I don't even want to give one star! Avoid this place at all cost! They only care about money. I went in to get an alignment and knew I'd probably have to get tires too. I waited 2 hrs before my car even got pulled in and 15-20 min later they come out with a long list of things " needing" done before they could even do the alignment. Totaling over 3,000. I knew something wasn't right and said to take my car down! Went to tire discounters for a second opinion to be told in fact tires and an alignment was all my car needed and some new back brakes soon which wasn't even on their long list! Long story short go to tire discounters!

Never ever will I come here again. Was scheduled for 8:30 am and when I got here they lost time slot. Was told they would get me in asap. Note this was for a tire needing plug. 80 dollars and 3 hrs latter finely getting car done. Never ever again.

In and out for an oil change even with a full lobby. The work they suggested, they sent a text with a link to photos of all readings and pictures of all filters. They weren't pushy. they just said this is advised, but not something you need today. Definitely has improved from years past.

Needed tires plugged and was told it could be done at no charge. I watched as they looked at the tires, took them off and then about three mechanics gathered around the tire and then took the other one off, did the same, and then came and got me and said nothing could be done - we needed a new set of tires for $1400! The original mechanic they talked to us said, I should have looked and told you before removing the tires. Yeah. Exactly. We were there about 2.5 hours. Very disappointed.

I definitely would recommend this place .My vechicle had a lot of things going on from a prior shops mess ups. I called and the same day they had my vechicle running a diagnostic test on it and fixing my car .I was happy to get my car back running right .

They were out for money. Told us there was one thing wrong with the car. Then they drove it and there were suddenly two things wrong. Then they drove it a second time and drove it so hard that they returned it with the brakes smoking and two warning lights on. And then there were magically four things wrong. Avoid them at all cost!

My sunroof was stuck in the vent position. I was told it would be $700 just to see what the problem was. I went home and closed it myself with a YouTube video and a socket wrench.

Slowest service I have ever experienced. I will never come back here. Most of the technicians were just standing around. Hour 20 minutes for a oil change. Ask them to check to see if I had a slow leak in my tire. the technician claim he checked it and said he found nothing, but about the time I got home my tire was down to 20 lbs of pressure. he never checked it. I asked for him to check my front brake pads . I know for a fact that I need front brake pads and rotors, he claim he checked them and said that they were fine... Really! I sat there the whole hour and 20 minutes and watch him. Most of the time he played on his phone. Never again! Customer service is dead in this place.

My sister was here from Florida for Christmas and her Dodge truck heater was out so she took it to Midas who told her they could fix it. This was on December 12th. They kept changing the estimate to higher and higher amounts as they had the truck torn down. This went on and on and they told her it would be after Christmas because their main mechanic was on vacation. It is December 29th and the truck is still torn down and not repaired. She is stuck here from Florida. I have written corporate, sent messages on twitter and Facebook and still nothing happening. This is ridiculous. I am posting here hoping they will do something. 17 days so far. No end in sight. Update; 18 days

I witnessed several customers today, one of which said he'd been coming there "forever," which gave me more comfort since his hair was quite gray. I was able to schedule an appointment online and for the same day, but it was just an oil change. After a coupon that they didn't even make me present, a full synthetic for under $60. Least expensive in town that I know of.My father worked in the shopping complex nearby and this location was there back then. Early 90s. So I gave them a try and was quite happy.

Fixed my power steering fluid leak. Did a 5 hour job and got it back to me within a day. Cody and the rest of the guys were knowledgeable and worked with me. I ll definitely use them for future repairs.

This review is being left on behalf of my mother, Patty Caldwell.... She visited the Roosevelt Blvd. Midas location for an oil change on her 2011 Jaguar XF. Ramiero Miguel and his team of technicians performed their duties with great professionalism and courtesy. They also went the extra mile trying to reset the service interval system. I want to thank the gentleman at Midas, I was on my way to Ohio to spend Thanksgiving with my Aunt, who had recently lost her husband. My husband and I had the whole Thanksgiving dinner in our vehicle, when the axil on my car broke, at an intersection, we could not get anyone to come pick the car up, til M and M towing came straight away, they could tell I was upset, the driver went out of his way to take us to Midas, all the gentleman there were so kind, and were able to fix my car and have me back on the road in an hour. I had no idea Midas did that kind of work. They saved my Thanksgiving and we were able to get back home after Thanksgiving, we live in South Carolina, I had never had someone treat us so nice. Thank you Madas and M and M towing, yall have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Kim and Jim Johnson.

An absolutely wonderful experience. Kirk Sorrell helped me. He stayed over, and refused to accept money for what he did to get me back on the road. I'm not a Midas customer. I own 5 vehicles. And I'm going to be a Midas customer for long as Kirk is working there.

I had a power steering fluid leak which they said they fixed easily. So easy, that they didn't charge me. Unfortunately, I got home, and my fluid is still leaking. It was a 5 star review when I left due to the customer service but my problem wasn't fixed.

