Randy Kepperling from Walker Auto Group worked patiently with me to find my new vehicle. I had questions and was initially unsure about what was going to be right for me... with a little patience we found next car. It's a relief not to have to worry. My wife and I had the best experience with Tai Tran, and Walker Mitsubishi!This was our first brand new car purchase, and the process couldn't have been smoother. Tai worked with me all morning, since we live an hour and a half away, to finalize the deal and then made the process quick and efficient when we made it in to town. He even helped me personally install the accessories for the car, when they came in the next week! Talk about going above and beyond for the buyer!!!I absolutely LOVE my new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross! Thanks Tai, & Walker Auto Group!!!

Bad experience. Got the run around and hung up on, was told I would receive a call back and did not. Regardless of being approved or not I deserved a call back. And no one ever let me know. I could of payed cash but thanks anyways

Still waiting on my title three months after purchasing a used car and paying in full. Can't get the title lady (Stacy) to return my calls. Sales guys are nice and will at least speak with you, but they often make empty promises with no follow-up. Complaint is in process with the attorney general, and BBB is next. My recommendation: Avoid this dealership and take your business somewhere more reputable.

I came back to Walker after an auto accident totaled my first Rav 4 from the dealership. Once again I was fortunate enough to work with Rick Logan and Jeremiah Wooten. I am so thankful for both of them, Rick in finance and making the whole process so easy as a customer. Thank you to Jeremiah for walking me through the new features on my vehicle and making sure I feel safe before leaving the lot. I even was able to hook up my new vehicle with some awesome wheels thanks to Josh Vincent. I certainly feel like family when I m at Walker.

Thank you so very much to the very bottom of our hearts to Randy Kepperling. From the minute we got out of our car he was outside and introduced himself. He walked us in to the building welcomed us to refreshments made us feel like home. We have been burned by so many nasty people at other places it was refreshing to talk to an kind gent. Did not pressure us, showed us the car fax with out us asking. Randy was open and honest. My family looked at a few options and he glady allowed us to take time to look at the vehicles. The second vehicle which was a 2003 Corolla (nice clean runs smooth), Randy took us on an awesome test drive. Came back and he led us every step of the way through the process. We even got to negotiate a reasonable price! All the people here are very personable. I love my first Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership.

As a first time car buyer, I was excited to purchase my first vehicle and came across a car at this dealership.Purchased a car from Walker Toyota only for it to break down on me on the 5th day of ownership. When purchasing, the salesman assured me it had been serviced and a 150 point inspection had been done. On the 5th day of ownership, the vehicle had gone limp mode. I called the dealership and they told me to take it to a Toyota dealership near me. When the mechanic looked at the vehicle, he found bare wires from an aftermarket tuning chip that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. He explained that this was something that should not have been missed during inspection. When I called the salesman at this dealership, he told me that since it was a used vehicle, they failed to do an inspection as well as a service before selling me the car.The mechanic at my local Toyota dealership was able to kindly help me as well as temporarily fix the problem. After 3 days, the vehicle went back into limp mode and would not operate. I contacted Walker Toyota once again and failed to receive an answer. After finally getting in touch with Eddy(the sales manager), he explained that it was out of control since it had passed 30 days of ownership.I had expressed my concern about the vehicle much sooner than 7 days as well as 30 days but was rarely able to get in touch with somebody who worked there due to a lack of customer service.I was left without a vehicle for over 3 weeks in my first month of ownership. Eddy explained that he won't be able to do anything and I am going to be charged for the repair of the vehicle due to their incompetence.I do NOT recommend this dealership.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Walker Toyota a couple of days ago and I couldn t be more pleased with Sonny s five-star service! He went above and beyond to ensure that my car buying experience went as smoothly as possible and I can assure you his thoroughness, dedication and kindness are the ultimate reason why I ve purchased the Rav 4. He worked hand-in-hand with his manager Hadi to provide the best possible options for my needs and I cannot thank them enough for making me feel right at home at this dealership! Big kudos!!!

Randy Kepperling helped us buy our Dodge Caravan today. He was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and personable. I enjoyed speaking with him and never once did I feel hounded or pressured into buying our van today. He was very patient as my husband was crunching numbers even though they were about to close. He kept telling us to take our time and do what we feel is best. I also want to give him kudos on his Covid preventative measures- he made sure to stay at a safe distance, offered to Lysol down the van before we test drove it and sanitized all sets of keys anytime they went back and forth. Thank you Mr. Kepperling for the pleasant experience I m thankful we lucked out and got you as our salesman today!

Purchased a used car, found one at Walker Auto on Autotrader. I am out of state, some 900 miles away. Salesman Spencer Haskins did a fabulous job, open, straight up on overall condition of vehicle. I tend to be difficult and high maintenance when looking and purchasing and Spencer did great. The buying experience was very good and the communication was exceptional thank you Walker Auto Group if you ever need a referral or reference let me know.

I came to walker toyota looking for a new Camry and they delivered. The staff there was very friendly and helpful and Hank Brock, the salesman that helped me was nothing but awesome. He definitely knew his stuff and answered any and all questions that I had. He even took the time to teach me how to set up all of the apps for the car. If any of you are looking for a new Toyota, hit these guys up!

I had a wonderful experience at Walker Auto Group leasing my first vehicle. Rick Logan and Jeremiah Wooten helped me find the perfect Rav-4 with all the features I was looking for. Hadi Imam made the financial end very stress free and easy to get everything set up. Overall a great experience, and I will continue to visit the dealership for all my vehicle purchases and service needs.

My parents and I came to walker toyota looking for a new RAV4. The staff there was friendly and helpful , and Sonny was friendly and awesome. He knew his stuff and answered every question. He even taught me how to set up all of the apps in the car. Overall it was really good.Like

Went into purchase a Chrysler Pacifica alisted on line for $3,300 . They told me the price now was $4200.00 because it had new brakes all the way around , they lied about that. They lied that The air conditioner worked to top it all off We can t even do oil change have to pay to get it down because the bolt was put on with a machine and husband can t get it off . I would never trust or believe anything from walker auto sales they are the stereotypical used car salesmen. I really did t expect this from them

Don t go here if your looking for a quality used car they don t service there used cars at all who knows what your getting 1 month after I purchased my jeep Patriot I go to get an oil change and the oil plug was completely stripped from the previous oil change when I call up to the dealership they tell me we do t touch the back lot cars before selling sorry and then hung up will NEVER buy here again now I m on the hook for 500 bucks for a new oil pan

Staff was friendly but it's the same as every other dealership. You tell them what you need, where your credit is at and your concerns about pulling your credit for nothing and what do they do. Insist on pulling your credit anyways. Have had it with all dealerships.
