I always have the best experience at this place over other shops. Customer service is great and so is the work they do. Prices are dope. I always recommend these guys

I have been going here for quite awhile. Nice to have a mechanic garage that is honest and not just selling me stuff I don t need. They are not pushy on the extras. If something is needed they tell me what it is, they give me a cost, and they move on. If I want it done, it s done.

By far the best shop around. Ralph and his crew Will treat you like family. You will not be disappointed with price amd work quality. My kids and now grandkids take vehicle to this shop. Can t go wrong with this shop

Had new tires installed on MOLs car and she takes it in for one leaking air. Eddie at the front then proceeds to lie and say she needs a new tire for a nail in the sidewall and says it's not patchable. So she OKs a new tire and they proceed to rip her off. The screw was not in sidewall and was a very patchable hole on a brand new tire. Very dishonest. Wouldn't reccomend.Service: Tires

I like to video they send as they are servicing your vehicle.Not happy they park cars in handicap spots, they should leave those open for people that need them. Park his Lexus somewhere else. It didn't have handicap anything.

Been in a few times now. One major repair and one minor; both times I've been treated fairly and treated with respect from all the staff. Very reasonable prices and a comfy couch to sit on while you wait. If you're in the area, absolutely stop by.

My daughter was in from out of state and had brake issues on way home. I had one day to get her brakes fixed before she had to head home and they were so accommodating and were able to fit us in and fix her brakes. The customer service is outstanding. I called the shop within less than the hour of closing in pure desperation. The guy that answered the phone was less than thrilled that I wanted a service done right before they were closing. I would have understood if they turned me away! They did not! They cared about me. Even when I arrived late because I am terrible with direction, the men there still helped me. They were kind and understanding even though I felt like a desperate terrible person. I had a good conversation and spent maybe 20 minutes in the shop. They saved my day to day for tomorrow. So friendly and nice. Anything I need for future regarding the business of my cars , they are going to get it. I ll even make an appointment and arrive on time!Thank you, thank you!!Service: Tires

Have had multiple trips here and the staff is always accommodating, trustworthy, and professional. Their work is a great value. Squeezed me in for urgent work on a couple occasions, once the day before a holiday. I have no problem going thirty miles away for their service.

I took my car in and paid for front and rear brakes. They said they replaced them but my brakes brakes kept squeaking. I brought it back four times. All they did was look at it said it was fine and the last time they said that they cleaned the brakes and rotors I took it to another mechanic come to find out my brake pads and rotors were shot. I don t think they even repaired them. I have been going there for years and this is the last time I will be going there. I had to spend another 500 to fix my back brakes and rotors.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I showed up with no appointment for a tire repair! They got me in immediately despite them being short staffed!Ralph was extremely friendly and personable, so was his son who checked me in, I saw 2 other employees who also seemed happy and friendly seems like this shop has a good culture and employees seem happy I got offered donuts and coffee while I waited Service: Tires

Just wanted to take some time to tell everyone what an amazing experience we had here! We are from Illinois, and came into town for a funeral. When we arrived, our car started making an odd rattling noise and we were worried especially since we were going to need to drive 6 hours home the following day. We called up this place and the owner was so sweet on the phone! He was kind, efficient, and always had different options to possibly solve the issue. We brought the car in and we met Tim who was equally nice and helpful. He was also VERY patient with me even though I m sure I gave him a headache constantly calling to see if my car was done. I needed it done by 2:30pm for a funeral. They were able to fit me in and finish so that I could have my car back. I m so thankful! Affordable, friendly, and fast service. Thank you for taking care of some out of towners! We ll be sure to let all of our Ohio family members know about you!

This is my first time at this location. It wasn't really in my neighborhood but I stopped in because I was already out. I need to have my tire pressure checked. I asked them if they would do it and they agree even though I just came in off the street. The staff was very kind and a pleasure to talk to you. Is that kind of people that are willing to give just a little bit that makes a big difference. If you need some service and you're looking for kind people then you have to stop in here!

I highly recommend the team at Heisley Tire and Brake. The owner, Ralph, took time to listen to what I had going on and lead me to Eddie Police. Eddie was extremely professional and very helpful. He made sure to give me all the advantage points with a specific tire I purchased along with all the why buy benefits of Heisley Tire. Pricing was next to none, they had the best price and had me in and out. I called on a Monday and they were ready for install the next day if needed. Thank you guys for your professionalism, it s something that seems to be few and far between anymore. I was in a bind. I needed to drive a ten year old car across the country and Eddie and Dan were able to make the needed repairs at a reasonable rate. The car survived the entire trip without any issues.

I ve been going to this shop for some years now. Every time when I go in, the guys are always so pleasant. I took my car in for a repair that was needed due to a failed E-check. They fixed the issue in no time. And to top it off, they took my vehicle to get the E-check for me! I was so blown away by them going above and beyond. Rip off. Overcharged me after having my car for a week. Beware .....I found a great mechanic and he had heard the same thing about this place. I asked them why the foil on the wire. The front desk clerk said...."We don't have foil, what do you mean?" So, I showed him. He shrugged and let the mechanic tell me that it insulates the wires. I am so disappointed. Oh, the best part is, the same week we were getting our checks from the government for $1400, the estimate they gave me was $1390.00!!!!!!!! Unreal. I said don't, do this, or that and got it down to $550.00, to replace a simple hose that came in a week later.

Great honest hard working employees who are very educated in every area of your car for every manufacturer. Their prices are not the cheapest but you definitely get the care and thorough job your expect with their prices. I dont go anywhere else to get my car work done and they are super understanding and kind and Friendly!!!

The staff was wonderful! I had a flat tire and they were the only ones that were able to get me in and out and the same day! Really a great bunch of guys! Had great service and would recommend to anyone needing auto repairs!

It's great to go to a place where you know you can trust them. I know I can come in, get correct advice, a fair price, and excellent service.Everyone is treated with respect and courtesy.I have been a client for 10+ years and will continue to be.
