Hands down the BEST dealership to go to if you need a car. My credit wasn't the best and they were able to get me into a vehicle, I have ALWAYS wanted. They work so hard to get you approved, I was in shock. If you ever need a vehicle please go to them. You won't be disappointed. They have a great selection of Excellent vehicles that are high quality. The only issue is that I can't give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it!

From the start Jeff was very upfront about wanting to help us get a vehicle and in my opinion went above and beyond most dealers. When he said we guarantee financing I thought yea right everyone says that. Well let me tell you he meant it, we told him what we were looking for and how much we had for a down payment and he took care of the rest for us. I am extremely pleased with how our interaction went and will do business with them gladly in the future. If your looking for a vehicle you should really give these guys a shot you won t be disappointed.

I bought a 2014 Kia Soul from them back in February 2020. I can honestly say now a year later I am so grateful for them. My credit wasn t the best and I was scheduled to move to Texas in the spring and my old car died. They did everything in their power to make sure I left with a quality car and that meant a lot. Amazing customer service. I do live in Texas now and the car is still in excellent condition after the drive here. I definitely recommend them; they ll take good care of you.

The place is awesome, the guys are very caring and serious when helping someone that needs a reliable vehicle. I have had alot of problems because of my credit. They called me, I was really surprised by the effort that he put forth to get me approved. I love these guys and I recommend them to anyone struggling to get a reliable car.

I recently got a car from Lifetime Automotive. I was very impressed with them. They explained everything in great detail, and are honest people!! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. They do not sell junk at this place, only good reliable vehicles. I love my new car.

Searching for a reliable vehicle can be a exhausting, especially if you no credit history or even bad credit. Jeffery had reached out to me and provided beyond exceptional customer service, explaining that not only do they have a great inventory but more importantly they do HONEST, LEGIT business. They made great conversation and also paperwork was explained in massive details so if you think they re talking too (because I did) don t mind it because they really want too make sure you understand everything they re putting in front of you. Ask questions, voice your interests, concerns and they WILL get YOU a great deal. They don t have a $9 million building or big fancy lights attracting customers but the vehicle, customer service and genuine honesty all makes up for it. Give these guys a call if you need a reliable vehicle for anyone in your family! OH! Trade-ins are welcome too!

I'm a person who always spent cash on everything. No matter how expensive it was. Never bothering to build up credit until recently. I went to this place with no credit and they were able to give me offers. They really work hard to get you into a good quality vehicle. None of the vehicles they sell seem to be jn bad shape at all. All of them are cosmetically in great condition and the ones I tested were great. They really seem to care about their customers. If you show interest in them they will show interest in you. I'm from the Springfield area. In Springfield dealers can be shady and it seems like they just want to make a quick buck. Without ever really explaining how it all works. Lifetime will explain everything to you in English so you can understand it. I would recommend anyone to check this place out. Ultimately I chose not buy a car there. The only reason was I fell in love with another car at a different location. But really I had a tough time deciding what I wanted to do. Trust me if you're in desperate need of a vehicle that isn't old and beat up and doesn't have crazy high mileage, check these guys out.

Jeff and Daniel are AWESOME!!! My wife and I had problems with the car we bought sometime ago from a different location and were worried about how we were going to get back and fourth to work and other important places we needed to go. We turned to GOD and asked for help and he brought us to two small business owners who went above and beyond to help us. They thoroughly went through and explained everything, broke down our expenses, and gave us a few options based on that. Within a couple hours after the paperwork and test driving we drove off the lot same day with a great clean reliable vehicle that runs smooth. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy from two individuals who actually care and not just another dealership or junk car lot looking to make a quick buck. I wish them all the luck growing their business and doing it in an honest, professional, and truly caring way. Guys please don't ever change!!!

My experience from Lifetime automotive was astonishing. Jeffery and Daniel both humble individuals was upfront with me on everything, from what my financing options are to the car faxs reports. Going there I was thinking I would be limited choosing on which vehicle I can have. After a few test drives on any vehicle I choose I found the one. Low mileage still with manufacturer's warranty. Finally a company standing behind their core values and name. Thanks again Lifetime!

Would give ten stars if I could! No complaints. Far superior experience at Lifetime than at previous dealerships. None of the usual salesperson pushiness and fake interest. Respectful, professional, authentic. Highly recommend!

Their prices are reasonable and the crew is easy to deal with. They are honest about the cars. Can't really ask for much more when buying a used vehicle. I suggest going there when searching for a car.

Yes just got my vechicle from here, staff were friendly and cared about me not only my money. Yes they will have my business for life and I have already reccomended some friends to them. Great staff with willingness to help get you into a car.
