I think I gave them a good review before, but I can't now. I went for an oil change a month or so ago and thought it went great, but the other day when I changed my serpentine belt I noticed that the oil filter was the same one from at least the previous oil change. It's pretty bad Jiffy Lube prides themselves on great service when the reality is the opposite. The easiest part of an oil change is changing the oil filter and they didn't do it. That's a shame. Good thing I know how to do it myself. Convenience isn't always a good thing people.

Good service but they left one of the screws to the cover underneath undone. My husband had to crawl under the car to fix it. It was almost dragging the ground. Luckily we caught it before it drug the ground.

I wasn't impressed. It has been a while since i was here. The last time i was here, a different crew more professional service. This Crew has a long way to go before I would consider them professional. The oil change went well. The turn signal light bulb went well. I was just not impressed with the overall environment.

For oil changes, I bounce back and forth between Jiffy Lube and Valvoline, based on who has the shortest wait. My most recent experience, was here about 2 weeks ago. I get a 30 minute lunch break, and everyone would be closed when I got off work, so I went on my lunch. I drove passed Valvoline, as they had a huge line. Jiffy Lube, had no wait. They got me in, and were speedy enough I made it back to work before my 30 minutes were up. My only complaint is, they didn t take down my name to pull up my file there. I have one, and they always print the receipt with my name for my car records I keep. Also, they did not bother to tell me if my oil was low when I came in or not, because I have the smallest leak and I need to know that it s not getting worse. This is why I have my oil changed pretty often. The receipt didn t have my info. It also didn t have information if anything was low or wrong when they checked the car over. Most places I ve been too, including Jiffy Lube s, usually have this all on your receipt. Therefore, I don t know if anything was wrong. Other than that, if you re looking for speedy and cheap service, this is a good place to go.

Yes, I assure you, they re open. Prompt, thorough service. Reminds of the car hops in the movies from the 40s and 50s. Great team, will come back.

I went and got an oil change 2 days ago, no sticker for when to change is next, but a bigger problem, now all the oil that was in my car is now on my driveway. I was wondering why they gave me a random discount, and now I know. Don't go here, go right down the road to Valvoline. Seriously DO, NOT, GO HERE. Thats some major shady stuff for a business to mess up and not tell you.To be fair, I did call the place today and talked to the manager.(he was not there the day of the mishap) he immediately inspected the car and found out had happened. Went ahead and did another oil change and fixed the issue. I'm changing it too a three star simply for the manager, dude is good at his job, the other dudes, not so much.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went for an oil change, specified that I only wanted an oil change, they took it upon themselves to put wipers on and charged me an additional $80.00!!! They were just changed and this was an unnecessary unapproved charge! THEY CLEARLY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

As a woman not knowing much about cars going to these places always stresses me out! But every time I come here these gentlemen are always so nice! They explain things to me and when I give them the I have no idea look they dumb it down for me! I know places like this are supposed to be all about getting this service and that but they honestly don t push and push be to buy this or that!I will be here as long and these guys are here! Iam happy with headquarter who avar help me and refunds my money back my account. jiffy lube is great auto repair but some of the employees have to learn how to spick with customers. So iam happy for them service dont do agen for other that do on me..thanks for your kindness please.

Service was quick but sloppy. There was no sticker for the duration of the oil change, they did not vacuum the car until after we showed them the receipt, and they spent a ton of time recommending extra services we weren't interested in.Decent price but I would definitely not go back based on the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.

Customer service is sad. Anyone going here checked the internet for coupons, even if a returning customer. They will not tell you if there are discounts. My oil change went up $50. I would not recommend this business.

Great people I just want to give a shout out to the ladies that work at Jiffy lube they know what they are doing took my car to shop twice because my brake light kept coming on, I just went to get oil change and they said I needed my brake fluid changed that I had copper in my brake fluid along with the ladies and the gentleman that work there I left once again a happy customer my brake light has not come on again. So thankful for you guys it's hard to find places you can trust people working on your car and know what they are doing. Happy Customer left there in a great mood we laughed and a blast the short time I was there! To the boss you have great time with super great customer service they deserve lunch on you LOL! THANKS JIFFY LUBE!

