. Wow. This young man deserves a BIG RAISE AND PROMOTION. I put my name in the system and became a member here too just because of JAY! THANKS FOR ALL YOU DID AND DO JAY!

I want to make sure that Glen from this location knows that we are truly thankful to him for helping us on our recent vacation, we were driving from Michigan to Kentucky when Our battery light came on and he tested our battery and confirmed the battery was fine but the alternator was defective.Glen went out of his way to help us and ensured we had the right parts for our repair.Thank you so much for being a true professional and working hard for your customers Glen, you are a truly a stand up guy and I hope oreillys rewards you for going above and beyond to help your customers.

I needed a new battery for my car. Pretty simple purchase. There were two people in the store at the time. One lady greeted me and started the sale process but then some other guy stepped in. He grabbed a tester and went out to check the battery and confirmed it was dead.So far, nothing spectacular.We then went inside to buy the new battery. He told me we could complete the transaction after the battery was swapped out as the final price would be determined by whether or not I returned the old one to him to get rid of the core charge. I told him I had no use for an old battery and would want to leave it with him.He took the new battery to my car, unplugged the old one and installed the new one. Then he left the old one on the curb and walked inside. I asked him if he wanted me to grab the old one to which he replied, "only if you want to exchange it." I mean, we did just have a conversation about this in which I told him that was what I wanted. So I picked up the old one and brought it inside.Just kind of odd to me. Is there some special agency that makes sure I bring the battery inside and this guy doesn't just assume that is what I want? Is he not allowed to tell me that I have to bring it inside to him?I don't know. It just seemed odd. In addition, they took my email and I had to unsubscribe from it as I was getting two emails per day.My advice, go there if you need to, don't look too deeply into the customer service, and do not give them an email address.

Not impressed. They sold me a wrong part then I had to drive 12 miles to another branch to get the right part all on my dime and gas. Their attitude isn t customer centered, more focused on what they can t do than what they can do to help a customer. Next time I need parts I ll go to the next town to another parts store.

They had a recharge for our church bus and we were in and out on the road in 20 minutes total. They were so helpful we have happy girl scouts from northwest ohio. These boys made us feel at home.

I go in, and the first thing I hear, are employees telling dirty stories and lots of f- bombs..then I pickup a steering wheeling cover for I thought was $ 8.97..but it was in the wrong place ..sells for $ 27..I told the guy, it was in the 8.97 rack..he said. I guess it was in the wrong place..I told him, I don't have time to look thru them all to check prices..I thought he'd come from around the counter to help..but no..I'm afraid I won't be shopping there much..need nenewstaff..

Would not buy anything from them took 3 times to get front pads on a 2012 Chrysler 200 also bought a torque wrench combo for $100 would not break one lug nut then when I went to return it it was a problem never shop there again ..

Severely lacking in the customer service department. As a customer, I felt like I was bothering the employees. Any questions I asked were met with a frustrated sigh. Not customer friendly.

Talked me out of buying part for drive shaft to dam lazy to walk outside and check truck wanted me to remove drive shaft then come back down with old ones but then truck wouldn't drive then would it total genius's go to autozone stay away from here
