They've been servicing my family's cars for years and always seen to have a personal touch, an eye for saving the customer money with coupons, and put fourth extra effort on ancillary issues. The prices are fair and they walk through everything that's being done. If there's a residual issue, they will fix it. Thank you for keeping my 10 year old car running

My car broke down while I was driving through Mentor on Sunday evening and I still had 5 hours left on my drive to get home. Bob was so helpful through the whole process of getting my car fixed, even calling to check on me 30 minutes after closing to make sure I got into a hotel okay since he knew I was out of town in an unfamiliar place by myself. I was able to bring my car back Monday morning and they got me straight in and fixed it up for a very reasonable price. I couldn't have broken down in a better place, apparently. They could've taken advantage of me, knowing I didn't have any choice, but instead they were friendly and helpful and caring. I 100% recommend this place, and if I lived anywhere near the area I would be returning as a regular customer.

Andrew was extremely helpful to me. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and he let me know some other things that I should get fixed. He was able to do it all and not have me have to make another appointment. He used coupons available to help me save as much as possible which I greatly appreciated. Thank you Andrew and I will continue to bring my car there. Excellent service

I called a week or two ago to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at. I told the Guy with a deep voice on the phone that Bob said it was a stuck caliper. The guy said bring it in on Sunday, it will cost 60 dollars and should only take me an hour. I was like awesome, see you then. I bring my car in and tell them the issue and Nate, one of the most passive aggressive people you will ever meet. Nate gives me a dirty look. Next thing, Bob tells me that I need rotors and brakes for 800 dollars? You know Bob, the old guy who should of hung it up ten years ago but ever planned for retirement? Anyways, I put brake pads on myself, car is fine. I would never encourage anyone to bring their car to these ignorant d-bags.

I arrived at this location yesterday at 6:59 am, they open at 7am. The day before, I rode over glass and blew a tire. After I had the tire replaced by the donut from my vehicle warranty road service,� I went directly to the firestone I passed on the way home but this locations technicians had all left for the day so the next morning I came to the Mentor Ave location since its only 3 miles from where I live.� Though I arrived 1 minute before opening it was 7:13 am and I was forced to sit and watch some man with a greasy ponytail puff clouds of smoke around him with his e cigarette through the glass windows. At 7:15 am, I called the store and was told by a female voice they are running late? The guy with the ponytail then came to unlock the door and immediately disappeared back inside the other part where the cars are repaired.� I quietly waited some more inside the store. When another male customer who looked like him walked in, the guy with the ponytail finally came to the front of the store to assist, saying there were issues with the power which is understable regarding the late opening. So since I was already there, I went first and told him about the tire.� Without asking a single question, he immediately and incredulously says, "So you just want one tire instead of replacing all 4??" And heads out to look at my vehicle.� He comes back in to proceed to tell me I should just replace all 4 since I could mess up the transmission if I don't.� If he had asked, I would have told him that the two front low profile tires had been replaced with brand new tires less than 7000 miles ago and do NOT need replacing! That's why they look pristine.� He could've talked me into replacing both rear tires, but with his attitude, he just talked me out the door after claiming he would order the tire and call me that afternoon when it arrived.� That never happened, btw. He followed me out to my car, and I asked why on earth did you just try and sell me 4 tires?� "it's our store policy",� he snorted.� I got into my vehicle and closed the door preparing leave, but he was still looking at the tire. He then came to my driver door and just snatched it open without so much as a word and wrote down information from my vehicle,� then slammed my car door back and went inside the store, I left. Sir, with the greasy ponytail, you were borderline hostile and rude with your assumptions. I am a repeat customer of firestone, and your service and attitude were awful.

This specific location went above and beyond when my car broke down while out of town. The manager knows what customer service means! My transmission went out while visiting family and they went above and beyond providing me the correct information even though they could not provide the repair. Will absolutely return in future.

New location, good service and moderately priced. Make sure to check online for coupons. Waiting area could be improved with a little street facing bar for people with laptops to work on. Waiting area is a bit noisy due to the hvac system.Had an oil change, wheel balance and alignment done in an hour, under $150.

I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty that Nate and the rest of the workers exuded. I thought I was going to need a moderately expensive repair completed. Though Nate asked that an inspection be completed before committing to the work. After an hour, Nate and his team informed us that our vehicle only needed some maintenance after our cross country road trip. Very deceitful, not one time it was mentioned to me about replacing rotors. I came in for brakes and they replaced my rotors too without saying they were going to do that. I received a list of recommendations and it still wasn t mentioned about replacing my rotors. I was only told how much my rear brakes were worn and nothing about my rotors.

Everything was fine; however, I feel that a photo of the damage to my car (rodent infestation) was warranted so that I could have seen it for myself. Appreciated being able to get me in and out the same day!

Good for basic maintenance work like oil change, new tires, alignment and that s it. Don t take their life time wheel alignment plans, as when you come back for the wheel alignment check later a second or a third time, because they already took your money upfront, you are not their priority. They make you wait forever. Partly might be to deter you from coming back again for the free life long alignment checks!!! Also store doesn t have FREE WIFI or COFFEE MACHINE, waiting at their shop is dead boring. Their TV channels suck!

