Aaron did an excellent job listening to my concerns on my newish tires then offered to inspect, balance, and rotate. Not only did they do this, but they fixed an out-or-round issue and the technician, Owen, did a very thorough job with the air pressures and explaining the after-procedure when delivering the vehicle up front. Now the truck drives as smooth as glass. Nice job - thank you!

All the guys here were fantastic to work with, went to the dealership to be turned away after verifying they could mount and balance my wheels and tires when we got there and unloaded they said they couldn t, we called discount tire and they were able to get me in same day, verified fitment and showed us everything and talked us through the process to make sure we were happy with the fitment along with being super friendly and complimenting my wheel and tire choice. Can t say good enough things about the staff, and Aaron the senior assistant were extremely helpful, they definitely deserve a raise!

I have been to this location 3 times in the last 6 months. The employees barely greet you and move like they don't want to be there. There is music blasting from the shop where they are clearly having a party. 3 times for tire balancing and each time I have left with vibration existing and they didn't even level out the air pressure in the tires. Don't waste your time coming here.

Brought in a tire that was ripped open and deep gouges in the rim face from a kiss to a concrete Jersey barrier and since the car was driven at highway speeds about 450-600 feet with a ripped open tire (impact point to safe pull over point), I thought for certain the TPMS was toast! They could have sold me a new one and no one would have knownBut they first came to the car and checked it with a scan tool while it was in my trunk, They stated it is probably ok, and it was so them being honest saved me some money!Thanks!

The only thing this place wants to do is sell tires. They don't plug anything like they say they do. They'll say your tires are a hazard as a scare tactic to get you to buy new tires. Nice try Girl Scouts....might as well change your sign to Midas.

I was out doing some errands and must have ran over a screw, my tire pressure emmediately went low. I stopped by another location down the street, and they couldn't even see me. I went to this location and Mike was attentive, checked my tire pressure, and got me scheduled within 30 minutes. I was in and out in an hour, and they were busy. Thank you, and I will recommend to anyone I know.

Wonderful, fast, and honest service. You can't go wrong with this business. As far as time goes, make sure you schedule ahead unless you have a lot of calls to make or a book to read.

Wanted to give this shop another chance after the previous management had me avoiding this place like a Midas... I mean, the plague! The guys at this Discount Tire did not try to upsell or pressure me to buy any product or service apart from what I came in for. Despite the long line, they had me in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Called Firestone when I had a flat 1st thing in the morning. They showed no concern over my situation and first question was, do you have an appointment? They then told me they can only get me in 5pm or I can drop of thw car with no guarantee of work. Mind you I have purchased the tires with warrenty coverage from firestone.With that said, I called Discount Tire. Justin was super pleasant and his first statement is, "I'm sorry to hear that, we can get that fixed up quick. We do have 4 other cars working on now but if you can get here soon I'll work to get you in" that's all I wanted to hear, someone who understands waking up to an unexpected flat tire needs assurance that they can repair it with out a 6hr wait.Just because of thier willingness to get me in, I ended up giving then my business going forward. Bought 4 new tires with warrenty. Very pleased!!

I had a nail in my tire and discount tire miamisburg got me in quickly and I only waited about an hour, which was their estimate. All the workers were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely come back!

Price is right and these guys are on point. Love that I can make an appointment online. Certificates make tire replacement easy and inexpensive I highly recommend+

I was treated with respect and kindness by everyone I encountered. They helped me get 2 new tires and I felt like they were honest about what I needed. I was in and out in no time. It's a really nice facility too - big and clean. I will definitely go back.

The staff are inexperienced, unable to calculate and analyze the dimensions of the tires and wheels that they sell that will fit your car. They nearly destroyed my rear quarter panels on my rust free 1950's classic car. Had I not intervened my classic would have suffered major damage. The whole process took two 8 hour days to expose they're not qualified to do the job right.

Had a flat tire that I took in. I was ready to buy one but Justin checked to see if it was repairable. Turns out it wasn t and Justin showed me why with the damage. He had a new tire on in about 10 minutes. Great service would highly recommend!

I ve been dealing with these guys since Sears shutdown. I really didn t want to use them but needed someone in a pinch. Then I used them again and again. They always come through, they re quicker than I expect and more importantly I trust them.

