Ben Hensley went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for and to get things done quickly! I even changed my mind a few times and he didn t seem at all frustrated. He was kind and understanding. He made things happen much quicker than I expected which I appreciate more than he knows! I would highly recommend Walker Toyota and Ben Hensley!! I am extremely happy with my purchase!

2/5 stars is the best I can give Walker Toyota and their service department. Really upset that I spent $40,000 on a 2024 Toyota Camry and it came with not only one flat tire with a nail in it but another tire with a bubble in and when I asked for them to replace it they patched one and scraped my wheel horribly on the other. My original disappointment started when I bought it and noticed the nail. I was told I d have to wait a week to get it replaced/fixed and then when I picked it up they didn t bother to clean the goop off the wheel (not a huge deal) but then I made my 1 hour track back home to show off my car and noticed a bubble in a completely separate tire. Mind you I haven t owned the car for more than 4 days at this point. So I made my 1 hour track back up there got it replaced and was again disappointed that the goop was allll over my wheel again. I went home got a rag and wiped it off when I noticed they had scraped my wheel horribly when removing the tire. Overall very disappointed with my services and would never buy a car from there again due to the lack of care they have for their customers. Pictures are attached.

I got 4 estimates for the repair of my car that was side swiped in a parking lot and Walker really stood out. I wasn t planning to have my Honda fixed at a Toyota dealership :) but I was really impressed with everyone at the Walker body shop, especially the manager Kerry, from the beginning to the end of my experience. I felt seen, heard, and valued. I like that the office is part of the shop, not a separate clean sales-type space. It feels authentic, welcoming, nothing to hide. Kerry didn t hesitate to grab a rag or a buffer to help assess what needed to be done and see what he could do quickly and easily. And they did a great job on my car! Looks like new where the damage had been. Cost matched the estimate which was competitive.

Walker Toyota always takes really good care of me and my car. They noticed a few things which needed my attention while I was getting an oil change. When I went to inquire further about one the items I was lead to the mechanic to hear his honest opinion about the matter. Highly recommend.

Went to Walker Toyota to look at a 2009 Prius tonight, and after spending some quality time with our salesperson Randy, we drove away very happy in a 2012 Lexus RX450h instead! Both Randy and Rick (in the business office) were awesome to work with. It was a great buying experience, for sure!

Sevar was super helpful and knowledgeable over the vehicles and willing to help find the vehicle that I wanted and fits my budget. Good and timely communication. Hope he's there after my lease is up.

The service I received was very helpful. My sales person was Cory Johnson he went beyond the norm ,explaining all functions of 4runner, plus helping my wife in and out of vehicle. They had the 4runner gased up and ready to go when we arrived for my test ride. Sales manager was very helpful for negotiation, I felt that I was treated very fair.

From start to finish the process of buying a new 4Runner was a great experience. My sales rep Jermaine was always professional, considerate and always went the extra mile . Cole was extremely patient and friendly throughout several visits and test drives. He made sure I was aware of all my options and he even secured my car for me in a very timely manor and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Came in on Valentine's Day evening to look at cars and had a wonderful experience buying a 2012 Lexus hybrid. Randy Kepperling was a wonderful, patient, friendly, professional salesman and really made the process not just pleasant but actually fun. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a quality used car buying experience. In addition, Rick Logan handled the business side and was so kind and just enjoyable to be with. Both men stayed late past closing so that we could drive our new car home and not have to come back the next day. They went above and beyond! Thanks to Walker and both of these guys for an awesome experience!

Walker transported me to and from the dealership (local trip under 5 miles) - I had no wait. They contacted me during their inspection, providing a video of the work performed and to share findings, which made approving additional services really easy. They made me aware of additional rebate savings as well. Payment could be made online or at the dealership. It was a very easy visit.

Walker Toyota service department has been excellent!! They have taken good care of our vehicles at reasonable prices for a few years. The employees are genuine, kind, and knowledgeable. I feel like they re watching out for us and recommend the most important repairs, while understanding if we don t fix everything on our older cars. Great experience!

My Service Manager Kristen was patient and helpful and not only let me know about the the need for engine and cabin air filters' replacement but made sure I received the current monthly discount on the former. Service was quick and efficient as always. Kudos to the service crew! Thanks to all!

I was not sure of what to expect, I have had Walker Toyota service do work on a couple of my Toyota s but never bought a car there. Wow, was I impressed with the staff. My salesman was Sevar Shaker. A total pressure free experience. I will be back for another vehicle from him. Went in this afternoon and drove my brand new car home in time for supper!

I have been looking for a car for 5 days. It has been an awful experience. I've talked with so many salesmen my head was spinning. Until I got to Walker Auto Group and met Christopher. He was just wonderful, made everything very easy, very knowledgeable and very kind. I found a great car and am a happy camper. Walker made a terrible experience turn into a real good day.

Ordered 40,000 mile service. The owner manual identifies that as a tire rotation. Reminded service writer. Got no clarifying info. Instead of a $35.00 tire rotation got a $135.00 bill that included an oil change. That service has always included a written safety/systems report. Nothing but invoice provided. I ve always rated Walker service as a 5 star. Not this time.

Walker Toyota sent me a coupon in the mail for a tire rotation and other multi point inspection items for $24.99. When I got there they refused to honor the tire rotation portion unless I paid an additional price for the rotation. That' why I'm only giving them 1 star. I have to wonder about the quality of their work if they won't stand by their advertising. I will not be recommending them to my neighbors because of this "bait and switch" advertising.

I have been bring two corollas to Walker for about 11 years now. They know what they are doing. We have never had issues, and they always have the vehicles ready when they say. Their pricing is fair, and even though they have to enter a diagnostic charge for some issues, they do not charge that fee if they can quickly find the issue. Did I mention that both corollas (2003 & 2011) belong to my daughters. That s right, you can trust walker service with your kids vehicle(s). They also have a courtesy shuttle service that s very good. I know this review might sound as if I work there or have family or friends who work there, but that s not the case at all. They are genuinely a great place to service your Toyota (old or new).

It is easy to find their products, have a look and test. They have a wow welcome and friendly negotiations which make it easier to understand each other. It is an amazing and wonderful experience to buy there because expectations are met upon arrival.
