I came in to get my cars old battery changed for a new one, and with no hesitation Rome took care of it. He took out my old battery and placed the new one in quick and efficiently all while holding a great conversation! I m so happy I chose this location to go to, I wouldn t go anywhere else for parts and services like today. They ve earned themselves a happy customer! Thank you to Rome and the team! In addition, the store was clean and organized, and the other employees there carried themselves professionally aswell.

Cody helped me with a battery today. I went in the store and he had it at the counter waiting for me. He also installed it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very polite and told me if I need anything just call him and he will do whatever he can to help me. This is Great Customer Service!! This will definitely be the store I go to for any of my auto needs. The lady in the store was very helpful as well but I didn't get her name.

I just have to say that Rome at this store is absolutely amazing. Not only did he take care of me when I needed serious help with a vehicle, he went way out of his way to call other stores and source a specialty part. He has earned my business moving forward!!!

the guy name Rome is the best! Much better customer service than 5666 N Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449 store. I drive 10 minutes extera to get this store because of the service.

I love this location!! Ms Kia always takes such good care of me. My first time here she had all of my parts from different locations ready behind the counter for my arrival and it was the fastest and smoothest bulk purchase I ve ever made. Recently I made a return but forgot my receipt. Luckily she was there and actually remembered my visit prior and my engagement with her staff member so she was able to help me get my money back and save me a ton of stress. I love how personable her and her team are and how committed they are to customer satisfaction. This is the only auto zone I go to now!

Wow! The customer service was absolutely top-tier. Such a breath of fresh air compared to most places today! I called to verify they had a part in stock and while I was on the phone, Kia physically made sure their system matched what she had in stock and then set it aside for me without me even asking. While maybe a small gesture, that s way more than you get any where else. I m happily driving out of my way every time I need a part to come to this store from now on. 10/10 A++

Fantastic customer service! We needed a new oil cap and to have the oil checked. Will took care of it all very quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and happy to help. We will definitely be back.

This store is one of the best stores I have ever been too i had a problem where my battery died and rome the manager came right out and helped me with no problem the staff was also very helpful besttttt service ever I never make reviews so this says alot

I did not catch her name, but the manager who runs this store is top-tier. Friendly, welcoming, exceptional customer service when I came in to rent a tool. When I returned the tool a few days later, I witnessed her giving amazing customer service to another customer. This location is out of my way to get to, but it had the tool I needed in stock...I will be more likely to stop at this location in the future.

I'd just like to say I was lead here by the Grace of God, been driving my car hot no coolant. Didn't know it. Will knew automatically that my car was over heating from an empty resivior. He researched further and discovered I needed a new radiator cap, serpentine belt, radiator hole and valve cover gasket. Many Thanks to Will for extending himself to assist me with my current situation and more so ever SAVE ME SOME? TIME, MONEY & MY PRECIOUS LuLu. a Dodge Caliber I need to get me to work, I Thank Will & All the techs a Great Customer Service experience and representating AutoZone as a pillar in the community

Walked in and was greeted right away from all of the sales people and offered outstanding help on my issue. Went above and beyond what I asked for and offered help on follow up issues anytime via phone or coming in. will be returning here again, thank you!
