Change prices every time, watch Ben and his team fist bump and talk about sales as the old guys leave. Serviced 5 of my vehicles here. Within the last 6 months every time the price changes, I come in for the same things. Came in today for a tire to be put on. They didn t even ask the size, quoted me $54. Left and sat in the parking lot and called the Springboro store. They quoted me $29. I get stores have to make money. But when I m quoted something different every single time, or even by the same person? Lost my business. Drove up the street to discount tire for $29. Will never be back.

Took my car here for an oil change since I had a free coupon. It did take a while but they came back and told me some things wrong with my car and didn't charge extra for it and gave me honest opinions on it. Prices were a little on the expensive side but they do really good work.

The team at this location is great! My car got a flat at the speedway across the street. Dylan was extremely helpful and came right over to check it out in the freezing cold! He explained the issue to me and how it could be fixed. I was able to get my car over to the shop and got it back with two new tires the same day. The crew worked well past closing to get everyone s cars done. Overall a really great experience!

Probably the worst experience I ve ever had at any car shop. Was told a tire alignment would take an hour and a half max at this location. I brought my car in at 12 and was expecting it to be done by 1:30 because I had work at 2. I saw they were backed up a little so I figured it would be done around 2. Then I went up to the counter to ask when it would be done since it was now 2 and I needed to be at work soon. They told me they haven t even pulled it in yet and to give them another hour. So now I ve waited 2 hours for nothing because I asked for my car back without getting any service done to it. The customer service was so bad it s like no one was communicating about anything. If I would have known it was going to take 3 hours to get my tires aligned I would have never came to this awful place anyways. Thanks tire discounters for being lying pieces of poop.

I keep returning to this chain again and again for the simple reason of service! They always are friendly, reasonable in price, and will work you in FAST! I make my fleet go here without bias but on service alone.

Wish I could give higher stars! From start to finish, these guys were great. At one point I panicked when I realized I reserved the wrong tire size, but the gentleman I spoke to didn t treat me like some girl who didn t know anything about cars, walked me out and showed me exactly how to tell the exact tire size, made sure they updated their system for my appointment, and it all went off without a hitch with no change in the quoted price. Cannot recommend these guys enough this is definitely my go to place now!

While traveling down I75 I ran across a bolt that went into the tire causing it to almost instantly go flat. We checked around the area and Tire Discounters was the only place still open after 6pm so I limped into the parking lot. On entry to the store I was greeted by a friendly professional staff that made sure I was able to get safely back on the road in a short period of time. I would highly recommend this place for their professionalism and trustworthiness. They didn't try to take advantage of me at all knowing I would have no choice but to do business with them. Thanks again.

Would not recommend doing business here.Good prices but they take forever. I waited for 2 hours to have 4 tires that I brought installed on 4 wheels that I brought as well, and they didn t even have to take them off or put them on a vehicle. Like 5 of them just stood in there dorking around forever while I waited outside for the entire 2 hours.

Saw my car was finished but I sat and waited as the 2 dudes at the front didn t even bother to check. Ended up walking up to the desk and asking about my car and he goes oh I forgot to even check. Then tells me to wait a few more minutes because another worker was on the phone. He turns around and just stands there. Patrick helped cash me out at that point. Frustrating to be waiting that long only to have to wait longer than I had to

This place is really unique! Why do I say that, well they have a fat little squirrel that hangs out. This squirrel will let you hand feed him. Yes, I said hand feed it. Mind Blown! I was here with a friend that was having an issue with a light on in her car. She was told that the light would go out after driving a few miles. It never did. So we stopped in with her dog with us. The dog is just a 3 month old puppy. She found a mechanic outside parked by him to chat with the guy. He checked the codes and brought her car in the bay to fix it. Yea, it was a little bit more money. She has a trip to Illinois coming up and wanted everything to be good to go. There isn't much space to walk the dog there so we took him inside, they didn't mind and started talking about how good dogs are for us. Just because of this visit, I need new tires so I set up an appointment for this week myself. It's the small things that matter to me. Thanks guys, much love!

Called and scheduled to get my tire fixed, was told a time and upon showing somebody different said it was set for 30 min later. So waited and have been waiting for almost one hour from the appointment time they set. Car still not looked.

Went there as I needed unmount a tire to reseal my 3 Piece work wheels, manager took his time to ensure that the wheel was properly unmounted and that no damage was done to the wheels. Beyond happy with the results and you ve earned a long term customer. Thanks again!

