Super great experience. They checked all my lights and even reset my meter reader within the car for my next oil change. I haven't taken the time to figure it out since I bought the car. A gentleman named Cameron offered to do it unprompted. Everyone was just pleasant and overall super quick with no appt at 1:20 in the afternoon on a Friday !

I like how they got my very lengthy Review removed. But there s no way my headlights should look like this after a headlight replacement. It s disgusting that instead of having integrity not only for your services but you guys will remove reviews that you know are very harmful. I will continue to address these issues. Whenever the Area Manager is available to rectify these issues. I d be more than happy to talk, why you have to remove Google reviews for? Your staff at this location almost assaulted me over my headlights!!! All I did was give a very clear assessment in full. You re Manager lied today and said that the two emails he received deemed my issues rectified. Yet he couldn t looked at my Google review and knew that none of my issues was rectified. I went to 3 different valvoline to get HEADLIGHTS REPLACED! Truly disgusting experience with the staff and lack of integrity across the board!I bet this one will be removed as well. Very disgusting experience and even with cameras directly on them. They don t have integrity. They know their managers and store leads will save face for them and nothing will be done. The guys that was holding each other back and being overly aggressive I m sure a we don t handle customers like that is well known. We know what is and isn t acceptable regardless and the behaviors they showed towards me was disgusting.The fact that the guy I talked to today was very smug about my lights still have issues don t sit right with me. One side is no issues but how isn t the other side ok? It s visibly not! I am in danger with our visiblity but I guess that s ok?

I ve been to several quick oil change places. This was by far the best. I had to wait a little longer to get in because they were busy (that s a good sign!) and they try to offer a lot of extra services, which I declined, but I was impressed with the level of service all around. Prices were reasonable and I easily found a coupon that I could use. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

Pulled in to ask if they could help remove an old rusted license plate cover screw. The first guy tried but couldn't get it off. However, he throughly explained to me different methods on how I could get it off, which helped. The second guy Billy tried, but couldn't. Then tech Andrew came over and got it right off! Very friendly staff and went the extra mile to help me out. Tech Billy tried to find me the cheapest deal on an oil change. Thank you guys!!!! Much appreciated!

Staff was friendlyTechnicians need more schooling or training, they lost one of the air cleaner screws and then brought me the dipstick from the transmission to show me the engine oil was full.The transmission fluid dipstick is yellow and the engine oil fluid dipstick is labeled engine oil and is black on my 3500 Ram.They also charged me for the full 12 quarts of oil even though I brought in 2 quarts of Lucas oil additive.Should have been charged for 10 quarts and oil filter.Plus they left garbage and oil drops in engine compartmentNot very happy

Everything was great for my 1st ever visit except they forgot to put the access panel back on. They won't pay to put a new one on since it's just cosmetic and it's only cheap plastic. Not sure I will return to a place that pays so little attention to details.

Very reliable and efficient team, and it's no surprise why. TJ, the manager, has always been friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I've been a customer here multiple times since the service center opened a couple years ago, and would highly recommend this Valvoline.

Super clean location, good (flexible staff), don't push upcharges and other services, tad slower The location is virtually brand new, but very convenient. My oil change took a bit longer, I spent 1+hr here, but I also got tires rotated.They were flexible enough to grab an oil sample for me as I requested it. Normally they vacuum evac the old oil, but for me they needed to drain it, which is probably a safety issue due to it being like 95F outside and engine idling. As normal, you get to watch everything that happens and the guys weren't pushing other services too, which was a nice change from some other quick change places.

Love love love this place. Customer service is amazing. That's what keeps me coming back. They guys are positive and energetic. They set the expectation for what they're going to do and give clear instructions. They don't force a sale. I just love the entire experience.

Unfortunately not the best experience. The employee was selling me on a few additional items, as they were doing an oil change. I asked him a question and his response was rude and unfriendly l. He said, "you should have been listening i already gave yhat information". I had to let him know that it was uncalled for his attude and response wasnt necessary.After i said that he was completely silenced and two other sets of cars left before me and the employee was no where to be found, i figured he went down to complete the service, another employee came and wrapped up. Total time in bay 35 min for oil change, when they initially quoted 15min instant oil change.I came home and my car sat in driveway for a few hours and when I went to go get the kids after school, guess what, an oil spill under my car. Not huge about the size of a half dollar, it did frustrate me, and i was worried they didn't tighten things or maybe damaged something. I brought it back and of course they said it was oil left on the frame, no leak. I guess they didn't properly clean up.

A nice experience. The staff are pleasant and not pushy. They will recommend everything under the sun and so you could easily walk away paying $600. OR, $100 for an oil change and air filter.

Slow slow slow, lots of employees, very low productivity. Still here after 40 minutes. 30 inside the bay. Also air filter is never in stock regardless of location visited. Need supervision and direction.

As usual, I pulled in and did not have to get out of my car. They checked all my exterior lights and offered to reset my service light in my car. I had my oil changed & done in no time, & did get the high mileage oil change.

Super friendly and quick! Ian the manager was great and went through everything with me. Experience was very pleasant and I will def recommend and return. Thanks again ! I am recommended certain things for the milage on my vehicle but didn't push me to buy anything extra! Checked my tires, wipers, lights, transmission fluid and even filled up my window wash.

I got my oil changed in less than 30 min. I arrived at 630 and surprisingly they did not turn me away as they were to close at 7 they did a great job at checking all my fluid levels, batter , and put air in my tires. I decided to get new blades too. All under 100 bucks I drive a van so it's generally expensive however the cost was for the service and filter and new wiper blades. They never made me feel bad for arriving close to closing and I was finished in about 24 min. I will definitely come back here for now on.

The idea of the quick oil change without having to get out of your vehicle is awesome. A great way for an oil change during an busy day. I have used this facility on several occasions for both of our vehicles.The downside is that the impact tool used to remove the splash guards under the vehicle are too strong. The techs have broken a bolt completely off of my vehicle. Two bolt receivers, on my second vehicle, were damaged to the point that the bolts would no longer hold the splash shield in place.I have talked to a mechanic in town that stated that he has had to repair several of other splash shields that have been stripped out from oil changes received from this Valvoline store.If this problem can be fixed this would be a five star business.

The service is nice and the attendants are polite but they do try to upswell you on several more services during the oil change that cost hundreds of more dollars which is annoying when you just want an oil change and they are showing you a slideshow of why you need a transmission and radiator flush for 400 bucks

If you need a friendly, efficient and professional service for your vehicle, it is your first stop, you may have to wait a little, but will not be disappointed, don't waste time in other places,Valvoline the best.

Fast and great service. The guy at the computer explained everything they were going to do. He said it showed we were do for a new filter but would pull it out and look at it and show us to make sure we needed one. Nice to be in the car to actually watch everything getting done. All the guys were nice. Very professional and good prices!

Great customer service. First time in for and oil change and the assistant manager Virgis was very friendly and helpful for it being my first time in. I would highly recommend coming here for any car needs.

The guys here are always friendly and knowledgeable answered all our questions and did up all the requested work fast! In and out no hassles ever and even recommended a good autoshop for an issue they weren't equipped to fix.
