Just wanted to add some detail to the review! First of all, the salesmen Lawrence Reynolds was exceptional at his job. My boyfriend and I had very extenuating circumstances and we needed to get my boyfriend into a car desperately. We knew going into it that there was a possibility that we would walk away with nothing, but Lawrence genuinely put his all into finding something for my boyfriend to drive. He ended up finding us a couple of options and did everything possible to get us approved for what we were looking for. I can t rave about his service enough. As for the location it looked very clean and all of the cars we test drove seemed to be inspected well beforehand. This was my boyfriends first time buying a car from a dealership but everyone made the process so much easier. They made an unconventional situation seem very straightforward. I would also like to say Todd in finance was great, he got us in on short notice after being booked with other clients. I would highly suggest taking your business to Lawrence as he will do what he can to get you where you need to be. Happy car shopping!

Great experience on purchasing my new car! Big thanks to my salesman Tyler Atkinson for his determination and professionalism. Definitely made the experience feel more personable than someone trying to sell me something and send me on my way. Overall experience 10/10

Aaron was ready and waiting on me when I arrived. He made the process of buying my new car exceptional. He was very informative and explained everything in great detail. Jason from finance was awesome as well. They explained all of my options to me and let me decide what I wanted or didn t want. It was a great experience and I absolutely love my new car!!

Just recently bought a used truck from Interstate Ford. Justin Cantrell was the dealer I worked with. I inquired about the truck and had a few questions for him in regard to the truck. He personally went out to the truck and took a video covering the questions I had.I went inside, he was knowledgeable on every question we had. He was excellent to work a deal with and will definitely ask for him when we buy future company vehicles with them. He made the process quick and seamless. Highly recommend!

I found Interstate FORD to be incredible in their customer service. Particularly Corey and Travis in the new car sales division. I have used Travis before. I went in to see him. He has been promoted so I got Corey. What a stroke of luck. Both gents helped me with a purchase. They didn't try any of the old tricks you may of heard about at car dealerships. And... their interest rate on a new truck is unbelievable given the current market.I would send family or friends to Corey or Travis at Interstate FORD. They also had some of the best inventory in the Dayton area. I highly recommend Interstate Ford, Corey, and Travis.H JonesDayton Oh

I had always been happy with service from Interstate Ford for my F150 Lariat. However, I had an issue with my radio that wasn't resolved before my Ford Protect Extended Service Plan expired. After hitting several dead ends trying to find a solution, Service Manager Ron Spitz was able to advocate on my behalf with Ford to create a reasonable solution for me. Ron went above and beyond in his efforts. More importantly, he communicated frequently during the process which makes a a major difference when dealing with an often frustrating process. Interstate Ford in Miamisburg will continue to be my primary choice for service and parts.

Had an incredible experience this weekend purchasing a brand new 2023 f150! I'll start with saying at the end we got a great value for our trade in and an incredible deal on the exact truck we wanted! So I spoke previously with someone about bringing in my Lincoln for trade in apprasial. When we got there it didn't take long before they offered me a very fair price. Then we delta with Jeff in sales finding a truck. The best part was after we decided the first truck we thought we really wanted wasn't exactly what we was looking for without being pushy Jeff went out his way looking for the one that checked all boxes for us. Handed us the keys to three different options and held his patience with our indecisiveness. These big purchases are scary, double checking numbers to make sure we're getting what they offered and what we agreed on. We got exactly what was initially offered, I believe this a dealership you can trust. We will always be a customer here first.

Just an absolutely amazing experience! I am a single mother of 6 kids and had to bring them with me. Not only did I not feel like they were stressing everybody out. They actually took time out and gave them snacks and coloring books and made sure they were okay as well as me. The car is absolutely amazing. They are an amazing group.

I took my one car in for a wheel alignment and the service man was Nick and he took care of me explained everything about my car had it done in no time .I already had a car ordered and ShawnDyamond tell me I would get it Saturday . They had to go pick it up they got it there on Thursday I picked it up on Thursday he explained the car to me plus hooked up my phone.They both did an excellent job plus the credit guy Todd to explain all the warranty I would have on my new car. service friendliness and concern third car. I have bought from interstate Ford . They all took their time to make sure I understood everything fantastic enjoying my new car thank you all

Recently had my wife's Expedition serviced at Interstate Ford to apply 2 recall updates. Michael Drake was our service writer and he was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He made the scheduling easy, provided excellent communications and had the work completed and the vehicle ready at the time he told us it would be.Thank you for the great service and for having great people!