I called shorty before close because I found a nail in my tire and they said bring on by and they would help me out. I got there 10 minutes before close with my dog and kids and they got us out and done with in 15 minutes. They were super nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend or use if I need help again.

I had paid between $10 and $12 in one week alone for air in one of my tires. My tire just kept losing pressure slowly. Brand new car, but the dealership couldn t get me in for two weeks.Having reached my wit s end, I called Tire Discounters to see if they could help me out. They didn t have any appointments available but were able to take me as a walk-in. Their appointment cars had priority, but they did take the time to look at my tire. The repair - after fees and tax - was only around $43.That s not bad at all!I m glad they were able to squeeze me in on such short notice.

Update: The Vandalia Tire Discounters warranty replaced my tires, my vehicle drives nice and smooth down the road now. Also I confirmed yet another lie from Ben the store manager at this Miamisburg location. See back when I used to work on cars Hunter's Road Force Variation tire machine was new and I had limited experience with it. But in my head it measures force with pounds in whole numbers. I confirmed this with the techs at the Vandalia location. So those values Ben gave of .xx were false. So that tire he said had a variation of .37 of a pound was actually 37 pounds. That is a force of 37 pounds pushing back at the vehicle every time the tire makes one full rotation folks!If you expect good customer service, avoid this location.I was sent here from another Tire Discounters location for a road force variation balance to determine if the tires I had recently purchased through Tire Discounters were defective. I spoke with Ben the manager. I made an appointment for 3PM. I explained why I was there and he commented "Great, we get to clean up someone else's mess", which gave me the impression he was not happy to help. He then informed me that he "had never had a tire fail road force before" After the procedure was complete the road force values for before and after were written down on the invoice. I asked Ben what the limit was to determine if a tire was good or not, he replied ".3". I seen that one of my tires started at .37 and they were not able to get it any better so it still measured .37. I requested that they replace that tire, Ben told me I needed to drive the car first to see if the vibration was there and if it was I needed to make another appointment. I expressed that I have already 4 appointments for these tires and wanted the one that was failing road force variation replaced. This is where he questioned how I knew the tire was bad without driving it. I pointed out that .37 is more than .3 which is the limit before a tire is considered no good. Ben then replied "How do you know that .3 means it's bad?". I told him he just told me .3 was the limit. I was firm on replacing my tires and after some back and forth Ben tells me "fine, but there's 8 cars in front of you if you want to wait". Clearly this was his way of washing his hands of it, especially when the shop was closing in an hour. Call me crazy, but when you make an appointment to have an issue fixed and they don't fix it, you shouldn't get moved to the end of the line. It should also be noted that before the work began Ben told me "no tire is perfectly round", which is true. The funny part is when I wanted my failing tire replaced Ben told me "I watched those tires spinning on the balancer, they are perfectly round", which is a lie. Not only was his second time contradicting his previous statements, but I've seen these tires spin on the balancer in the previous shop, they are far from perfectly round.I got a hold of the regional manager for the area, he was very helpful and apologized. He acknowledged that the tires should have been replaced and setup an appointment for me to get this issue corrected.

Thankful to be alive and glad I didn t wreck my car!!! Got new front brakes, rotors and 4 tire sensors replaced at Tire Discounters in Miamisburg and they didn t put the caliper bolt back in place!!! I kept hearing a weird knocking noise the last couple of days and my husband heard it too, he took the tire off to found the caliper hanging off due to a missing bolt. Stay away from this location, their very young techs are not trained and have no idea what they are doing. I will be contacting corporate about this! I m so upset I m shaking!

Friendly service. Reasonable pricing. Reliable work. Nice lounge area to wait. Cold bottled water. Coffee not so great in the afternoon. Watch for handy discounts and specials. Nice selection of tires. Usually have what you need in stock or can get it within a day or two. I drive a lot. So I recommend their road hazard insurance. It's paid off on all the tires I've purchased from them. I've been coming to them for years. This is my 3rd or 4th vehicle with them. My family being their cars here, too. Current car has 448,609 miles on her. Every set of tires since the originals she came with new were purchased here then balanced and rotated regularly. So, I'm speaking from long experience. I like that you can go to any TD for service, but prefer the staff and management at this location.

