Charged me a 1000 for my exhaust, come to find out I got played. Don't go here, especially if you're a woman. They will take advantage of you. The guy that bought my car told me they did it wrong too. LOL

Fair prices, friendly staff. Quick repair.Droppedmy car off in the middle of the night with no problems. Im from out of state. Would definitely reccomend.

Had tires mounted and balanced here and when I picked them up the rims were scratched pretty bad. The mechanic said it was a hard job because they were 35 profile tires. If he thought there was an issue he should have called and said he couldn't do the job. Two stars because the job got done, but now I have to repair and refinish my expensive rims instead of breaking in my new tires.

Since my daughter turned me on to Harris, I will not go anywhere else. They are very trustworthy, and do an excellent job! This shop is top notch!! We're from out of town and had vehicle problems. We called them first thing this morning and they were able to get us in and fixed it today for a very reasonable amount. Very trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend them. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had this shop down in Tennessee!! Rick is my new go to mechanic. I took my 09 Chrysler Sebring to him thinking I needed a new engine computer because that's what another mechanic told me. Rick diagnosed my car and it turned out it needed a new cam sensor. It was by far way cheaper than I expected. Here at Harris they are completely fair and honest!

The best auto service provider in area. There are no worries about over charging, or if your vehicle is properly repaired.. I've been a technician myself for more than 30 years and HARRIS TOTAL AUTO CARE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!��

Fair and honest. Very quick work, very reasonable. Everyone is super nice and the guys in the shop will come out and look at your vehicle if you need to explain what's going on. Great local mechanic!!

We were traveling from Tennessee and broke down thinking we had bad fuel. Did a Google search and gave them a call. They got us right in that day. Turns out it wasn't fuel, but a stuck exhaust valve. I was expecting an expensive repair and a couple days of being stuck waiting. Rick had us back on the road by the end of the day and for a fraction of what I expected. So nice to know there are still honest hard working people that genuinely care about others.Service: Engine repair

Harris Total Auto Care is one of Middletowns best kept secrets. Not just friendly service, but good quality service at prices I'm happy to pay. Rick & his dad are both very good at what they do. I had a severe engine leak on my G6 & he quoted 1400 at first and then I was able to save some money when I picked it up he said it didn t need all of that and only charged me 900, if you ask me that s pretty solid of him because anyone else had already had me on the hook for 1400 so it could ve been different. So now he currently has my 3rd gen explorer in his shop preparing for a timing chain replacement and fluid change. I wouldn t even consider going anywhere else with any other vehicle issue that I can t complete myself unless it s Harris total autocareService: Engine repair

I was born in Middletown and raised up and moved away for 20 years I had to pick up my brother's van from a shop he told me it was the old Firestone I said where we went to our family went to for years and years the only place we went to he said yes upon entering the gentleman that greeted me and I dealt with was the son his father is who we dealt with and he also remembered us it was like a family reunion and still got the best automotive service in town just as I did in the seventies and '80s when I was here and it's still going on today it's a testament to the people that are doing the mechanical work on cars and the establishment is just as respectable as I remember and thank you for the service that you provided and I will be contacting you about future Service as I still hear and need some further Car Care thank you again from the Simpson family

This company tried to scam me when I needed an A/C RECHARGE. the technician tried to tell me I needed 2 a/c relays for my specific vehicle, and that it would cost me and extra $90 dollars for labor and parts. Extra labor for installing a relay right next to the compressor you are already working on?? And to top the cake, I already knew there was only 1 a/c relay for my vehicle, not 2 as claimed by the technician. Also my relay cost 7 dollars at AutoZone. Lol

Will not be going there for service ever again. I have to get my car fixed again and pay more money so someone else can do the job right. I had to come to this place twice and still my car was not fixed properly. Smh. Only reason i gave a 1 is because it won't let me post without one. But honestly they get 0 from me.

Treated my mom very fairly even gave her a generous discount when the Church of Jesus Christ stepped in to help her pay the bill because she is on a fixed income and doesn't have much money.