These ladies and gentlemen were just awesome and I cannot even explain how satisfied I am about the service I received. I will always go back to this establishment as long as they keep the staff they have. Everyone kept me informed every step of the way of what needed to be done. They gave me options and not once did I feel "I was being taken advantage of by the mechanics" which unfortunately does happy at other establishments in this line of work. Extremely happy and would recommend to any/everyone.

It was my first time here. There was a little bit of a wait but the workers quickly opened up a third bay for me.I had my oil changed and granted I thought it was priced a little high I still appreciated the work and professionalism that was shown.

Fast service. The young lady said she swept out my floor boards & the back seat & did not. I left & immediately a wrench light came up on my dash display. I went back and the Car told me her code reader isn't compatible with my 2013 Ford Fusion. Ok. So how does that light come on immediately following the oil change & I've had the car for 5 yrs & this hasn't happened before. I am religious about getting my oil changed every 3,000 miles. Not real pleased with my most recent experience.

Fast and efficient! Very friendly! I went on my lunch break and they were done in 15 to 20 minutes! They even vaccumed out my car for me! I don't know if that's standard to do, but it was definitely a nice touch! Thanks!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Jiffy Lube! My husband normally takes care of having car serviced but I had to do it today. I was treated like a V.I.P.! This was surprising since it wasn't that way when I was here over a year ago. The attention to everything, from my car to my comfort, was better than I've experienced @ places far more expensive. The manager even took time to find as many DISCOUNTS as possible. The sparse waiting area was more than made up for by the short time I spent in it. If you have been disappointed by this business in the past or if you want a place where you can get terrific car service @ a reasonable price, you really should check this place out. (Disclaimer: I was NOT compensated in ANY way for my statement. I just feel that we should be as quick to report positive experiences as we are to slam negative ones.)

The guys here are very helpful and reasonable. After using other places in Middletown for auto repair that were extremely expensive and kept my car for days, I brought my car to Jiffy Lube on a Sunday because everywhere else was closed. They fixed my problem that same day and it was inexpensive. Going forward, I will always come here first

I had to ask for my windows to be cleaned. Then, I used a Groupon coupon and was charged an additional $3+ "for tax". I've used plenty of Groupon coupons and have never been charged anything extra.They did CK my tire pressure. However, for the 2nd time at this location, they did NOT add antifreeze, saying I use "pink' and they only have "yellow ". "AutoZone sells it".Three guys working and only one really tried to help. Just not what I would call a "good customer service/experience".Service: Oil change

Brought in vehicle for basic oil change which also includes vacuuming, air pressure check, and window cleaning. When I left, I noticed the windows or carpets hadn't been touched (and they were a mess, so it couldn't have been more obvious). I brought the car home, and checked the tire pressure and I had two tires that were low. I was going to be driving several hundred miles that weekend, and I don't have an easy way to put air in my tires, so I decided to bring the car back and have the issues resolved. The service manager at the time, Dustin, gladly resolved the issue. Much to my surprise, he provided me with a certificate for a free oil change on my next visit.Two months later, I bring in a vehicle for an oil change. Dustin no longer works at the branch, but the branch manager performed the free oil change for me. After completion, he comes inside and asks me if I was the guy who brought my car back and started cussing out Dustin because my car wasn't clean enough. He then decides to tell me that that's not how you handle things. The experience I had with Dustin was perfectly fine, he rectified the problem and I was satisfied, and the discussion with him was civil and laid back. For the branch manager, two months later, to accuse me of "em-effing" his guy is insulting. I asked him why he felt the need to ask me, and it was so he could "protect his guys". Apparently, his "guys" are more important than the customer. I will never bring a vehicle here again.

Most if my service was good. I asked fir the techncian not to slam my hood after adding the oil. I heard my request being told to all concerned technicians and what happen when there were complete my hood was slammed. My problem with this there are forgetfulness and when you call them oil her out on w hff at was ask to not be done after slamming my hood is sorry. Go figure. Just because of this action Jiffy Lube gets 3 stars
