Very courteous and helpful. Was sold out of Tough Stuff, but I will have it tomorrow. Employees are very helpful and get you in and out fast. Great place to shop for auto needs.

Super auto parts store. Huge inventory with everything you could possibly need, and staff that knows exactly what they are doing. Much less expensive than AutoZone or O'Reilly's.

Handy sometimes but very overpriced on many things.$25 compression fittings for instance.They do have a lot of overhead to make up for.Cheaper elsewhere.

I came in to get my back windshield wiper replaced and was given the wrong one the first time. Second time I came back i was greeted and helped by Troy. He was very friendly patient and found the correct wiper for me and even put it on my car. Thank you and i will be back for my future car needs.

Didn't have a dual posts, AGM battery in stock. Was a second store drive to and was told they had the battery I needed. Ended up running all over for nothing. Found the battery I needed at Advance 3 miles from my house. Should've went there first.

I've been a customer of Napa D&S Auto for a long time now. The customer service is AWESOME!!! They are a bunch of great employees, and if they don't have what you are looking for, they can get it fairly quickly.

Well I don't know what to say about these team member Jeff!! I believe he was the store manager. If not he treat like a real professional! Nice and new the product, like the back of his hand ! I needed a few things and it seemed like he was one step ahead! Fast , professional, funny and got the parts I need and the fix went perfect!!! Thank Napa for awesome service! And wound not go anywhere else ! I will pass the word

Very helpful and thorough. They'll even give you sale prices when they don't have to.I called for prices on a part,say brakes and was quoted 150$? I went to get my parts and was told the price of 75$. That made me very happy. Thank you NAPA!

Ordered a part ( air intake ) for my motorcycle.Parts come in 2 weeks later and it's the wrong part.No biggie other than they wouldn't refund the shipping for the wrong part that THEY ordered so just make sure the workers know what their ordering before they take your money.(Edit) as much as I would like to it would no longer be worth it as that would be my 4th trip back and that would basically just cover the gas lost in said trips

My worst experience ever at a NAPA location. Arriving in town my belt broke on my motor home. I thought I had a replacement with me but it was too small. I went to NAPA as all of my past experiences from my home town were positive.The customer service at this location was terrible from the start. The guy at the counter was not knowledgeable. I had to tell him multiple times what I needed. He kept trying to sell me a smaller belt. When that finally got resolved he ended up having to have a manager come help him. Out of the store belt in hand I went right to try it but it also was too small, back at the store they refunded the funds but did not have the correct size in stock.Needless to say the credit never showed up on my credit card and today I went in to inquire. They said I swapped the belt and they didn't carry the brand belt they had sold me. Essentially accusing me of swapping the belt.Needless to say I will never go back there and buyer beware for anyone that does. I don't know what brands they carry and certainly don't have belts laying around. I had just moved from cross country to find that this is the community I moved to. Buyer beware!

Now I know why NAPA auto parts moved to their new location. The store is huge like the Grand canyon. Their inventory is vast and the staff is more than happy to look up any part or accessory you ask about in their catalog and show you where it is if it's in the store. Great place for car people to meet other car people and car mechanics.

Unfortunately, I purchased brakes 3-4 yrs ago and now they need replaced. Can you believe NAPA does not keep any customer information in their system for warranty replacement. They were lifetime warranty parts. I purchased the top quality Ceramic brakes. Now I am out another $55, totally ridiculous. This is where the other Auto Parts chains have an significant advantage over NAPA, , they keep you purchase information. No hassle, no questions, just a positive customer experience. NAPA is still operating in the dark ages. I have no reason to support this business practice. Hey NAPA, its 2018 not 1980. You cheated me out of $55, never again !

Ordered parts on friday was suppose to be in monday . Went to get part ordered half the parts wrong never got right parts till wednesday 230 held up 5 days not knowing how to order .!! WAS ONE OF THE BEST PARTHOUSES UP TILL NOW !!!!!

Nice store. Clean and new. If they don't have it they can order it for you and usually have it that day or by the next. They did order.me.yhe wrong part but we're apologetic and fixed it asap. Overall this is a nice place with knowledgeable staff who can answer questions and know what things are.

These guys are smart asses, I'd go there any day. They are some of the best parts guys that you'll find anywhere, hands down. A lot of knowledge can still be had at this establishment.

Men working in there were too busy complaining n talking to help me find something. Finally got help, which took forever, just to try n use the tire plug kit but it was either too cheap or super old. Had to go someplace else n buy another for 1/4 the of the price n it worked. And Napa is super dark inside.

Many times I order stuff from them and rarely does the stuff I need come in when promised. I never get callbacks when promised. Customer service is lacking.