There is a reason why this business receives 5 star reviews! Mike was professional, compassionate and over- the-top in his customer service. I was an out of town visitor who suffered a tire blow out on the highway. Mike ordered a matching tire for my Mercedes E350 4 Matic at 8:05 am from their Cincinnati warehouse, had the tire delivered to the Miamisburg location for installation and had us back on the road the same day! Great job Mike and thank you!!

I made an appointment for 2:30 and arrived at about 2:20 to check in. When I arrived in the lobby there were no staff present. This is normal as the staff was in the garage so I approached the front desk and waited for 5 minutes and no staff approached me. I then checked my email confirmation for my appointment and there was a "Wait-list" check in option. I assumed this was an online check in and that this was to replace checking in in person and the reason why the lobby was not staffed. I signed onto the waiting list online and sat down in the lobby. About 30 minutes go by and many techs are going in and out of the lobby assisting those there prior to me which is fine but none ask about the online wait list. It's 3 PM at this point and no one asked if I was in the lobby or gave me a call to confirm my appointment since it was 30 minutes past my scheduled time at this point. I wait about 15 more minutes before I approach the desk and have to wait another 5 minutes to talk to the store manager. I didn't ask for the manager but he was the person staffed there. I let him know I checked in online prior to my appointment and that no one has assigned or even acknowledged me yet. He said he was wondering where I was since I was late but again did not bother to call me or ask for my name in the lobby so he was expecting me but did not follow up. He said the online checklist does not actually check you in but puts you on a wait so at the very least he should have seen I arrived. He apologized and checked me in and took my keys. I had to wait an additional hour and 15 minutes for them to install 4 tires on my car. He did not offer me a discount on current/future services and I was disappointed that he didn't really provide a solution. I was irritated of course but I remained calm and just asked that he finish the car as soon as possible. I could have even justified that wait time had the store manager communicated with me more. I'm surprised they don't call or ask for names in the lobby to follow up on late appointments before closing them out to make room for other appointments or walk ins. They were busy and I understand that but ultimately the service was poor and I will not return. I will definitely not recommend this place even if the service is cheap and it may be worth it to pay an additional 50$ to go to grismer where they are staffed, alert, knowledgeable and eager to help and make things right. They also offer more services and will give you 3 free oil changes with 4 tire purchases and I wish I had done that instead.

Had one tire on the car that would not take air, and finally realized I had deflated it to 10 psi. Drove slowly here, and learned it could take two hours to work me in. When I asked to call my wife. as she was without a car and needed to be somewhere shortly, Sales Tech Zanden picked up the order and said he would take care of it himself. In 15 minutes or so, he had the valve stem replaced. This type of thoughful service is why I'm a customer here.

Long time customer for years. Free coffee, water, and WiFi.Always schedule my free tire Rotation after I get my oil changed down the street. Work on my laptop while they complete the service.If you schedule an appointment, they get you in and out fast and seamlessly.

The staff was personable and professional & they deserve a 5-star rating. The reason why I am not giving the actual business; Discount Tires a 5-star rating is because although Discount Tires prices tend to be cheaper than their competitors, they do not provide wheel alignments at the time of this review. They do offer tire rotations though. The fact that a tire store does not offer both the rotation and alignment is ridiculous! I was told by the staff the they are waiting for their alignment machine to come in. When getting tires , most people want to get all they need for that tire and and drive away knowing they won't have to deal with making another appointment for the alignment at a later time. So, Discount tire offers great service & possibly cheaper prices, BUT I would encourage consumers to call & make sure they can align as well as rotate your tires before purchasing tires/installation from them.

Had a great experience here. Made an appointment online and an employee came out and greeted me as soon as I got there. I only replaced two tires but it took less time than I thought it would. Told me 45 minutes but it only took 25-30.I plan on coming back for service when needed and would recommend.

Great staff! Got my leak patched for free. Manager and Zander were awesome and helpful. Took them 2 hours to patch even with an appt but for free can't complain.

Honest and trustworthy are the two top words that come to mind. I brought my car in fully prepared and willing to pay for a brand new tire. Tyler (who was AMAZING) took care of me, said it wasn t necessary, and it could be repaired at no charge. It is specifically this type of customer service that has made me a loyal customer for years and years.