Dylan at the miami dayton mall store was absolutely wonderful, and helped me get new tires immediately because I work lit of town and was worried about my safety, not only was he well knowledgeable about his job , he was a great human, he needs to be recognized as a stellar employee

On 9/24/2022 I noticed my car making an odd noise, I stopped at Tire Discounters just before closing time for them to find I had a belt protruding from a tire. They graciously traded out the tire since I had purchased tire insurance when I bought the four tires from them. Fast forward to today, almost 6 weeks later, I take the car to Toyota for my standard 5000 mile check up. When they put the car up on the rack, they find that I have another tire severely splitting (see photo). I am told this happened because the front end wasn't aligned. I called Tire Discounters, you know the home of the free alignment and asked if they aligned the car back in September, the short answer was 'No, you didn't ask us to . I wonder, from the look of this tire if the alignment was done when I purchased the 4 tires. You guys are supposed to be the professionals, you should have known this NEEDED to be completed. To top this off, I was told that the insurance I purchased would not cover this tire. Tire discounters, you have forever lost a customer.

Took my car in last minute, 20 minutes before they closed, and they were as polite and pleasant as could be, especially considering the time and no notice. My wife and I chatted with Kevin while Matt worked on the car, and he's delightful and intelligent. Turns out I made a mistake when I purchased the wheel they were putting on and got the wrong offset. They notified me of the issue, while putting their heads together to give me a temporary fix to get by, considering that I'd just spent a ton of money incorrectly elsewhere. They put the quick fix together, and put the old wheel back on at no extra charge, which, the original charge was cheaper than I expected as well. In a day and age of dying to nonexistent customer service, these guys went above and beyond today, and we're great to talk to.

I take my vehicle in just to have a new tire sensor put in 1 tire and have it programmed. Upon arrival I asked specific questions and ensured I understood what needed to be done. They tell me no problem at all, it s fast and a quick thing to do. Great, I m happy.Then they tell me at checkout they put the new sensor in, but can t program it due to the other sensors in my other tires needing to be replaced as the batteries are half drained. I explained all my sensors were checked upon arrival and that was not disclosed to me. Then they go on to tell me they can sell me the other sensors for $80.00 each. Keep in mind the other sensors are all in working order. They refused to program the new sensor unless I purchased the other 3 from them.I drove my self down to discount tire a few shops down and they fixed it, programmed the new sensor and gave me a coupon to come back!I feel as if I just was taken advantage of as a woman who came there alone. It s a shame they refused to make it right and take advantage of me as if I was not educated to know that it doesn t work that way.

I end up getting a flat tire on a business trip...and need not only 1 tire but a total of 4 due to the requirements of my fleet agreement....I feel that if it wasn't for the complete professionalism and customer service I would have been driving home over 700 miles and could have been stranded or in an accident if they didn't do the thorough inspection of my tire....so a applaud there outstanding professionalism....and care for my safety to get home to my family. Great experience getting tires on my Tundra. Staff was super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating! I had purchased my own programmable TPMS sensors (and found out while there they were roughly the same price had I just bought them at tire discounters) and they installed my sensors with no issues. The man there even gave me some info on the programming process! They installed everything quickly and got my long truck aligned much faster than I expected. Even though I drove quite a distance to this store, due to my long truck and limited tire places that could align it, I will be taking all my vehicles here in the future!

Great service every time I've been in. Today was no exception.Kevin got me booked in minutes and Donnie held the door for me as I walked in and he had my oil changed, tires rotated, and even my brakes replaced all within a couple hours! I barely had time to get comfortable at home before my car was ready.Great location, great service.

After searching the interwebs for a week or two for fairly priced wheels for my truck, I decided on tire discounters based on their price and selection. Met with Ben, their wheel expert who is absolutely amazing. Very efficient, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. If you need wheels for your vehicle or wheels and tires please ask for Ben. The dude is awesome. Fair prices and expertise. He told me stuff that I had no idea was going on with my truck. I highly recommend the 741 Springboro Pike tire discounters location. Make sure you ask for Ben.

I had an appointment. They didn t touch my care until almost an hour and a half waiting there. Then they had to go get a replacement tire down the road whatever that means. No communication to me about really what s happening or why it s taking so long. 3 hours later I finally get my car. If it s gonna take 3 hours to wait in person let your customers know or keep them informed and maybe add a table or work station instead of just chairs. I d give less than a star but they did the job to satisfactory level, just zero on customer experience.