I had a great experience. The salesman did a great job. I had a simple question about the availability of a vehicle the next morning he sent me a video of himself with the vehicle, walking me around the vehicle, showing me everything inside outside and letting me know he was available, if and when I was ready. It s been a great experience.

Had a great experience at interstate ford yesterday. I hadn t purchased a car in about 6 years and especially at a different dealership. But Shawn and Todd in finance made the process quick and easy. And the dealership looks great inside the showroom. And being a Chrysler guy I loved the Challenger in the showroom.Thanks againMark J Gregory

A word to the wise: ASK FOR THOMAS! I had an amazing experience with Interstate Ford. After getting the run around from FOUR other dealerships, and almost losing complete hope in owning a new Bronco, I decided to give this dealership a shot. Interstate Ford's website was the only one that actually reflected current inventory, and did not contain sold inventory that was still posted solely as a sales gimmick to sell "something else just like it" upon arrival. To say I am thankful that I inquired to them is an understatement. Thomas, without prompting, was the ONLY salesperson who cared enough, out of FOUR dealerships, to explain the features of my potential vehicle. Wesley the Business Manager was amazing as well. Overall I only have great words to speak about my experience. My husband will be in the market for a new vehicle soon and I know where we'll be going!!! Again, ask for Thomas. He is knowledgeable and you can tell that he genuinely cares.

Absolutely fantastic experience. While I was unable to purchase the vehicle I wanted (due to insurance being too high), Aaron in sales and Todd in finance gave me world class service as an out of state customer. They worked with me on the price of the vehicle itself to make it more comfortable for me, and even offered to pick me up from the airport upon arrival. If you are in the market for a Ford of any type, absolutely try these guys. I appreciate everything, guys.

Avoid at all costs. Was given an appraisal on my vehicle out of state via my pictures and conversation. I got approved outside. Jeff, the salesman, calls back right before closing time to inform me the appraisal was done by someone who shouldn t. Drop their offer by $3000. We go back and forth, agree on a number. Then he tells me the best rate they could get is over 9% .I m in the high 700s. That s ridiculous. But you can refinance because we don t take out of state financing. Run run run. These people are scamming you

Another great experience with Interstate Ford. From the special order process to delivery of our new Bronco, flawless. Caleb kept us informed during the entire process. Interstate Ford is a team and it was clear they take care of one another, which translates to excellent customer service. Highly recommend Interstate Ford! Love the new Bronco!

My Edge was approaching13 years old, so my husband decided we needed a new car to take us into retirement. Not my idea of a fun Saturday, but it was painless and we are very satisfied with the help we received. My husband had picked up parts at Interstate in the past, they were in stock and ready to pick up, so he decided to check out what they had online. When we arrived, Matt Sanders helped us see everything we looked at online and helped with our trade ins (we had two) They helped us make decisions about financing without any pressure and made the day as pleasant as it could be! We both would definitely recommend Interstate Ford

The sales team at Interstate Ford did an excellent job of helping my wife and I determine the best options for the F-150 that we wanted to purchase. There were many options to choose and it was overwhelming at times deciding what should selected. They also made sure we met our pricing target. Charles Bland, the Sales Specialist, was very pleasant and knowledgeable throughout the sales process and it made for a good truck buying experience.

Great Experience! Charles Bland was knowledgeable about the cars and patiently guided me through various options while paying attention to my preferences and needs.He was transparent and honest throughout the process. There were no hidden surprises or pushy sales tactics. He took the time to explain the details so I felt informed and valued as a customer. That is rare in the current market. I have recently purchased a 2024 mustang from ford. Toney helped me out through the process and was very patient with me. My wife and I bought our two Ford Escapes (a 2020 model and a 2022 model) from sales associate Charles Bland at Interstate Ford. His patience, knowledge, and positive attitude made it easy for us to pick the perfect cars. Charles was with us every step of the way helping us make the right choice!
