5 Tow companies called all were either leave a message, way too expensive or 3 to 4 hours out. Call Suburban, they were fast, professional and on it. We were broke down in a bad spot. They got us taken care of. Will use them again

Absolutely saved us. Our wheel flew off after another mechanic didn t tighten it enough. They towed us and fixed us up better than any other mechanic could ve. Great people. Got us back hometo texas without a hitch :)

100% recommend Suburban Auto Recovery for your towing needs. I have used them twice now and they were fantastic both times. They're quick, affordable, and it's a dad and son team who are both great!

Great people to work with! My parents were stuck on the interstate at 4:30 in the morning on a Sunday. Being that time most places were either closed or had a two hour wait. Found this place and Kevin picked up when I called. Helped offer solutions and eventually was able to get ahold of Austin and helped my parents get off the road. Austin even took my parents home! Definitely recommend them and will be using them for future services! Thank you Kevin the tow man and Austin!!Service: Car towing

By far the best and cheapest tow company I've ever used. The owner was friendly from the get go and though he was unavailable, he found a driver to come save us. Other companies were over $70 more, plus an hour to hour half wait. Our driver (Damien) was there in 15 minutes. Damien was very cool, made us feel comfortable, carried great conversation, got my vehicle backed into a tight spot, then showed my son hownto put the flat bed back up and let him do it. Friendly, cheap, fast, and great service

Austin was so helpful. They were able to send someone in 35 mins when other companies were quoting over an hour. Austin is the BEST!!! Austin's towing and automotive service business is suburb, honest, fair, reliable, and first class!! After buying a vehicle at a nearby auction, I was (extremely fortunate) to have Austin and his family help me. I didn't realize the vehicle had a damaged lower control arm and inner tie rod. Austin, Phil, and Kevin were super awesome, and they eased my mind. I'm not used to these kind of high quality people from where I'm from. Austin, Phil, Kevin, and family are very rare, outstanding people. The repair was so great, the alignment place we took it to said our XB aligned perfectly. Additionally, thanks to Austin, Phil, and Kevin, we were able to drive our XB to Arizona with (perfect) straight driving. I hope to see these guys again (just to stop and say hello) when we visit family in Indiana in a year or two. There's no better place to take your vehicle or have it towed than Austin's Suburban Auto Recovery. I never found anyone like them anywhere. I'll def be using these guys again if needed in the future. I've never had a tow go as smooth as it did with suburban auto recovery. Very friendly and professional. Most other tow company's seem annoyed they're there but I genuinely felt like Damon wanted to help. 100% recommend this company if you need something towed

Very fast response, super friendly and I even got a picture of my vehicle texted to me when it arrived at the mechanic. Could not recommend enough, and I'm so glad I was able to find someone who was as responsive and kind through what is always a very stressful situation. Fingers crossed I don't need another tow anytime soon but if I do, I will definitely be called Suburban!

Austin was my tow driver and he really went above and beyond for me. Not only did the man get me off the highway when I had a flat tire, but he went out of his way to get me same day replacement (on a Sunday afternoon! At a third party shop!) so I wasn't stranded. It's rare to meet a guy that genuinely cares about helping people. Words can't adequately express my gratitude for all his help. They'll definitely be my first call if I'm in need of another tow. Extremely professional from the moment I called. Even though they were busy, they dispatched a driver that arrived within the hour. Damon, who was thetow truck operator, arrived and quickly assessed the situation and got my vehicle loaded into the flatbed in short order. Damon was extremely professional and courteous, calling me from the drop off site to check to see if it was okay with the mechanic if he dropped the vehicle off in front of the bay door since my steering was out, to make it easier for them to get the vehicle in the bay in the morning. He even correctly assessed what caused the steering to go out. While I do not want to have to have a vehicle towed anytime soon, I would recommend this company to anyone to use. Kevin was phenomenal! My car died on a busy highway and my husband pushed it off the road. We called 6 tow truck companies. 2 didn t even answer and the other 4 said it would be 1 1/2-3 hours before someone could tow us. I called Suburban Auto Recovery and A.J. said he could have someone out in 20 minutes. Kevin towed us to an auto shop and also gave us a ride home. He was so kind. Over Christmas this year we were traveling through Ohio and our car decided not to start. Being Christmas weekend no one was open. On Monday the 26th I contacted Suburban and asked about a tow service and explained our situation, we were far from home, in a hotel, with our 3 kids, and how we had spent Christmas in a hotel. The young man, Austin, was incredibly nice and said he would tow us within 2 hours and get us to his shop and get our car fixed same day. And boy did they come through with with he said. He kept me updated the entire time. They also didn't make us sit at the shop while the car was being serviced. Once it was running they sent a tech back to the hotel we were at to pick up my husband and bring him back to the shop to retrieve the car. This was a very stressful Christmas trip and they made us a priority to get us back to normal as fast as they could. I can't thank them enough for their time and effort and compassion.Service: Car towing

