Yesterday I was on my way to run a few errands when the tire pressure light came on my dash getting out my car I could hear a loud hissing and looked to see I had a nail in my back passenger tire Luckily, I was able to make it down to road to Midas where a gentleman was able to rescue me and save my tire. He helped me as soon as I walked in, fixed my tire quickly and gave me a great customer service experience! I was able to finish my errands and I greatly appreciate it! thank you!!

Man these guys are the BEST! I came in with a tire problem and they took the time to patch it up for me in no time on the house! I highly recommend coming here if you need anything done they are nothing like the other companies trying to run a bill up they really care about you and your vehicle thanks you guys!

So kind when I called as the online schedule tool was not working. I was told to come in when I was ready no appointment needed. I arrived and was promptly greeted. After all of 10 to 15 minutes I was out of there. He reminded me of the special and saved me over $25. Will be going back time am he time again

I arrived with a screw sticking out of my tire, looking for air just to get me home.These guys went above and beyond to pull my truck in, checked the tire, removed the screw, plugged my tire and had me back on the road in 10 minutes! Excellent services

Brought my car in here with a rattling noise, hoping it wouldn t be a huge expense to fix. The guys here were great - it was just a loose heat shield. The guys quickly inspected it, found issue, and re- tightened it for no charge. Wish i got this kind of service everywhere!

Made an appointment online yesterday for an exhaust leak on my car and it was confirmed shortly after I submitted the request. They were able to fix the leak with quickness and gratitude, along with replacing a blinker bulb I didn t previously mention to them. They quoted me a price that was nearly half of what the VERY sorry dealership that sold me the car (without knowledge of previous exhaust work) quoted me. Professional, great attitudes. I WILL be going back to them for all of the minor needs. THANK YOU, MIDAS EMPLOYEES !!

They do 90percent of work on my van. If honest loosing trust in them. Compare to even a year ago I feel there getting less caring about informing customers and being hands on with them. Just cause they went paperless to inform u doesn't mean better. And pricing is getting to where just as well go to dealership to get work done. Only my opinion thanks

Very quick and friendly. Prices are very competitive. They were able to get my car in quickly for an oil change, tire rotation and minor repair. This all took less than the time it took one of the "quick oil change" places.

Affordable and good customer service. They send a text with a report on your vehicle down to the the tires and I just went in for an oil change. I will keep coming back to this location

Mark Rassi the manager of this store went above and beyond in helping me with my 2018 Infiniti QX80. It needed some work and he explained in detail what needed to be done.I would recommend Midas of Mentor to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle. His team treated me with respect and honesty. Thank you Mark ..I truly appreciated all you did and in a short matter of time.

Pretty bad service, came in for oil change alignment and inspection for a new-to-me car, seemed to do the bare minimum didn't offer to read the codes for check engine light. Came home and checked the fluids myself due to the lack of confidence in their inspection - trans was 3 quarts low, coolant and windshield washer fluids were practically empty. I practically paid them to do it myself...

Someone (not to be named) lightly slid his car into a curb in his first Winter of driving, which knocked the steering wheel askew and created a pull to the left. We feared complex damage (European car) and a loss of the car for X number of days. Midas had it diagnosed and back on the road in perfect order within hours- turned out to be several bent pieces of the front suspension. Drop off & pick up were VERY fast, with full communication via text. Really excellent service from start to finish. Pricing was retail - probably a bit less than dealer but doubtless money could have been saved if time & hassle were not paramount, which they were in our situation. Highly recommend this shop with this crew, but do note that crews tend to change with time at these kind of shops & quality can vary.
