After my car was keyed, my insurance company recommended taking my car to Frankie and Dylan's for the estimate. I had never been there before, or knew anyone that had taken their car there so I was skeptical of their work. After getting the estimate and learning that they could get my car in next week I decided to give them a try. Frankie and Dylan's did a fantastic job repairing all the marks left in my passenger door and rear quarter-panel. I would get daily email updates about my car and the expected completion date. They even finished early! I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

This place is pricey (part of the reason I give them 4 instead of 5 stars) but are, for the most part, worth it. They did a wonderful job with my brother's car when I brought it in last year. This year, I got into a minor accident and they were again wonderful about getting a quote to me the same day I called in. My only, very minor gripe, is that over the phone I was told the estimate would only take about 15 minutes but I was actually there waiting on it for almost an hour. Again not a major thing, but I did miss an appointment I had planned on based on the original estimate and why I had to give 4 instead of the full 5 stars.

Frankie & Dylan's is top-notch - they finished my car repair early, charged a reasonable fee & made the entire experience pleasant. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional & pleasant - plus they did an exterior & interior cleaning before returning to car to me. I highly recommend them.

Never again. What once use to be a quality high end shop is now a shop full of smoke and mirrors. I was a loyal customer for 15 years. After this past experience I will never go there again and I will never recommend them to anyone again. The car was not fixed right and I was told over and over by Jeff that it's supposed to be that way. I even spoke to the owner and he said he would personally oversee this and get back to me. He never did. It was towed to another shop and I was told that it was not even close to being repaired correctly.

I'm a pretty untrusting person about car repair places. Been screwed over so many times. But this place was where our car was fixed after someone hit us. They were VERY friendly, very upfront. They didn't have extra costs or fees later on. And they really work with you and your insurance. Ironically someone hit our car in the same place a year later and we went back to them. They remembered us and we joked about maybe they should keep a the same panel ready just in case we come back again in yet another year.Honestly the best repair place I've been to. I have no problems with them at all.

Drips and runs in paint, use someone else. They don t have professional staff to do the work.

After having some issues with some other auto shops on how to paint a polyurethane bumper years back which Frankie & Dylan's had no issue painting I have been having all my work done here. I have to say they are quick, hold to what they say. If its a week of repairs its a week. If something comes up, they will notify you. They do exceptional work.

My car was hit and I am in the process of trying to get it repaired. I can t recall her name but the woman who answered the phone was so rude. I informed her I wouldn t be able to take off work to get an estimate and instead of being understanding she told me well that s not how we do things yet after I made it clear that s my only option, told me about the drop box. She was not helpful, not understanding and talked to me like I was stupid. I was in an accident caused by someone else you d think a person would be at least somewhat nice. I d never bring my car to this location.

Just picked up my Subaru Legacy and I was very happy with the overall experience. Car was done in a timely manner. The work appears to be flawless. The interior was cleaner than when I dropped it off.

They repaired my car Jan 2016 and it was pretty extensive so I took my car back in when I was broadsided this past Saturday. They are professional, do outstanding work and I don't have any problem with the cost of the work. Great place!!!!

Attention to detail was perfect. Customer service was great. Car looks good as new, if not better. The folks at Frankie & Dylan's are top notch! Would highly recommend them!!

I went in to get an estimate and staff was rude and not very helpful. This was my first accident and wasn t exactly sure what to do. My family has gone to them before they were bought by the new owners and had 0 issues with staff. Since the new owners we ve gone to them several times and every time we are met with attitude. Im not sure if it s their new management but I wouldn t recommend coming here.

Had my son's Hyundai repaired here about 18 months ago. Damage was to the front but no air bag deployment. Poor workmanship eventually surfaces over the long run.First, about 6 months ago the car suddenly would not start. Upon inspection, F&Ds forgot to put the battery hold down back on the car. Battery had danced around for over a year before it finally ripped the cable off a voltage regulator. $300.00 fix including battery, hold down and voltage regulator from Hyundai.Then this past Fall, a low coolant light came on. While adding coolant I noticed that no one ever installed the hose that goes from the radiator to the overflow tank when they replaced the radiator. No wonder it was low on coolant. Fix was only $2.00 but there is no excuse for this kind of poor workmanship. Never again F&Ds for us.

Really nice place with efficient and kind staff! My insurance totalled out my car so I didn't get my car repaired by them, but what they did help me with was fast and easy!

These guys do a great job any questions I get an estimate talk to Jeff he is the man he will praise you up fairly pick up a rental car from either classic or Enterprise and be on your way I'll be ready within one or two days after the due date okay we'll just enjoy yourself leave the machine

Deleted old 5 star review because that was for the previous owners. This is not the same place AT ALL. Went there for some help like I vowed I always would and they couldn't/wouldn't fix me up like the former owners. If anyone knows a good place, please message me.

Very rude, called to gather information about getting my car repaired and a employee wouldn t answer my questions just dodged answering them just to force me to come in. Me coming in = business for them. Poor customer service, please lose the attitude when speaking over the phone with a potential customer, makes them not even want to do business.

I would give this place 1000 stars if I could but I have a 2003 mustang gt it s my baby and my dream car someone backed into me in the parking lot and I got a dent on the side it took them 3 days with constant updates every day even 2 updates a day about the car and I have some chips and pain splash s on my bumper from before and when they fixed my dent they repainted my whole bumper and fenders the car looked even better then it did before they wash and polished my car and vacuumed and clean whole interior of the car too then about a week later I was drive and incedent happened when I got a huge paint scuff on the front I tried to clean off the car but I just scratch the bumper and I drive up because I have a lifetime warranty on the paint so I asked they said it wasn t under the warranty but they would take a look for me they drove it right in to see if they could fix it for me they fix it with in 30 mins and looks amazing I can t thank them enough for this that s why I m writeing this review because they did amazing job on my car and I can t stop smiling because of it

It says online that they do free car repair estimates. I made an appointment and put it under my boyfriends name. They told him that they don t do repair estimates.