I took my 2006 Tahoe in for new brakes, a Transmission service and oil service. I have not had the vehicle serviced, other than an oil change, for 5 years, and it was well overdue. Kirk and Cody were both professional and quick to check my vehicle and let me know what needed to be done. I was expecting much more to be wrong with it but it was a simple front and rear brake job and the services. My cost came in under what I was expecting and the vehicle was done the same day. I would definitely recommend this shop and the people who work there. They are good at their jobs and honest, which is a rarity to find these days.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

I took my car here to get it checked out to get the linkage fixed they tried to tell me it was the starter and they barely had anytime to even look at it I had to keep calling them to check on it they never once called me like they said they would. I had to have it towed from there to another shop that I within an hour they knew that it was the linkage this place is a complete joke

I had an amazing experience with the manager of this place, his name is Ben Kincer, think of an amazing guy, super attentive, available to help and solve all your car problems, in fact the whole team is amazing and they are available to help everyone! The work with my car was incredible and they were always willing to do the best! Congratulations to this amazing team

they were TERRIBLE & I should ve knew from the person before me to just get up & leave because they said they would never be back when paying for the service they did. I took my car there because my control module was bad. The guy told me my car was smoking from under the hood & I seen there was oil everywhere so he then tell me I need to degrease it & a oil change so I paid for the oil change he said I had a oil leak if I paid for it to be degreased he would be able to tell me where the oil leak was coming from. So I paid for that & long story short I was checking out paying for my service I asked him where the oil leak was coming from he told me to drive it for a week & bring it back he knew I had children & knew how dangerous that could be but they seen me being young & a women so they took advantage of my money & I just had a baby & was off on maternity leave so money was tight & I told them that. I would NEVER take my car back there. Their worried about the money & never told me what was wrong with my car.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHECLE HERE. If there was a way to give this Midas location a half star, I would do it. I took my Nissan here because there was some noise in the engine when I accelerate. When I went in, they hooked it up their computer and told me there was some error code and so forth. No problem, I knew the engine needed servicing so no problem there. AFTER they went through their process and corrected whatever their computer was saying, they informed me that I may want to take a look at my wheel bearings as that may need servicing as well. I said no problem I will fix the issue later. Total charge for that day was $2200. When I drove my car home, the noise was still there and the check engine light came back on. I didn't feel like they fixed anything. Upon some back and forth with the manager, I was told I needed to fix the wheel bearing to get rid of the noise and also the sensor they used was bad which is why they check engine light came on, mind you, whoever I was dealing with did not communicate that. Total charge for wheel bearings, $800 dollars. Fast forward a week afterwards, I go out to start my car to get my family to the airport, car is completely dead! Keys won't work, doors won't open, like dead! I took my car the local Valvoline to see what was happening, apparently , they did not tighten the battery the when they took it out. Extremely incompetent. But wait there is more. There was still noise coming from the wheel, I was going to take it back but honestly I was dreading going back to this location. After a week of dealing with the noise, I tried to look at the wheel to see if I could identify what was happening, there was thing clothes hanger looking thing wrapped around the front stut spring. It sounded like my wheel was going to fall off. Avoid this location, they have very poor communication and incompetent technicians in my opinion.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My tires are leaking. Let them check it out. After inspection they said there was a crack on the side of the tire that could not be repaired. Let me replace 4 tires. Offer $700. Experience tells me they are wrong. So went to the Honda dealership in the afternoon to check it out. They found a screw in the tire and fixed it for free. This is a store that cannot be trusted.

I had a headlight out. Walmart said I needed a diagnostic test. So I brought it to midas. They found a wire that needed fixed. Said my brakes had a noise. Hardware in my brakes needed tightened. They've always done a great job with my car. My car has had bad brakes for years, despite getting fixed/replaced a number of times at other places. I finally brought it to Midas and haven't had any problems since. Their oil changes are quick and easy. The mechanics are always really nice and explain what's going on pretty well, and I feel like the prices are really fair.

763 to have my coolant system and heater core hoses replaced. I brought some of the parts and twas waiting for the rest to arrive. After a couple days they told me they had went ahead and gotten the rest of them and was going to replace them all because why not replace them all when your doing some. Well I get my vehicle back and drive to dayton. Starts smoking and spraying coolant all over. Open the hood. One of the hoses that was supposed to be replaced is the old one. And has been cut open by the belt that it's now rubbing on. And as I continue to look I see maybe 3 or 4 new hoses and all the rest are the old ones. Call they said no liable, call coorporate they say take so midas can fix. But I'll still have to pay more money. My truck has been sitting in dayton since no money to tow it back. ... Never go here

I had new upper and lower ball joint put on my suburban anti ride endsI took it to Midas to get it online. And they wanted to tell me that I needed to replace my lower ball joints and then when I told them I had already had it worked on

A friend and I had her vehicle towed to this location after a possible overheating issue. After a $1300 bill for a radiator, we realized the sheer incompetence every employee has at this location. They will lie, manipulate, and try to berate customers into spending unnecessary funds. Trust the Midas touch , more like Everything Midas touches turns to s***. Avoid this place like the plague.Service: General repairs & maintenance
