They did not provide detailed information about service amountEven we asked, if that will be that estimated amount. Then it was more than that, we just told them to get confirmed form our side and they gave us 5 seconds to pay and said they will remove the tire. Should have just let us do that and explain that service more precisely. That was quite rude!

Good service, efficient service, fair price.. called in for an air leak came and fixed in less than 20 mins and took them 40min to fix....and it was 19 degrees...highly recommended

I called Neal and asked if he would be able to get my truck looked at the next day. He said "yes we can get you in." I called back the next morning to check on the progress and Neal said "I never told you we could get you in. We are all just real hot and have been out on roadside service calls and I never told you I could get your truck in." It is the only reason I choose his shop.

My first experience, my truck tire came loose on me after they put tires and brakes on one of my fleet trucks. My second experience I waited on a simple brake replacement job for nearly a week and a half and my final experience with them I had a trailer tire or something as simple as a trailer that needed to be replaced we committed to a timeline and a price. I went back nearly 12 hours after the agreed-upon timeline. The trailer had not been touched not impressed will not recommend will not return.

I was unable to move my tandems, pressure was not pumping enough to release pins completely. I called Neal s, they took me in immediately, worked on my trailer was out if there repaired with in an hour. Prices were fair, staff very professional and helpful, they were also very honest, something you do not see in our world anymore!!! Thank you again for getting me back on the road. Couldn't ask for better service. Having a bad day and ripped mud flaps off dump trailer at AK. Neal rehung them right away and wouldn't charge me so i gave him money for lunch. Had a glad hand break off of air hose and he brought me a new one a couple miles down the street and only charged me for the airlines. Very nice guy who you like giving business too. Support the small guys like him

I called Neal up as soon as they opened, Had a wheelseal go out on my truck. Ask if they could get me in to fix it. Said yes. As soon as I got there put my right in and had one of his guys to start on it. About 2 hrs. I was rolling and didn't feel like I got robbed. Thank you Neal and guys.

We've had over 200 emergency experiences over the years as a transportation co, Neal's Mobile Truck Services is by far one of the best experience of all. Fast response time, and they're not going to rip you off by jacked up prices. Thank you.

Neals has always been very honest and upfront about everything. You can count on him to get you fixed and back on the road. I use him for all my service needs! Quick oil changes and lube. I never do online posting, but can't help to post how humanly Neal is...Not only did he offer to drive my driver to and from a hotel, he drove my box truck to flightliner and it was finished, he went and brought it back to his shop at no cost.He did diagnostics at no costs and offered to take the truck to flightliner at no cost..At sometime I got worried for his kindness, but he was just one of a kind.

Neal's is a really great place, they are kind and professional. Gets right on the work that needs to be done, does a great job repairing trucks and trailers. Their prices are very reasonable/affordable.

On my way to Florida from Michigan driving my motorhome and pulling a trailer, my motorhome suddenly quit. This is on Saturday so getting help was quite difficult. I then called Neil's snd he sent his son to look at my rig. The repairs could not be completed on the side of the expressway so I had it towed to their shop. First thing Monday they started working on the motorhome. They have a electrical specialist who took over the task of tracking down my problem, which he did. He found the problem and got me out of there before noon. I could not be happier with the professional service I received from Neil's shop. They really take care of their clients, the way it should be. I strongly advise anyone needing service to check them out. You will not be disappointed. Great service great prices, and Great people. Ten stars

Been there for three repairs over the last 6 months. Each time repairs were completed quickly and at a fair price. Neal trys to get you in and out ASAP.Top shelf service. My go to place in Middletown.

Breaking a serpentine belt is never an ideal experience, when working out of town, but imagine our feeling of relief when we realized we drifted our crippled vehicle into Neil's mobile large & midsized truck repair business. Fast and efficient! Gave them a call and they had my driver up and running within 1.5 hrs. Great company and the mechanic by the name of Chad was awesome! Highly Recommend

I broke down on Friday afternoon at a Speedway truck stop after dropping off my trailer at the Home Depot Distribution I called Neil he had a mechanic come check out the truck, turns out it was the air compressor, they aired up my truck I drove it to the shop. He had a mechanic drive me and my dog to a Hotel. I will update on Monday on service and my experience.
