Great full service dealer.I have bought several vehicles from Interstate Ford and found their sales and service teams to be excellent - very professional while being attentive to my wants and needs.I have had several diesel F-350 trucks over the last dozen year and I find it excellent that they have a diesel speciality group headed by Shaun Poulos as a service writer, as this has assured accurate transfer of information from one visit to the next for maintenance and verification of repairs, and I appreciate knowing the service people when I need help.The prices for both sales and service are very competitive and scheduling service is easy and prompt.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, providing top-notch service from start to finish. Showed up on time - they helped me right away. I waited for them to perform the service and within one hour I was done and out the door. It was quick and efficient. They did a great job. Paul Nichols was great

Really pleased with the service. I had two recalls serviced on my Ford Escape (in addition to a routine oil change/tire rotation) and was expecting to have my car in the shop for a few days; it only took them about 5 hours.Customer service from Mike Drake was exceptional and very helpful. The rest of the team was also very responsive and took the time to give updates since I chose to wait in the lobby during the repair.Especially compared to a previous recall experience with a dealership service center in Texas, this was infinitely better. The team here is solid.

Your vehicle service at Interstate Ford is A1, the best you will find in the Miami Valley. Nick my service coordinator is as good as you will find. Knowledgeable efficient and professional. Doesn't get any better. Going back to Interstate Ford for my next service appointment

5 star service, I recently just had my car serviced here and Shaun Poulos was awesome. He called me every time there was an update on the status of my vehicle which made things smooth and easy. Didn't even have an appointment booked but still got my car done in less than a week! Most definitely recommend

Out of all the places I've been for car repair Interstate Ford is by far the best. I experienced car trouble and immediately took my vehicle to Interstate Ford and my technician Shaun wasted no time in handling my concern. I was provided with a rental car and reassurance that my car would be fixed with the upmost care.Shaun updated me on each step of the way, provided me with estimates and details. I was treated with respect and treated as an equal considering iam a woman. I would recommend INTERSTATE FORD for your cars repairs, service or car sales. It's worth every dime you spend plus more. Great service! I think I dealt with Shuan with fleet management. They asked minimal questions, as they knew what they we're doin already. I let them know the problem and they got it resolved. I had a special situation where I needed to keep my vehicle until the parts came in. They even reassembled the parts removed to allow me to drive it in the meantime. Even though they called me the very next day that parts had arrived. In and out with no problems.

I made appointment at Interstate Ford at the Quick lube department. The gentlemen who usually helps me Tim, as usual right on the ball. I came in for an oil change he said it will be so long you can wait in the waiting room were snacks and coffee are kept, He came and informed me there was a recall on the back up camera for my car, if I could wait a few minutes, they could check that out also. I said yes, after completing he came and got me, went over all they did and took my payment and thanked me for choosing Ford Quick lube. He was clean, polite and knew his business just like you would expect. Thanks Tim.

I had a very good experience with my service appointment yesterday. I used the online scheduling which made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. The Service Advisor, Tim Beal, was professional and easy to talk to. I was there for "The Works" oil change and a battery replacement and the service took the expected amount of time while I waited in a nice, clean waiting room. Overall, it went very well.

Mike was great and kept me informed on my recall. When its was determined the part had to go out for calibration before installation, he arranged for a loaner vehicle I was given a Bronco that was similar in size to my Escape, which made it easy for me to get in & out of the vehicle

This was a great experience. NIck kept us informed as to when to expect someone to pick up our car, what the diagnosis of our problem was, and when we could expect to get our car back, which was done in one day! Love the option of pick up and delivery of the car! Thanks so much Nick!

Interstate Ford did an exceptional job on my warranty work. I want to single out Jason Prince and the body shop as well as Paul Nichols the general manager we're very helpful and getting my warranty work completed. I had visited two other dealerships Crest Ford and friendly Ford in Michigan and they refused to do the work. Paul Nichols, Jason Printz and interstate Ford stepped up and did the necessary work required under warranty. They did an exceptional job on the fit and finish of my truck tailgate. I would highly recommend the interstate Ford people. One exception would be Eric in sales, created some confusion and resistance to submitting the repair for warranty but that was straightened out by Paul Nichols. Bought my car there, and returned for a recall service. The service, politeness, and professionalism was outstanding. The lady that called me when the parts became available, Tim, the service representative, and Roger who gave me a ride home (so I wouldn t have to wait there) . Everyone knew what they were doing and seemed genuinely happy to be helpful.I can t imagine taking my business anywhere else.

Service was good as always but Ford manufacturing is horrible. I ve had this car in the shop at least 5-6 times since I ve owned it since 2018 one of which repair was a replacement of an engine after only 1 1/2 years of ownership. I was definitely sold a lemon. Even though this dealership wasn t the seller, Ford in a whole has to do better and each dealership needs to be held accountable for the quality of vehicles they sell. I guess it goes as the old saying says there s no honor among thieves

I took my 2019 Mustang if for an oil change and tire rotation. Additionally, I needed to replace the tire inflation material in the spare tire kit. Since this material has a shelf life, it is not carried in stock in their parts department. I was able to order the material quickly and easily. I was told to expect the tire inflation material in 2 to 3 business days. The very next day, I received a call from the Parts Department informed me my order was in (2 to 3 days early!).My Service Advisor, Tim, and his staff quickly greeted me and checked my Mustang in. They are professionals in every sense of the word. About an hour later, my vehicle was ready for pick-up. This level of service has become the norm for Interstate Ford. I highly recommend you check them out.

Nick was ALWAYS professional and quick to update me on my repair status.The quality of work performed was not reflective of the price I was charged. The technician opened up my wiring harness and just left it open underneath my truck.
