On Friday March 29th, I went to Advanced Auto because my car battery had died and I needed a replacement. I already knew I had a car that was a pain to work on and wasn t sure if they d be able to replace it for me. Doug was able to successfully remove my old (and corroded) battery and replace it with in a short amount of time. Not only did he achieve that, he explained everything he was doing and what steps he had to follow to remove my battery. I d highly recommend him and Advanced Auto! If corporate is reading this, please give him a raise

It s 745 the store opens at 7:30. I m still sitting outside, waiting on this place to open up the guy inside walked up to the door and threw his hands up like he didn t know what to do and went back inside without communicating anything at all. Cross train your employees to open the door.

I called 3 other stores. This place answered there phone. Super friendly clerks. My oil pan gasket was hard to find. They had one in stocks and also cheaper than there competition.

These guys are always so helpful; they are my first choice for auto parts. Their app is pretty user-friendly, along with their Speed Perks rewards program- it certainly helps my pocketbook! Keep up the good work!

What do you do when online they say they have your part but you go in and they don't than they call and tell ya rheyvrhe part all along. They are only human but call ahead when ordering online to make sure the part is there!! *** When I got to work I received a phone call that the part was actually there. Two employees were filling my order and did not communicate. So I was able to get my part later that evening.

I highly recommend advance automotive.This store in particular is a super hub store that supplies all the other stores in the if you're looking for a part the odds that they have at our pretty darn good. Barry, Destin, and dog were very helpful.They let me take a peek at their warehouse after using the restroom. It might take him 10 minutes to find that part because the warehouse is huge

Went here on Sunday for brake parts, no one else had the parts except Advance Auto and their associate Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

They couldn't locate a hub cap on a 1600 cc motored Volkswagen ! Go back to automobile mechanics parts supplier trainer or try your hand selling women's shoes at JC Penny's !!

Had to give 1 star or it wouldnt let me post a review, went in to get a wheel speed sensor for 2004 rendevous, auto zone has them for 17.49 told the guy wat i needed, he wanted 65bucks for one, dont know if they were going to split the money at end of day or not, but went to autozone payed 17.49 for it

A business is only as good as their people. I have been coming to this location for many years, and the people continue to impress. From Norm the manager, to Anthony in commercial sales, these folks are truly customer service oriented. but today I am writing about Brad, one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, efficient, and customer service oriented individuals that I've had the pleasure to deal with. No matter the time of day or night, no matter if there are 6 customers in line or just me in the whole store, Brad has a smile and a positive attitude that simply says "I will take car of this for you!". I know as soon as I walk in, that if Brad is there, my expectations will be met and probably exceeded. Obviously, Norm and his team have given Brad the tools to be successful, and he has quality parts to meet customer needs, but Brad has taken full advantage and continues to deliver a terrific customer experience. I literally drive past two other auto parts stores to come to this location. There are three other stores the other direction from my home that are closer. But I know when I come to store 8869 @ 8107-8109 Springboro Pike, that I am going to get the right part, for the right price, delivered with a smile. And for that, I am surely thankful!

These guys were great! I was traveling through from Tennessee to Michigan and my headlight went out. They took time to find the last one of my bulbs they had and installed it for me!!! Outstanding customer service; what a great team of employees they have there. I will be sure to go back there anytime I drive back through to visit family!!!

Called to see if what I needed was available in store. Westly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He had the part I needed and took my name and held it at the counter for me. I picked up my part and ended up buying a few other things I needed because I felt like he was trustworthy and could help me get exactly what I needed for my specific vehicle which typically is not easy to find parts for. Being female and buying auto parts is alot of the time frustrating because I'm treated as if I'm not familiar with cars. I am, sometimes more knowledgeable than the person working the counter. But I felt I was treated like anyone other male customer in there by this employee. It was a refreshing change.

Great Place and Staff! Went there yesterday to find an quart of oil. Found it on the shelf and also found out that it was discontinued. They had rang it up already it it was 5 cents on their computer. Even though they could have corrected the price, they stood by the scan and even paid the 5 cents for me. Great place!

I've been to plenty of auto parts stores, and none comes close to this Advance Auto Parts. The employees are very knowledgeable and will not try to sell you something you don't need. Very helpful and will answer all your questions. Keep up the great work! The only auto parts store I will shop.

Kudos and my heartfelt appreciation to Ben, Brad, Bill and Nathaniel at Advance Auto Parts on Springboro Pike for making sure I was taken care of. This is hands down the best customer service I've ever gotten from a car parts store. Not only were the prices of their batteries affordable and comparable to other car parts stores, they came to my house and installed a new battery in my car with NO CHARGE to for the home delivery service!I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my car needs and I highly recommend this store to others.Thanks a million guys!

I needed a headlight for my car. When I went to install it I realized the clerk had given me the wrong one. I went back to the store to exchange it. It was 8:30. The hours for Wednesday are posted open till 9:00. At 8:30 the store was closed and all the outside lights were off.