Thank God for suburban Auto Recovery, that is a company who cares about the community in which they provideServices to. I had a blowout on 75 in a construction zone at night a few minutes ago and was parked in a bad spot trying to get the jack under my car and get it jacked up to change the tire. I had put out some road flares but they quickly burned out and I had nothing to warn traffic while cars were not getting over! They were just blowing right past me while I'm laying on the ground at the edge of the highway! Suburban Auto recovery came by, seen what was going on and activated their overhead warning lights and stayed behind me until I finished changing the tire so they could warn people of my presence and keep me from getting hit and severely injured or worse! My wife really really thanks suburban Auto recovery!Thank you!

Austin and Justin are absolutely my guardian angels of the wee morning.. I am sincerely grateful that these two young men pulled up on me whenever they did. The fact that they came and were able to successfully do what two other mechanics couldn't do (that has had me waiting for over 6 hours in a parking lot)... I am again beyond grateful/amazed that they were able to show up (excuse me) but in a damn good amount of time and get the work order done within 10 minutes. These guys are super quick on their feet, super kind and really good at what they do.. I won't be doing business with any other towing company.Services: Car towing, Tire change

Needed a tow for a friend's car, made a call here an they had a driver there within 20 minutes. Was sent a link to make payment and then confirmation was made of delivery...couldn't have went smoother

When my vehicle got stuck in the ice/snow, Austin came and got me back on the road. He arrived within 15 minutes of me calling him, while all the other companies I had tried contacting, gave me a 3-hr wait time. He was very polite, and I didn't even have to exit my vehicle during the whole process. Great work!

Austin was amazing! Very professional and efficient. He came when he said he would and I didn t wait long. He had some hurdles to overcome in my parking lot due to construction going on but he whipped that tow truck like it was nobody s business! Great work, I d recommend him to anyone!

Awesome folks. My Chevy Bolt would not stay in drive because of a transmission issue. Suburban Auto was in route to pick up and tow. I attempted one last time to override service code and it worked, I was able to drive the car. Called Suburban Auto as they were in route. They were super kind and super professional, no charge for cancellation. These guys are highly recommended. AAA+++. Scott Edsall

Austin was great, went out of his way to make sure my car was taken in by the recycle. Super friendly and has a great dog as a co-driver. Couldn't recommend this business anymore than I have. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Had broken down at 2:30 in the morning. Sandys I'll admit I called first but got cold feet when it was going to take two plus hours. I called Suburban after I got off the phone with Sandys, I believe I spoke with Austin? A gentleman who was there within 15 minutes & beat Sandys price. I was home & unloaded within another 20 minutes. Excellent service.Service: Car towing

Austin happened to be driving by at the time of my accident and graciously offered his services right away. He towed my car and gave us a ride back home, and was very kind and gave me advice that I needed on what to do with my damaged vehicle. I couldn't be more thankful and grateful for his help and perfect timing!