Horrible service. Went in with an overheating engine/coolant system. They tried to rip me off with there quote. They also made matter worse for my cooling system. My coolant/anti freeze containers was not leaking when I brought it in to them. Next thing I know when I took my car home, it s leaking all over the place and making matters so much worse. These guys are just looking to make a buck. When you disagree with their quoting or anything they do/say, they give you a serious attitude. I will never take my car back to Firestone. I d give them zero stars if possible.

Hit and miss. Been here a couple times where the service advisors were honest and genuinely interested in creating a win/win for the customer and their business. Also had a couple of more recent experiences when the service advisor had one thing in mind...take the customer for every last dime possible. As long as you know the difference, you'll be OK. If you don't, I'd stay away. You'll overpay. I'll be staying away in the future.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Update, after Nate the manager got a hold of me, he couldn't be anymore helpful. I have dealt with him in the past and didn't know that he was still there or I would have asked for him from the beginning. He's always been friendly and courteous. Thank you

This place is terrible. They try to upsell you on everything and they charge you for things you specifically said you did not want such as synthetic oil. Also, they can't keep their records straight. They mix up me and my brother and my nephew all the time. I refuse to go back there.

I received a quote a few days ago on a set of new tires. Everything sounded great and I was planning on getting the tires on Saturday. The person on the phone stated that I could make an appointment or I could just walk in. Either way, they would get me in he stated. Well, Saturday rolls around. I showed up, and the quote with my info was there but no tires. The person at the desk said they should have ordered them at the time of the initial quote, but they did not. This was not a big deal. I was a little bummed because the next 3 weekends I will be out of town, but I just figured I will make an appointment down the line or just go somewhere else since I actually had a free Saturday which is rare. No big deal no worries. When I got home, I Googled Firestone locations and was happy to discover there is a Firestone located in Euclid (12 minutes from Mentor location). I called Euclid store: Had the tires in stock and got me in right away (5 stars for Euclid Firestone). the Euclid store service advisor was shocked that the Mentor location did not pick up the tires from Euclid to Mentor, which he says they do. He was even more confused that no one at the Mentor location did not at least say- Hey, we have a location 12 minutes away... maybe they have these in stock... lets check...a quick phone call or click of the mouse. The Euclid service advisor explained that all Firestones are under the same umbrella. If one doesn't have it, the other should.Maybe they were just super busy? If I did not Google locations, I probably would have gone somewhere else. Shout out to the Euclid Firestone Excellent service.

Amazing all around! My boyfriend got kind of screwed on a new car he bought and the Firestone staff took care of everything wrong for us! I personally want to thank Nate, the manager (i believe), he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was just as amazing. Thank you for taking some stress of us for a good price and in good time!!

ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE CONDESCENDING, RUDE, AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Scheduled an appointment about a month ago for a tire rotation and alignment. I got a call the day before my appointment to see if we could reschedule because of staffing. The day of my appointment it took 4 hours to do two simple services. Take your care elsewhere!

Paid $800 to fix my problem and it s still not fixed. Now I have to wait multiple days for a manager to get back to me. Unbelievable.Nice group of guys there, but obviously there techs do not know how to diagnose a problem at all and correctly fix this. I will be fighting this to get it resolved or refunded.

I had a 9 am appointment for a service that was supposed to take about 2 hours. I left to go get breakfast, came back an hour and a half later, and they had not started on my car yet. The desk guy said an appointment doesn t mean your car will be worked on at that time, just that it will be worked on sometime that day.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If 0 stars was an option, I d give 0. I ve never had the kind of experience I had here. I actually ended up having another business pick up my tires from them and put them on after my appointment was canceled without informing me. I generally don t leave bad reviews but I d never recommend this business to anyone. Very unfriendly, unapologetic, could not have cared less they were losing my business.

If i were you I'd go to any other place but this one. I paid to get my AC recharged and upon leaving it was still blowing hot air. I called the shop to explain and they said it must be a leak. I came back up there they put dye in the system to look for a leak no leaks were located. Another visit they added QUOTE extra dye still no leaks.. Went back up there and now their excuse was even though I paid for the service they were unable to recharge my AC because they needed a special adapter from Chevy but they said don't worry the special adapter will be in within 10 days. Over 2 weeks later still no call from them so I call up there and now they dont know what im talking about. Thanks for ripping off the little guy fellas. Shame on your business practices and lack of customer service. Please stay away, you've been warned...Service: Air conditioning

Soooooo. I made an appointment to get my snow tires on for Saturday and just to be sure I called to check on my appointment on Friday because the gentleman I was talking to when I made the appointment seemed like he was in � hurry when booking my appointment. The woman I spoke to said there was no record of my appointment. Sigh!!!! I am so disappointed. Another person at work warned me about this place, saying they weren't true to their word and they diagnosed her car with a problem that later the dealer said was wrong. Shame on me for trusting them but hey people,watch out!!
