The staff are arrogant. They don't seem to know how to use their own computer system to look up proper parts. They will sell you the wrong items and then you find yourself having to go back in the middle of working on your vehicle, and if you only have yourself and that one vehicle, it puts you in a really hard spot. I'll be going to AutoZone in Chardon for now on.

Ordered Brake Calipers online and ended up finding out the brackets were manufactured wrong, brought them in next day and the Assistant Manager Mike was extremely helpful and found me the correct calipers.

The workers were friendly and nice and polite. They said hello and asked me if I needed any assistance as soon as I came in I told them what I was looking for and they guided me to my parts I was looking for and even helped me by putting them on my car for me. And I needed to tighten a bold on my windshield wipers when they said they could let me barrow a wrench to tighten and of course I returned it once I was done. Thank you for your help and assistance with my wipers!

at first I was impressed with the person helping me. You sold me the correct brush to clean my battery post and connectors. When I asked him, "should we check the battery?"He said," your battery's okay.". when my neighbor check the battery with his battery tester and needle was on the mark between dead and bad that's how low it was. I then went to Advance Auto in Jefferson Ohio and got a new battery and now my van has no problems with the electrical.

Mike at O'Reilly Auto parts was awesome! It was cold and snowing and he still came out to test my alternator and battery! Great customer service!!

I get great service here, and I never feel like they are condescending because I'm a woman. They respect when I know what I'm talking about, and they answer my questions matter-of-factly when I don't.

The guys here always help me out and get me the right parts. They're also very friendly and imformative! Which I love because I don't really know much about cars, and I appreciate the tips they give me.

Hard a check engine light. They tested it and all I needed was a new gas cap. Great, I didn't have to go to the dealership. To bad they don't sell beer.

Everytime I have been to Middlefield O'Reilly's I have been blown away by how helpful and kind the employees are. James guided me through getting the proper headlight bulb for my car and installed it (even when it was freezing, snowing and windy) I truly appreciate these guys.
