I had problems with a coolant leak in the middle of the night and somehow managed to pull in front of Herda's truck shop. In the morning, I waited for the shop to open and after a short talk with the owner, Mark, they brought in the truck and fixed the coolant leak and I was back on the road. one of the better repair shops I've come across. Pleasant and professional people, reasonable prices and I wish them the best of luck in their future work.

Mark and his crew are excellent. He put a clutch, clutch cable and a few other repairs. He was fast, affordable and everything works great. We left his shop and went right back to work and got back to making money with it. If you have been in the trucking industry for a while then you know most are just trying to scam or take advantage of you. It truly is a rare thing to find a place like this. Incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, quick, efficient work ethic AND good price! Save yourself the headache and take your truck here, you won't be disappointed. Literally the only downside is it can take a few days before they have availability to look at your truck, but it is completely worth it.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Top notch service. I was in a bind traveling from Albuquerque, NM with my Class A RV. We had a concern with our suspension. They got me in that morning. They normally don't work on RV's, but they wanted to help since I was traveling with kids. I really can't describe how thankful I am to Mark and Ryan.

I met this family they are very good people they take care of my truck for one year I've been going to them with no problems always friendly and smiling and big smiling and they get the job done I will refer anybody to this shop thank you this is Tony

I've know Mark and Ryan for almost 20 years from back in the day when they worked out of a small shop in Willoughby. I don't take my trucks there often because I try and do as much as I can myself. When I do take a truck there I'm usually in a pinch and they've always done me right. Good people!

Pretty much the same thoughts as everyone else. Great service, wonderful people who really know their work. I wouldn't take my equipment anywhere else. This place is the best.

My boyfriend took his work truck there 5-6 times in the last few years and they are top notch every time. Another really great local business here in Mentor, highly recommend them!

The guys and gal's(Dawn) are top notch. I am the Safety Manager for an over the road expedite company that run straight trucks and cargo vans and I always tell our owner operators to use the team at Herda's. If you need any repair work done on your truck(s) this is the place to go. Fair, honest, trustworthy and get the job done right the first time has been our experience with Herda's.
