Thank you again for repairing my Supra, customer service and the technician were excellent. I have always had to take a vehicle back for rework at other collision centers, so this first time having my vehicle repaired here is a relief. Car looks like it did before the accident and customer service reached out to me multiple times to assure everything was taken care of. Thank you again!

Liberty Collision Center fixed our challenger after it was damaged in a storm their work was flawless we and others were impressed with the finished repairs. The service was was terrific they were very helpful with our insurance claim as well.

You did an awesome job on a small job that others were scared to do because of the Satin/Matte finish of the paint. Can't thank them enough for the help. Lights were smoked, deck lid on trunk, all emblems, all spoilers front & rear + grills all sprayed matte/satin. Owner even traded & donated his personal GT 500 rear spoiler when my Roush part didn't work out & sprayed it as well to meet deadline for shipment. Great guys...

I had my Durango repaired here, and I am beyond happy with the outcome. Everyone did a fantastic Job. They even provided a light complimentary detail once repairs were complete. I was recently rear ended. I needed to have the bumper on my Mercedes replaced and bodywork done. I worked with Linny and Brittany at liberty auto and collision to get my vehicle serviced there. They were both extremely helpful and customer oriented. The bodywork was impeccable, and you would never know my car was in an accident. Additionally, my husband asked them to tint the windows and I am more than happy with the work done. Tlingit took the time to explain every step of the process being new to Ohio, I was not familiar with how auto insurance worked here But she was very patient with me. Brittany kept me up-to-date with items as they were happening to my car . I love how my vehicle looks after the body work and with the added tint I highly recommend this establishment they truly work to optimize the customer experience.Service: Body & Trim

Chris and his team were professional and friendly. The lobby is clean, modern and comfortable. I stopped by for an estimate and he was able to get me quoted right away. The price he quoted was extremely fair, I had another estimate prior to his that was $150 more! I had finally purchased my dream car a few months before doing the damage, I was devastated. Chris and his team got my baby back in perfect condition. She was cleaned on the inside and out sparkling and ready for me just two days later. A tree fell on our car in June, which did a lot of damage, therefore a lot of body and electrical work. We got it back on on September 27 but the delay was no fault of Liberty Collision. Some parts were very difficult to get in a timely fashion. They kept us informed and sent us photos of the every spot of damage. Anytime we called , the staff was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend Liberty Collision! They fixed my car after I was rear-ended and did a GREAT job! Jerry Kamil was very friendly, helpful, and patient with all my questions and concerns. This is the second time in 3 years that I have had to bring my car here. Both times have been an absolute fantastic experience. My car looks like new and working with Jerry has been very enjoyable. This time with the wait on parts took a little longer because of the supply chain but everything was done well and I am very happy. I recommend them whenever I can.

Chris Tino and his team of professionals made my visit very smooth. They worked directly with my insurance agent, and took all the hassle and stress off me. The car repairs and paint were done perfectly the first time and done on-time. The team even fixed a few other things they noticed while doing the work. I have used Liberty for my company work truck and for both of my wife's personal cars. They have been nothing less that exceptional. They have been very fair with the pricing and always very upfront and honest about the charges and the work being done. Even if I have a question about "possible" work I may want they go through the entire price options and details whether I get the work done or not.And they always seem to do just that little extra that makes you really appreciate taking your vehicle to them.Profesional, courteous, clean shop and highly recommended and will continue to use Liberty's services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The Liberty Collision Team took excellent care of my car after I was rear-ended. They restored the bumper and trunk, and I'm very pleased with the results. They communicated to the Insurance Agency and the Rental Car Agency, which was extremely helpful. The Team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Liberty Collision Center!

We had damage to our passenger rear door, quarter panel, and rim. Liberty Collision gave us a very competitive quote so we went with them are were not disappointed. They did a fantastic job fixing it up, and they were extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend using them!

I had bodywork done on my car.When I picked up my car, it was perfect. They took care of every little detail. I would highly recommend Liberty Collision to any one needing repair work. I took my car here to get fixed and they did an amazing job. You can t even tell where it got hit at all and everyone there was amazing. They kept me updated the entire time and even let me know that they was taking it to the shop in Franklin to get done even sooner and it they quoted me that it would be done on the 6th but I got it back four days sooner. Chris, Jerry, and James are focused on great repair results and customer service. When a repair of my car's aluminum hood proved difficult, they were able to source a new replacement part at a reduced cost, perform additional work to blend the color properly in the front without charge, and ensure every question I had was answered. The level of professionalism and quality from this shop is phenomenal. I would easily recommend them!

Awesome experience. Chris and his team in Middletown do excellent work and their paint process puts out better results than the factory does. In addition, the customer service is the best in the business. I was kept informed throughout the process of the repair and my car was returned cleaner inside and out than it went in. Definitely worth the drive up from Cincinnati for the excellent work and service.

My one-month old new car was hit while on a business trip out of state, it was minor damage to the rear driver side quarter panel. Making matters difficult was the fact my car was so new I knew it might be a challenge to find parts or match the paint. I was in search of a body shop that could offer a great quality repair with great customer service. Someone recommended Liberty Collision to me and boy, I'm glad they did. They were professional from start to finish with a top-quality repair to match. I was blown away by the detail of the repair, being completed on time, and even working with my insurance company; making the whole process seamless to me. I can t recommend this company enough! Thank you to the entire Liberty Collision team for blowing me away with your quality and service, my car looks brand new again!

My wife had a brief encounter with a telephone pole and took off my passenger side mirror. Our insurance agent recommended LIberty Collision. Brought my truck in, and got an on the spot quote with a timeline on how long the new mirror would take to order and install. I was unaware my mirrors were after market so what was ordered initially didn t match. Jerry called and let me know the issues and that they were already on top of finding the correct mirror. Once the mirror came in I was emailed and updated with the new completion date and coordinate a pick up time. I was kept updated all through the process, didn t break the bank, and they did quality work. Will definitely use them for anything like this in the future!Service: Body & Trim

This is without question the best collision repair shop around!! I have had two vehicles repaired at this shop, these gentlemen go out of their way to make sure you are happy. From Chris and Jerry in the front to Casey in the back of the shop you cannot beat this team. Most of all they will answer any question you have honestly and make sure you understand what is going on with your repair . They have also tinted the windows in my Challenger, once again a great job. I will not trust anybody but these guys for any collision repair in the future!!! Great Job Gentleman!!!
