I went to your location today and I was very impressed with your staff. The young man was having computer issues and didn't let that stop him from taking great care of me. He changed the battery in my key fob no hesitation and ran a diagnostic test for me. It was raining and wet and he went above and beyond for me. I appreciate his kindness and I wish I got his name. He is a true blessing thank you sir

I am in here a lot, as I am a mechanic. There are times when this place is awesome. And we all have bad days. But, Most of the time the staff does not want to deal with customers. They also give a standoffish feeling. Will stand around and talk to other employees and ignore the customers waiting. When you are finally helped, you are made to feel that you burden them. If I had another choice of a Autozone that had parts in stock, I would go elsewhere.

Justin was amazing. My husband, twins, and I were traveling to see family when we began having issues with our vehicle. He took time out of his lunch schedule, just to help us find the rights parts and get back on the road. Such a blessing.

The staff member was extremely rude. He didn't want to do anything! He didn't want to show or even tell where anything was. He made a coworker show where the product was but worst of all he LIED. He said they don't go outside to do anything anymore which I know is a lie because there was a coworker out there helping another customer.

I had a car battery fiasco and Samantha was able to help me resolve it. She was very kind and gave all of the best recommendations for what I needed and how to solve my problem. I couldn t have asked for a better experience and will continue doing my business at this location because of her. Thank you Samantha!

The gentle man that helped me was very patient and helpful. I could not find my warranty and he looked up a bunch of my old phone numbers without complaining. He was very helpful!

Was very happy with gentleman that took the time to listen to me as We tried to figure out what I was looking for and helped me with getting the item. . Store also was very clean. I felt very welcome when I enter the store. This review belongs to the Middletown store on Rosevelt Ave.

I have been using the Roosevelt Blvd store for years w/o every having a problem. Today while there I had the misfortune of dealing with the female manager (didn't get her name). It started by her standing in the front w/3 other employees with her talking poorly about other employees. As a retired manager of people that terribly wrong and will quickly kill the moral. Then there was a problem with the check reader and she was rude to me about the equipment malfunction telling me that I should have brought cash or a card very loudly...like everything else she was saying...needless to say I walked out without giving the store the sale, drove across town to the Central Ave store and made the purchase without a problem, the employees there were pleasant and helpful.All I can say is this lady needs some people skills on dealing with employees and the public.I would return to this store as long as she is there and would recommend everyone else avoid this store and manager...

I went in to get a windshield wiper for my mom. They were busy but very polite, and took care of everyone in a timely manner. The lady with the long blonde hair looked up my mom's car and found the right blade for me. The man that installed it was very nice, showed me how to do it on my own next time and didn't make me feel dumb. They were all very nice, I will definitely recommend this location to family. Thank you very much!

i went in to get my checked engine light read. they were kinda busy, so it took a little bit to get checked out. which is no biggie at all. the only thing that made me feel some type of way was that they didn't come out to my car & read it themselves, he just explained the instructions & where to put it to me (a 28 y/o female with no clue about anything to do with cars) & made me do it myself in the rain.

Staff was very kind, but not sure how knowledgeable they were on my particular situation. I ran the check engine dialysis and it said I needed a fuel injector.I bought the fuel injector they suggested.Staff was even kind enough to show me a Google YouTube video on thisHowever when I left, needless to my surprise, my vehicle has four. How was I supposed to know which one?The Staff didn't tell me that information.

The owner needs to fire this lady right now, she is very disrespectful, I bought a battery from another auto zone 2 year s ago there was some issue with battery I replaced the battery at same auto zone last month, then 2 days ago battery started giving me a problem I took it to this place on Roosevelt blvd and that lady wasted my 2 hours to charge the bad battery after that she said battery is good something wrong with your car then I took the battery from there and put it back on my car, and my car is still not starting? If you charged the battery why it s not starting my car? And then I tried another battery from my brothers car it started right up, I went back and was trying to explain her she rudely said whatever I don t want to hear you then she said your battery is out of warranty??? How s that even possible, I have exchanged the battery last month how come it s out of warranty? It comes with 3 year warranty, She literally ignored me and said you have to pay for new battery, I will never come back to this place again in my life and I will tell my family and friends that never visit this place unless this lady is fired and hire someone else with good attitude. That lady was working there today JUNE 14th 2022 around 10am

Went In and Bought A Battery. The Guy Even Offered To Replace the battery in my car. 10 mins later the new Battery was in and we were good to go!! Service is Great!! Highly Recommended. Makes it easy Especially when you have a Special Needs Child Sitting In The Car!! I Will Definitely Be Back. Thank You!!

Guys here are clueless. Customer service is non existent. Salesman was covered head to toe in filth. Every other word he spoke was a curse word. Manager is useless. Corporate was contacted.

Extremely good service. I needed a battery for my wife's car and came here. The man at the counter, I wish I could remember his name because he was really helpful. He discussed my battery options then even offered to put it in for me for free. Really nice people and knowledgeable as well. 5 stars from me.

I was in this auto zone today.. I would have to say I was speechless to what an employee told me today...I had never in my life of 53 years had felt so confused, defeated and my blood was boiling at this point....speechless! Here we go...I walked into the store...make a b-line for the sand paper...I'm getting ready to paint my brother in law, Bill Frances jeep. See he passed recently...last summer...when you get to my age, you understsnd...time is moving fast..Point is I miss him...it's just life...sorry..this jeep is important to me...so that's what's going on in my head...I grab my wet sanding sheets...So it's a quick in grabbed it and grab some masking tape...straight back up to the front of store. I noticed two employees at the registers. The male employee was going back to the parts counter. That's fine. So I go to the other employees register..their is a older man in front of me..he was having a hard time....like I said I'm 53, I think...that could be me....so he leaves.. I step forward to put my stuff on the counter...she tells me your going to have to wait! She pointed over to the parts counter line. These people have been here as long as you have. When I'm finished with them, then I will take care of you...that was the most disrespectful, humiliating, thing I have ever heard...what gives her the right to ruin my day.when she walked away from the register I heald my hands out to show her what I had...I said I'm trying to check out mam..she just walked on..I set the tape, sand paper down..went straight to auto zone on central Ave. Walked in got what I needed..walked straight up to the register..a employee saw me at the register and promptly walked over and said get out! I'm joking.he took care of the transaction..This employee had a smile. With a personality. This is what brings me to auto zone. I will say this I will never step foot again in auto zone on Roosevelt. It was horrible...I never want to relive this day again..that lady has no business working for auto zone or any other place...

No such thing as getting what you need in and out, expect to wait. Even if you know what you need grab it and think you can check out and go that's a no they are very slow on registers even with 7 plus employees I saw in the store personally.

This store has many great qualities that the customers are very aware of from the greeting you receive upon entering the door. Low pricing for the working man or woman. I've been granted the occasional "discount" that by itself will bring me back, again and again! Great overall review for my local Auto Zone
