I wasn't happy with the fact that when I went to pick up my vehicle, the tires mounted on it were NOT the ones I ordered. Stupid as it may be, I specifically ordered "RAISED WHITE LETTERS" General Grabbers. Online I sifted through the filters as shown: "Year, Make, & Model > All Terrain > Rasied White Letters" and yielded few results with what I wanted. I was happy they had what I was looking for but when I seen my vehicle, all black wall. I said those were supposed to have RWL and was told "it must've been a warehouse problem" and no effort to make things right. Then the next day, I noticed they didn't install one of the chrome rim covers so I called them with the person answering "let me look and call you back" and no call back. I'm standing in the store right now and was told the cover was on when you left, which whether it was or not, it never came off before until the NTB took my tires off. They claim they're going to buy a new one so we'll see.... stay tuned for an update.

I always come here for my tire needs, very fast service and efficient service with everything. Just recently fixed my tire in under 30 minutes so I able to make to work on time. Highly recommend!

A few moth back I took my truck to the dealership for a routine oil change. They said I need an alignment and it would cost $199.00. I called around and NTB was much cheaper. I brought my truck in, they ran the alignment on their equipment and there was nothing wrong with the alignment. The cost was next to nothing for then to check it for me. Today I brought my truck back in for an oil change, they got me in with no appointment, and they were fast and efficient. I have found my new car care shop for my car needs.

I had a flat this morning. I got tired from here about a year ago. Had my tire fix in about an hour. No appointment. It was a breathe of fresh air after a crappy day.

My son suggested I go to NTB in mentor. He has used them several times and told me that they were honest, friendly, and reasonable. So I rolled in, explained my issue; they got me in right away. Found out my car issue wasn't as serious as i thought!!! They did not try to charge me for something I didn't need. I spent a week trying to find an auto shop to check out my issue but kept coming across too many over charge reviews. Thank you NTB!! I will be returning if i have any future auto issues!!!! NTB HAS MY STAMP OF APPROVAL!!!!!!

Jim & NTB did a great job with my CR-V! We called Friday about getting new tires put on my car and by Saturday afternoon we were done and out the door - even with having to order the specific tires we wanted. I've used this NTB location many times in the past with this car and my old car and will continue to come back! Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience at NTB Mentor. Jim Zeuli was very helpful in explaining the tire options for my daughter s car. I ve been coming here for years and always have been impressed with the staff and quick service.

Took it in for an rear wheel alignment. Turns out the car doesn't have any way to adjust the rear. They did fill up tires, which turns out was the actual issue I was having, due to the run flat and low profile tire, I didn't know it was so low. They didn't charge me for anything. I would highly recommend this store!

Fantastic service! I felt that the guys at this NTB know what they are doing, took the time to come out to my car to double check what was needed, and completed the work quicker than expected. Would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Great service! Very friendly. Had to replace a leaky valve stem. Reasonably priced. Arrived a little after closing and they were still able to accommodate me.

My car dash indicator showed I had low pressure in all four tires. Stopped at the Mentor store and asked if they could inflate all my tires. They told me to pull my car inside and they did indeed inflate my tires to the proper pressure. I asked what the charge was and they told me no charge. That was such a kind service they did for me and that is one of the reasons why I have always bought my tires from NTB. Thank you Mentor NTB.

The NTB on Mentor Avenue is great I bought all of my car tires from them, always impeccable service whenever. if I have tire issues they got me right in on time and fast service The Manager Jim will always look out for you i highly recommend them

My son's car needed tires. It was during the busy holiday season and everybody's trying to get tires. We call, and Jim said he could help. We dropped off car and a little while later Jim called and said we need braked and he could get then fix and my soms car also had broken headlight. Jim Was kind knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting tires that were perfect for my son's car and also happened to have a rebate. He went way out of his way as they were very busy that day, and we're very thankful that. He found the problem with the brake she got that fixed. You do not find this kind of service a lot Anywhere with a Smile. Helpful kind courteous and knowledgeable.Gemma's team were just fantasticWe have four cars and we'll be bringing those there for all types of service.Plus I work for a company that has over a 100000 employees and I put it on our blog at work. What kind of service we got at the NTB mentor shop Ohio.I highly recommend this place not Just for tires, but other stuff such as brakes and shocks that you may need servicing and the rates are very reasonable.Simply put, best service, best product, best customer service. Bought my tires at Firestone , called them to fix a nail in my tire, was told they'd have a service tech there till 5pm so I called them when I left work at 4pm and was told they had nobody to fix my tire. Called NTB and they got me in right away.

The manger jim got me in quick it needed a toe and camber adjustment on passenger side ill have to take it back for camber adjustment i just had a toe and go done today due to the tech leaving at 430 but they got it done in 10 mins great customer service appreciate the quick alignment

Dropped off my SUV for rear brakes and got it back in 3.5 hours. Their turn-around time has greatly improved over what it was a year ago.

These guys are good at taking care of your car needs.DO NOT take your vehicle to Heisley Tire & Brake...I took my car to this auto shop for brake work, & 20 miles afterwards my check engine light came on. (Coincidence? - I don't think ) Heisley Tire & Brake said they'll scan it. (Two days at the shop) they say it's a EVAP. Leak p0456 (small) for $1290 they'll replace my fuel pump. Ummm no! There's nothing wrong with my pump. I can pick it up(Pay $200). Go to gas station & the gas pump shuts off. (vapor back-up). Decide to go to aDecent shop & was told someone put a plug on my vent valve & disconnected the hose.(Another $100 for diagnostic). Heisley Tire & Brake might have good mechanics but they love making money for a shop that probably treats them like garbage. Please!! Beware ofTaking your car to Heisley Tire & Brake.Always get a written expressed guarantee:Ask for your old parts back..you bought them:Check and see what parts were used: (NAPA)I wouldn't pay for Nitrogen in my Tire, 78% of the air you breathe is Nitrogen: I get my summer air replaced with winter air for FREE!Get your muffler bearings replaced for FREE!I'll put oil all over my struts so Noone else does!

Went here due to their $24.99 oil change special. Appointment was at noon. Picked up our car at 3:45pm. Two people sitting on their hands in the lobby while one worker is handling all of the work.Then we pick up our car and it s $72.30 for an $24.99 oil change special.Never use them. I ll use our normal people who are $34 for an oil change and they only take 30 minutes.

National Tire and Battery let's you purchase the best tires that last many years and with an alignment. Not like other cheap tire places that last only months and you are feeling like you should have gone to National Tire and Battery!!!

Solved my tire thumping problem. Had a carcass separation.Have since purchasednew Michelin X Ice winter tires and Michelin all season tires from them, Quick delivery and installation. Excellent advice and selection.
