This is a tough review because of the situation we found ourselves in on the way to Daytona Bike Week in March, 2018. Long story short.. believe me. We ended up with a bad electical short in our trailer's power cord and it became unsafe to go any further. It got pinched in a turn I'm assuming and it caused the brakes to lock up when we put on the blinker. Anyway, we went out off our mapped out trip for the nearest help and it took us to E&R. It was freezing that day. Freezing! We needed a new power cord but they didn't have one when we got there, even though we called ahead of time to ask. So, our only option was to cut the cord and put on a new connector. They did have that, but we ended up putting it on ourselves outside in the cold. It was FREEZING outside! They said they weren't sure how soon they could help us and we felt that they knew they had us in a pickle. After asking if they had a set of heavy duty wire cutters they obliged us to borrow them to put the connector on ourselves. The four of us took turns holding the cable and wiring until we couldn't feel our fingers but got it done and found ourselves on our way after some colorful verbal frustration. So, as angry as I was in the moment, thank you E&R for allowing us to buy the connector and for the use of your wire cutters outside in your lot... in the freezing cold. We kept saying "there probably in there laughing at us" but we adopted and over came. So, glad you were open that day.

I broke down on I-75 , and found E&R online. Kieth in sales was top notch, had just enough parts to get me safely on my way. They let me throw them on and air my tires up. Class act all the way. I can't thank you enough.

Bought a new Great Dane dry van from E&R back in August, had them put a air system for the tires. Recently a seal blew out and took the trailer back, They took care of it without questions. Had the driver back on the road within 30mins. True Warranty! Great Job!!!!!

Even though my stay here was brief. Who are very pleasant and very helpful in helping me get my trailer in place 4 drop. Also had the paperwork efficiently ready on hand. Would love to do business with them again

I needed a new trailer no1 in the midwest had them, expect them. Thank you john for taking care of me. They treat you like FAMILY . I will be a returning customer for more dry vans in the future. I really appreciate what you guys do. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a trailer repaired there That was involved in a wreck Wrote the estimate up put a lot of parts I did not need on the estimate they fixed the trailer with what I told him to fix Told me I needed 2 new axles with the which I did not need I did some of the work myself and another trailer shop did some of the work had nothing to do with their Work that they did on the trailer the stuff they did fell apart in 6 months now they don't want to stand behind it could even call me to let me know parts that they put fell off the trailer

They are very helpful. They tied my bed down to my car for me and they didn't have to help. I stopped to buy a bungee cord or rope and they did it for me.
