I was on a trip to Ohio and my car started acting up had no idea what to do the guys at hometown said they could look at it at 1:00 had it fixed and on the road in 30 minutes thanks guys your are appreciated

Dennis at East Side took great care of my truck and his rates are very fair. Highly recommend for custom work and basic maintenance. He recently installed awesome Borla exhaust and new brakes on my truck and both were perfect!

This morning, while pulling into the parking lot at work...a screw went into my tire. As I gathered my things to go inside I could hear air rushing out of the tire and I could see the screw. I called Eastside Car Care to see if they had availability to fix my tire this morning since I knew if I didn't get it fixed ASAP, it would be flat in no time. I spoke with James on the phone and he told me to bring it in. I got there about 5 minutes after I called. They took my van back right away and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. They were nice, quick, cost effective and they had a couple of cute pooches behind the counter! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Keep up the great work!Service: Tires

Butch did a great job, from the time he saw my message on his answering machine, until I got the car back. Good communication, very good price, and delivered back when he promised.Butch saved me (at least) a couple thousand dollars on the exhaust system on my 2013 Volvo, and when combined with getting the brakes done, I was at about half of what the dealership wanted to replace the brakes on just one axle! Never been to this shop before but heard great things. Called and needed to have my car looked at, and he got me in right then, no waiting. I called Eastside Car Care this morning to schedule an appointment to get my brakes and rotors replaced. Originally I was told to come in Monday and they could have it done by the end of the day. Then Butch said could you come in today at 12:30 so I did. About a half hour later he called me to let me know what needed done and estimated about 3 hours to finish. They had it done in under 2 hours. Thanks to everyone at Eastside Car Care the service was outstanding!Service: Brakes

Would recommend Eastside Car Care to anyone who is in need of getting their car serviced for things small and large. I ended up calling day-of needing brakes & rotors done and they were able to get me in, when another local location wasn't even open during listed business hours. My brakes were done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I had a couple more issues come up shortly after that, not related to the work they had done and they squeezed me in yet again and fixed what was needed. As a young woman, it can be difficult to find somewhere to trust when it comes to cars, but I know I can trust Eastside now with any car issues that arise. Butch was great to work with and any interaction with the other staff was also a good experience! As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place! Butch and his mechanic where great! They helped me right away even though I didn't have an appointment. I was able to ask questions and get answers without any issues. I felt like I had known them for years. I went to see Butch for an exhaust repair estimate. He had my car on the lift within 10 minutes of arrival. I didn t even have an appointment. He took care of the exhaust issue in an expert fashion. My goodness! Eastside Car Care was recommended to me for repairs. I had my car diagnosed at Midas. They quoted me a price that I just wasn't willing to pay.So I came here and received the absolute lowest price that I could've gotten. Plus, they were honest and didn't try to get me to buy this, that or the other that wasn't dire.He saved me not only money, but time and peace of mind. I found me a new mechanic! Drove in with a broken exhaust, they immediately repaired it so it was drivable and ordered the necessary parts to fix it properly. Professional, honest and timely. Diagnostic was done just before closing on Wednesday Parts were ordered and work was completed by Thursday afternoon. Communication was great and the job was done in a professional manner. The only place that was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. I m extremely pleased and have found a new mechanic. I highly recommend this shop! Chuck got us in on short notice and had out van back to us before lunch. He even offered to bring the van to our location after completing the repair so we didn't have to get a ride to come pick it up. Top notch service! Girl at counter made me wait while she did family business on the phone. Butch, the owner, is rude and misogynistic. Told me, "I can show you but I doubt you'll understand what I'm talking about". I will never take my vehicle there. EVER! Overpriced.Decided to go to Bainbridge Automotive. Brian, the owner, fixed my car for less and is very respectful.

I called about a front alignment and the price was reasonable until the person said if they have to break something loose it would be $70 an hour. So I'm going to Preston for $69.00 instead Thanks
