D&S is the best! Robin is the most professional administrator you could have to walk you through the process. She s sympathetic and knowledgeable. The slightest favor such as removing plates for you isn t beneath her. The estimate team was thorough and really knows their stuff. I appreciate their professionalism as well. This place communicates! Five stars!

After receiving a friendly reminder I thought I would share my experience with D&S automotive. They helped me get my car fixed after I had problems with another shop. They did call with updates which was good because they told me not to call. They finished close to when they said it would be done. For the most part everything looks okay except there's a noticeable mismatch from the passenger fender to the door.

Everybody at D&S was very positive and extremely helpful when it came to overall due process as well as customer satisfaction. Every Individual in which I personally crossed paths with, and or spoke about to pertaining to my prospectus with was knowledgeable, compassionate and a good listener. I m pleased with the service I received, and will recommend D&S to other individuals in the future. Maddie and Robyn especially were a pleasure to work with as they primarily facilitated my experience.

I am very satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle. I was worried that it would be weeks before I got my vehicle back, but it was only 2 weeks, and they kept me informed of the progress. This was an insurance claim, and it was seamless working with the insurance and D&S, and the rental car company. They took care of getting the rental car back so that I didn't have to deal with it. I would definitely recommend D&S.

They were amazing throughout this whole process. They even delivered my Explorer to me when it was done..They did such Ana amazing job on fixing the damage. I would 1000% recommend D & S East to anyone that needs repairs done..Thank you to Jack Heramb and to Robin for keeping me informed..

I am very satisfied with all the work performed on my vehicle!! Jack and Robin (whom I dealt with), are on spot with information and professionalism! The techs in the shop are amazing as well! They worked directly with my rental company to make my transition so much easier and my vehicle was also cleaned inside! So many positives, I would highly recommend! First off I'd like to thank Paula for going above and beyond to help me,the heat in my car was broken for quite some time and needless to say in 30 degree weather I was freezing.Paula got me in immediately and took care of me from start to finish and made me feel like top priority.. Rob and Aris are amazing. These two worked tirelessly on my car to get my heat fixed,the labor normally would have been days to a week anywhere else but these two busted their butts and the car was ready the next day! Paula, Aris and Rob thank you all so much for everything I am so grateful to you. You all werereally were a blessing. Definitely recommend this shop if you want exceptional service .Thanks guys

The customer service is excellent. They not only gave me a ride home after I dropped the car off, but they also delivered the car when it was completed. The workmanship is wonderful it was extremely reasonable and quickly completed thank you so much D&S For your great customer service

Jack did a great job. Communication was spot on. Everyone at this location was kind and friendly. They took all my concerns seriously and Paula scheduled me appropriately. My car looks awesome, clean and went the extra mile to make sure my car looked better than it did before my accident.

We had corner Bumper / Headlight damage from someone hitting it in a parking lot. They completed it quickly and looks good as new. Everything lines up again with the hood and fender also. Would highly recommend them and their quality of repairing our car was awesome. Thank you D&S, we would use them again if needed but let's hope we don't LOL

Have used D & S twice and highly recommend them. They were able to get my damaged car in when the place our insurance company normally deals with couldn't (thank heavens). Robin and Maddie kept me well informed throughout the process, much better than our own insurance company did. Jack was GREAT !! Robin was GREAT. This was my first experience with D&S, but won't be my last. The quality of work was good. They treated me very well.
