My son had two tires put on his vehicle recently and he was so pleased with the price the results and how quickly he got in, and that I recommended it to my boss. And we just had two tires installed on the the big 2500 Ram truck. And the price can't be beat. The best part is they pretty much get you right in without an appointment you might have to wait 15-20 minutes until they wrap one up but yeah it's great. That's a very nice and clean and very roomy and in the inside we're the waiting rooms at. And they also have a really fascinating section where you can walk through that has antiques and it's really interesting and they are for sale.

Why one star? Because I can t give a ZERO star rating1) rescheduled first appointment after waiting 2 hours first day.2) bought new tires from them too be mounted and balanced.The removed old tires, mounted new tires which took 4 yes FOUR whole hours.3) after mounting the tires they CAN NOT figure out how to balance the tires on their machine after an additional 2 hours.4)now I m stuck trying to find somewhere to balance the tires before ruining other suspension components and losing teeth out of my head to drive it. Let alone control the truck without killing anyone.5) no discount was given for the wasted time.I hate bad mouthing local business but would like to save you the finances energy and frustration.

We've been with dragon for as long as I can remember, our family had bought a total of 6 cars and has spent probably around $50,000-$60,000 dollars between buying and fixing cars. 10 months ago I bought a car from him for $5,000 after putting in $1,000 in repairs since then I am now finding out that he sold me a lemon with an extremely rusted frame. While the frame didn't have a hole in it when it was purchased, (as far as I know) he never once mentioned the condition of the car prior to purchasing it or the 3 other times he has "fixed" things since. Yet, he still denies the fact that it was sold in such bad condition (yes, because that much rust can form in the small amount of time). Moral of the story is that he sold a lemon to not only a loyal customer but also a teenager who is now out $5,000 and is driving around a very dangerous vehicle. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating in my book

I was lied to by employee. Told I had free roadside assistance w purchase of tires. I came back for a rotation that I was told came w the tires. The guy was since fired and they did not honor what he was told me I was getting w the purchase.Service: TiresService: Tires

Bought a van as is, which ended up having an issue the same day. Dragan told us to bring it back & fixed it at no additional cost to us. Good business ethics!!

Slow slow slow slow They lie told 30 minutes for a flat repair been there for 3 hrs (((Never again))) They are more worried about watch the TV then there's costumes !!!!!! They need to take the TV away

Express Auto Service is where I take my vehicle for repairs. They are very knowledgeable, honest and fair when it comes to fixing a vehicle.

Do not take anything here. These people are lazy. They are supposed to be open until 6, but they locked their doors long before that. If you're too lazy to stay until your specified open hours, then you're too lazy to work on anything of mine.
