Had a whole side body replaced here and the paint match and precision (allignment) was on point! They also went above and beyond and aligned a taillight that was not part of the repair upon my request and just a little bit out of place! Dealt with Martha at the front desk and she was very communicative; great customer service and was very prompt. TJ who handled the repair was also extremely professional and precise. I m an extreme perfectionist on the smallest thing that could be wrong and he left me in awe with his level of skill making everything perfect! Would highly recommend this shop out of any around!

Tesla model 3I had issues with this place from the beginning of my service. They called me insisting that they were unable to get into my car with my spare key and caused me to leave work to come unlock it. Once I got there, they were actually trying to get into the wrong car. So I had to leave work for nothing because they couldn t simply double check the car they were working on.They also had my car for over two months when the ETA was around a month which I can understand, however they would not keep me as updated as they said they would. Often times I would have to reach out to them to get any news. On the week my car was supposed be finished they said a part was delaying the process by a week, but the delay ended up being 3 more weeks.I finally retrieved my vehicle today on March 22 after numerous delays, when it was supposed to be done by March 1. This shop did offer me a $100 gift card for all of the problems but then they forget about it. I also received my car with stains on my white leather seats and grease prints throughout the inside of my vehicle. My vehicle was given back to me with the passenger window out of alignment. The glass would smack against the outside of the car before closing. I had to take my car back to the shop after getting it back over 2 months later due to improper cleaning and misalignment of my window.

D & S was one of the recommended sites through my insurance after an accident, and I'm glad they were! Pleased with the quality of work and turn-around time for repairs, as well as the little touches they include with customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repairs!

D and S Automotive is a place where I had a flawless experience!From day one to day 10 of my service, everything was handled with personal care and attention to effect efficiency.While I was in contact with a handful of members from D&S I got a feeling that I was working with an organic and agile team that communicates through and through to manage the customers needs.The impression that I formed of the members during the repair process through emails and texts was just as true and valid when I went to pick up the vehicle.Everyone was courteous and welcoming, provided concise and sufficient information to allow for repeat business on equally good terms.If you are looking to have your vehicle back to square one after any calamity, with a little something on top, I would highly recommend D&S as your fully integrated insurance-customer full spectrum service provider.

My car was hit and I chose D&S. Never had to deal with anything like this before, the experience was really great and easy! They were great to deal with! Hopefully I ll never have to get my car repaired again but I ll go here first!! The people were awesome, the job was great!

I am absolutely blown away by this place. Martha was so kind and helpful, keeping me updated throughout the whole repair process. They got my car in very quickly, handled the insurance and even scheduled my rental car for me. This whole process was smooth and painless and I am so thankful I chose to go with this shop!! They did a wonderful job on my car it looks brand new again!!

These guys were amazing. They responded immediately. They organized the rental car for me and had it waiting at their shop when I arrived.The work is perfect. It was all done quickly. Kelly kept me posted with updates of the whole process.I am very very thrilled with their work.

Honestly, I was so upset when a huge tree branch fell on my car, and completely destroyed my hood and side of my car. Had an awful night thinking about having to get it taken care of. Then D&S to the rescue!! They worked directly with my insurance, came and picked up my car. Had it fixed and looking brand new in just a few weeks. Also they completely cleaned it and made it look amazing. The staff is incredible, and kept me up to date the entire time. Thank you for your amazing work everyone! 11/10 work!

D&S staff was very friendly and communicative through the repair process. The work done on my car was top notch and was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in (which was a great bonus)! I will definitely return if I need work done a vehicle in the future as well as recommend them to others.

As an employee for one of largest insurance companies in the US, I have sent many customers to D&S for their car repairs. Never expecting to needing vehicles repairs, I took my own vehicle to D&S. Great communication, friendly, and understanding. D&S exceeded my expectations.

Everything was excellent from the communication to the work done on my car. I highly recommend if you're looking for specialty work or need repairs. The team is easy to work with and I didn't have to guess the next steps, they always relayed it to me!

Used D&S twice for repairs when someone has damaged my car, work is well done and communication was excellent. They were up front on how long things would take and would also tell me if they weren t sure how long something would take to fix instead of over promising and under delivering. I will use D&S again if I ever need damaged repairs to my vehicles.

First of all I was devastated that my bronco had damage at only 6k miles. Nobody wants that or the hassle of repairs, that said I have never gone through a better experience with any repairs shop of any kind. From Tim to Kelly, from my insurance company to enterprise D&S has been fantastic. I would not hesitate to go back or send any friends or family there for any reason. My bronco looks better than when I took delivery from ford. Very impressed

This is the 2nd time i use them. Very pleased with their service and repair. I highly recommend them. Furst tine my insurance sent me to them, the 2nd time, i specifically asked my insurance to send me there. 5 star service. I added before and after pics. Pain match perfectly. Everything lines up perfectly. No evidence of damage.

Start to finish, my concerns and repair needs were their top priority. They took the time to show me the repair procedure, the parts needed and why. Talking about going above and beyond, I was even called in to review several areas and to give the "Ok" to proceed before my vehicle was reassembled! They didn't have to do this, but they did and I can only conclude it was because they cared about getting it right the first time! My 2022 RAM looks brand new, maybe even better than new. Thank you Tim, Kelly and D&S for being a noticeable exception in a sea of ordinary and everyday. I will sing your praises to anyone that might need your services in the future! Dishonest. Selling each part for $50 more than other Auto Parts stores and on top of that they want to charge 2 and 1/2 hours of labor for a less than 30-minute job. My hitch wiring is literally a couple of clips to attach to the tail lights plugs and they wanted to charge me another full hour of labor $112 for a couple of clips.

DS came highly recommended after someone backed into my vehicle. They did not disappoint!! I only had to work with them, they handled the insurance company and rental car company. I got my car back quickly and it looks great. Everyone at D&S treated me professionally and with respect. I will recommend them to anyone who asks!!!

D&S did a great job restoring my son's car after hitting a road sign after sliding on "black ice" and ending up in the grass where he had to be towed out. The shop kept us informed of the repair process. When we got the vehicle back, it looked showroom new.

The business has been so helpful and efficient with getting my car looking good as new! They are very quick, but do good quality work. They even detailed the inside, which was so nice!!!All the team members are extremely nice and I m so happy I chose this place! 10/10 would recommend anyone here
