Just got 4 brand new tires for an amazing price! Not to mention they were installed in less than 30 minutes. Meygan at the front desk made pricing and warranty information easy to understand AND sold me the cutest middletown middies shirts Thanks for a fast and amazing service

Called about tires right before they closed yesterday. Went down first thing this morning, and they were installed and I was out the door by 10:00. Got an excellent deal, too. Service was very friendly as well. I ll definitely be back!

Meygan explained to me how to find my tire size and inspected my tires for free. Satisfied is an understatement. Glad i chose dunns. fast and affordable with a warranty!

Such an amazing small business. Always friendly and very personable. Walk in as a customer and leave as a friend. Have always had positive experiences here. Definitely recommend them if you need tires, a patch or even just air in your tires.

Dunn s takes care of all customers! We had a situation where one of my teacher s cars broke down on the way home, so we messaged Meygan to ask what she believed we could do to help. She was responsive, even on the weekend, and ensured her car was taken care of and back on the road by end of day Monday. My teacher doesn t have family here, so she was nervous about what to do- BUT now I think she knows she has family in Dunns. We love Dunn tires.. We appreciate their ongoing support of our school and team so much!

Great people, great service, extremely helpful & nice. They were recommended to me by a lot of people & I see why. We definitely will use them again for our future car needs. If you need work done on your car I highly suggest you check them out.

Megan is the rudest lady I ever spoke to in my life ! I had to bring my car back 3 times ! If I could give them zero stars I would ! I needed a stem valve on my tire , and they gave me a faulty stem , tried to get them to fix and and they just forced more air and sent me away . and my tire exploded on the highway! She hangs up on me ! She tells me to stop calling her.

Iam 65 years old on fixed income this is the most kindness will work with you business I have ever came across the attitude of the owners takes me back when people really cared about others if I could give more than 5 stars I would I highly recommend them

I'm updating my post as the owners contacted me and agreed to work out some agreement to correct a mistake made by shop help the Dunn shop owners are very good to work with they at least try to fix a mistake with customers rather then telling you oh well deal with it.. very very happy they made the effort and I'll continue business with them just because of that little effort from the owners . Thank you Dunn's

They charged me $80 to put 4 tired on the rims, balance and install on my car. Great price! However since they closed at 5, and I was there at 415, they couldn't get a lugnut off that was previously only tightened by hand. They wouldn't mess with it. Still charged me 80 bucks, even tho that was the price for 4 tires.** edited after owner response**I understand that. I paid to have them mounted on rims, and installed onto my car. Only 3 were able to be installed. I took my car to my dad, and it took him literally 5 mins to remove the nut. Nothing was explained other than if they continue trying to remove the nut, it could break, but he would try if i wanted that. I asked him to continue, and he advised it wouldn't work even if they keep trying. I paid 80 to have them installed, now I'm going to have to pay again to have the last one installed, as that was the one I needed replaced more than the others.

Grate people working there they are all nice but only thing I didn't like was they are not vary interactive with there costumers I think that's the only thing bad I have to say they need to fix they did a good job on my tiers to be honest and yah not brand new but used like new is ok still has a lot of tread on them the tires were decently good decent prices all around decent establishment

Absolutely the best place to go for your tire needs! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and super fast at getting the job done! I came in before work to get my tire fixed, it had a nail in it and they got me in and out in under 15 minutes. I was told by my uncle to go there a few months back, and then went again today because I knew they'd get the job done. Thank you guys for all you do!!

This company absolutely does business right. The guys working there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional about their business. They were very helpful and provided quick service at a great price.This was my first time doing business with them, but now I know where to go the next time I need tire service or am looking for used tires. I'll definitely be going back there. They get a solid 10 in my book.

Dunn's Tire is hands down the BEST! Great service, always reliable and made you feel like they actually cared about your safety and well being and not just your dollar. Didn't feel like just a transaction they couldn't wait to be over. I rave about them to everyone I know. GREAT JOB! The guys who changed my tires were friendly, polite and respectful. Megan was sweet and welcoming up front, quick and had great customer service.

The customer service from this place is excellent. Went in to get two tires replaced and when I say the speed of which it was done was extraordinary. Got me back on the road in no time and the pricing is extremely reasonable. 100% recommend this business and Will be going back for future services.

They took such awesome care of my Rubi D! I needed a used tire just to get me through until I can get all new shoes for my baby! I had been to a couple other places that either didn t have the tire or looked at me and had tires and when I asked for specs they literally told me it s black, round and holds air. I was not treated like an idiot at Dunn for being a woman and knowing what I need now and will need in the future. They are willing to go the extra mile and are honest about it! I HIGHLY recommend Dunn's Tire Sevice to anybody. Very honest and forthright with information, first time I've been to any sort of auto business where I didn't feel like I was getting screwed or "needed" my husband there with me. Meygan, her husband, and the gentlemen in the back were all VERY helpful and polite!! I will be sending anybody and everybody to Dunn's! Feel free to send your daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandma- they will NOT have the same experience here as they would other big name tire locations and I mean that in the BEST way possible! :)

I just purchased 4 new Kenda tires. Dunn's had the best price in town. My car and steering wheel vibrated really bad after the installation. Mike had the guys check the balance of each tire and nothing showed up. He told me he stands by his tires and work and to have a mechanic check it out. Turns out it was a defective tire so Megan and Mike ordered me a new set right away. They were very concerned as to what was causing the intense shaking and very apologetic for the inconvenience. They are honest, fair and care about their customers and their reputation. They made sure my car was back to driving normal again. Their 2 tire guys that I dealt with twice were fast and did a great job. I highly recommend Dunn's. Thank you Mike, Megan and staff, Debbie Bauer

I bought a couple used tired at Dunn's and a few days later noticed one wasn't holding air. I went back and told them what was going on and they immediately replaced the tire with a different one. No charge, no questions asked. Don't waste your time anywhere else!! These guys are great!!

Staff is very friendly and professional. They got me in and out. The tires also comes with warranties which is a plus. They should get a tire sign out front because I thought it was a carlot at first.

I had new tires that I had purchased mounted and balanced, they were very professional and friendly and did not charge for the disposal of my old tires.There was no waiting, they got me in right away, I will be bringing more business there in the future
