I don t recommend this location at all. He wasn t very welcoming. He didn t bother checking me in. He tried to get me to pay for oil next-door to be able to get my oil top off. He didn t ask me what type of oil I had in my vehicle I had to turn back around and tell him hey by the way, I have this type of oil Leaves a lot to be desired. I saw several interactions where he just seemed very comfortable sending people away somewhere else or didn t really provide a lot of options or alternatives to people on things that Pep Boys can do. Keyword is can-do to try to keep and earn that business and yeah I wouldn t come back here again, unless I absolutely have to because I have certain things that I ve paid for that lifetime warranty, as someone that has been with Pep Boys for many many years, this location leaves a lot to be desired i m giving three stars because Pep Boys and many other locations outside of this one has been very easy to work with and accommodating

After 7 years in rural Minnesota with limited options, it was great to have fast affordable and quality service. In and out with no suggestions for other expensive service. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back for future services.

Had a great experience with all the staff at Pep boys. My tire order was delayed and I was notified the day before my appointment. One of the employees (Dave?) worked to get my tires delivered. They stayed in contact with me updating on status and got me in the same day the tires arrived. Very pleasant staff. Will be a return customer.

Woke up this morning to a dead battery. After a jump, I took the car to Pep Boys. They were able to fit me in immediately, found the battery was bad, sent the diagnostic report to my phone immediately, got a quote to replace the battery for a reasonable price, and replaced it. All in about an hour with polite service. Happy all across the board.

Pep Boys was great. They got me in the same day to repair my tire and were quick completing the work. Their prices are reasonable and I felt confident in the quality.

I've been going there for over a decade. Never ever had a bad experience. Very professional don't try to shake you down for more expensive work. Tell you what the problem is give you your options and treat you with respect. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I dropped off car thinking I would have a couple thousand dollars worth of repairs. I asked that anything safety related or anything that would be damaged worse by not fixing a problem now be repaired and what they found was neither so I ended up with an oil change. They could have easily took me for a lot of money but they were honest with me and I so greatly appreciate that. It is very hard for people to find honest mechanics, especially for those that don't know a whole lot about cars but I will continue to take my car there even though it is way out of my way to take it there.

The Pep Boys location in Miamisburg, OH is top notch. Excellent customer service is always provided by the front counter staff. And I'm always satisfied with the care my cars receives. I take all of my vehicles to Pep Boys for routine maintenance and service. Highly recommend.

Kamen is the reason I keep coming back to Pep Boys. Young, kind, educated guy that does his best to do right by the customer every time! His expertise and hard work mentality (especially for his age) is unmatched. Also shout out to the mechanics that also perform great honest work!

Great service and price! I had my tires replaced and not only did they have the best price for 50K mile warranty tires, they had the job done in less than an hour. No high pressure sales tactics for any additional services or anything like that. They had a nice, clean and quiet waiting area so I was able to log into my laptop and get a little work done while I waited. The staff was friendly and I couldn't be happier with the service and price. I'll definitely be back!

Absolute pure evil.Ripped off my 23 year old Airforce Lieutenant daughter for $1,300 to replace her front brake pads, and tried to steal more. The scum of the earth.

They did a great job. I tried to have a front headlight bulb replaced, but it was not the bulb. They worked on my car for 3 hours and did not charge me anything since they could not fix the problem. I will be back when I need service

went in for a $750 dollar brake job a was quoted almost $1300 . I bought my own parts to save money. When I handed them my parts they said they needed to do another estimate. the new estimate doubled the labor cost even though it was the same job. pretty scammy. I don't recommend . the good news is the tech was fast and did I nice job on the brakes. no noises or vibration.

Terrible experience! I have a vehicle that has a mechanical issue with a window motor, possibly the regulator. I made an appointment for 2pm and checked in promptly at 2pm. I was told that it would be in to be looked at in about 30 minutes. Well, an hour and a half later it was finally taken back to the shop area. Another 20 minutes went by, I decided to go outside. I watched the "mechanic" assigned to my work order smoke a cigarette and play on his phone for an additional 15 minutes. I went back inside to ask what the delay was. The person at the service desk said the mechanic already took the door panel apart and diagnosed the problem. They were now waiting for approval from the warranty company to do the repair. That was obviously a lie since I watched the vehicle go back and it remained untouched up to that point. I brought this up to Mr Personality behind the counter, his response was "you can go ask the mechanic about it or take your vehicle" So I went and asked the "mechanic" about it. Surprise! He was taking another cigarette break. He said he didn't need to take it apart to know that it's the regulator and said he told the guy up front that. (I'm assuming he was referring to the liar with the sparkling personality) I then called the warranty company and they said they hadn't received a call or claim regarding my vehicle. Shocker!! Even if they had received a claim no one would know because their phone just rings and rings. There were several people on duty and not one can answer a phone. At that point, I was done. I told the liar that I wanted my car brought to me, I was ready to leave. He said "just a sec" Really sir?!? I called him out on his BS and he turned around and muttered what should be the pep boys motto with an annoyed "Whatever" Exactly what I was thinking...whatever! Piss poor customer service. I will NEVER step foot in a pep boys again.

Come here to get new tires put on I had ordered from online and waited 2 hours even with an appointment but that wasn t bad, when we get truck back the tire gauge is on so we checked the tires with air pump they have right out back and they only had 41 in each damn tire when it was supposed to be 80 PSI so we sat there and filled them up ourselves. We get back home and was going to polish our wheels and that s when we noticed the rims are all dented and look so bad I guess from him using pry bar or whatever but it s all around each one and I m so mad!! They are closed now so I m calling in the morning. HELL NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND I HONESTLY DONT THINK THESE ARE REAL MECHANICS

Two days after my father died, I went to get my brakes and rotors replaced. This was a year ago. A week ago I was forced to replace my front rotors and brakes because the original front rotors were not replaced. I checked my receipt and noted that I paid for them to be replaced a year ago. I tried calling the customer service number on my Pep Boys receipt and it went to voicemail. I never received a call back or any effort to make this situation better. So, a year later, I had to replace the brakes and rotors and pay for the same work twice. I'm glad I had them replaced the second time through one of their competitors, perhaps it will be done with integrity this time.

I had made an appointment online for an oil change but received a call that they weren t going to be able to get to my car that day and could do it first thing the next morning. When I dropped it off he knew who I was from our previous phone call and I was in and out. The next day my car was done super early like he had said and when we picked it up we were in and out again super fast and there was no trying to get us to get more work than we wanted. Every time I go everyone is super helpful and they have a nice remodeled waiting area now which is super nice.

Pep boys really took care of me, they let me know prices upfront and Andre was great at getting me set up to only show up when they were ready so I didn't waste extra time in the waiting room.

Ordered tires from Amazon and picked pep boys to install. Great job no problems with the tires I ordered. What Amazon said with install is what they did price wise.
