Brought 4 tires in for them to be put on. Simple right. I specifically went here bc they have a touchless machine, so that my rims don t get scratched. I don t even know if they used it, as I do see a scratch on one of my rims. Anyway-ALL valve stems were completely loose (they charged me for new valve stems, only to find out when I called about having a flat tire that they did NOT put new valve stems on), they did NOT even put my valve stem covers back on!!! Really??? So there was a huge leak in the above picture valve stem, which caused me to get a flat tire. Thank god I wasn t driving when it happened. Also, my truck calls for the tires to be at 30-above psi. They were all set to 25. When I called, the manager Stephen offered to put new valve stems on free of charge how about I want every single penny that I spent back. He has to check with corporate if he can refund me so, waiting on that. Also, had to miss a whole day of work over this AND go buy an air compressor just to figure out what they screwed up. DO NOT GO HERE.

It's hard to get excited about tires, especially given how expensive they are. But Conrads provides a good experience with knowledgeable people. You start with their web site in which you identify your vehicle, year, etc and they narrow it down for you. Even with that you still have a lot of choices. I actually called and they helped me decide what to get for what I needed. We settled on good tire, not the best, not the cheapest either.We dropped the car off the night before, and they had it on the rack by 8:30. This is awesome - they take video of what they see and narrate. They text a link to you so you can view the video and hear the commentary. It allows you to see what they're talking about instead of just taking their word for it. I love this feature.Getting back to their web site, they tell you the "out the door" price that has all fees. I appreciate them setting my expectations. In my transaction, the out the door prices matched my cost to the penny.Overall, the service at Conrads has dramatically improved. Several years ago it was very painful to drop off a car the night before and either waiting all day, or having to push them to get it done by 6pm. This time, it was very easy and painless.

Shopping for new economical set of tires on line Friend recommended Conrad s. Found tires on internet and alignment needed and booked appointment on line Visit went smoothly and price quoted on website was what I paid. Good Experience

I have been to this particular location several times to have my vehicle repaired. I can say from my experience the technicians did a pretty fair job. They honor there warranty on parts & labor. They clearly state they use genuine NAPA parts. I had a strut plate come loose after they replaced my struts..they fixed it again (no charge) and repaired tire leaks (no charge). This repair facility is a bit pricey. And they have different service writers every visit. Seem to always recommend a repair (don't know if there unnecessary or not). That's my history at this business.I WOULD NOT recommend going to Heisley Tire & Brake. They replaced my brakes and after driving 20 miles. My check engine light came on (maybe coincidence) they checked it ($200 diagnostic) EVAP. leak. P0456. I was told they will replace My fuel pump for $1290It's not bad! (Why?). I declined there offer. After getting my vehicle I proceeded to a gas station & the pump kept clicking off, I couldn't put fuel in my car. I went to a respectable repair shop ($115 diagnosis) I was told someone disconnected my hose & a plug wasPut on my vent valve solenoid. So I WARN that Heisley Tire & Brake have a bunch of pranksters working at there facility. I would not go to Heisley Tire & Brake for service.I don't even know what parts they used could be NAPA- Walmart or junkyard.

Purchased 4 tires - when installed they left the white grease all over the rims and tires. Fast forward 10 months and there was a nail in the tire. Stopped up to have them patch it and they asked me to fill it with air myself and come back in 2 days. Made a left out of the parking lot and went to Heisley Tire and Brake who got me in immediately. Avoid this place

Incompetent and overpriced. Too many times it seems the technicians are just guessing that something will fix your car. Prices are unusually high for budget car work like 500 dollars for a front brake job and will jump to replacing parts when they dont know what the real problem is. Never going there again.

They were very accommodating when my car blew a tire, and I needed it replaced right away. They had what I needed in stock, and I had an appointment for the next day. They were more than willing to work around my schedule. Comparable prices, and very friendly. They communicated promptly when they found a broken tire pressure sensor, and fixed that as well. We are established Conrad's customers, but usually at the Painesville location, which has also been great to work with. This was our first dealing with the Heisley Rd. location, and we are very pleased.

I came into Conrad s for an inspection because my brakes were squeaking. When I picked up my car I was told that the brake pads were fine and I should just add brake grease to get rid of the squeaking. One month later my brake pads were so worn they started grinding and left a groove in my rotors. I had to get new rotors, calipers, and brake pads on the front, all because Conrad s failed to properly inspect my vehicle. I wouldn t trust Conrad s to touch my vehicle ever again. Save yourself a few hundred dollars and go down the street to Heisley Tire & Brake.

Came in for two tires, left with my alignment wrecked. They refused to fix it unless I bought two more tires.Update: A representative from the store contacted me after I posted this review and offered to fix the problems they had caused to my car. I declined, because I do not trust their work.Their technicians made undisclosed and unapproved alterations to my car and allowed me to pull out onto Heisley Road without even a warning about the change in handling. I would not trust them to clean my windshield.

Stopped at this location about a year ago to get a brake job done on a car I had purchased in 2019. It was the first time I had the brakes done on the car in the two plus years I had it at that time. Now a year after that service I need to have the brakes done again. But I won t be taking my car to Conrad s. Spent nearly $2000 for parts and labor that barely held up for a year. Not to mention the service manager made condescending and unprofessional remarks in the inspection video they sent prior to servicing the vehicle. I will be taking my car elsewhere from now on.

I would like to say my experience with Conrad's was great but my multiple visits there have ranged from Satisfactory to extremely poor. My latest issue with them is my brakes were making a very loud squeaking sound after about 30 min of driving and then consistent until I applied the break. I told them this and even provided a video (which both technicians said they couldn't hear anything in) there was clearly something wrong so they said they did a once over on it and didn't find anything. They also test drove it and couldn't replicate the issue. They looked at it again the following week with no success. They pretty much laughed me out of the place like i was making this up.Finally I took it to a recommended mechanic who found the problem in 10 minutes. Even though he could not replicate the issue either he took the brakes off on the back tire and noticed the brakes were not put together right he showed me pictures and they were completely off. He said this was causing the noise because it was causing extra friction and making the brakes over heat> (Conrad's installed the brakes 5 months ago) He did all of this free of charge as well. I wish i would have taken it to him in the first place and avoided this headache of "chain" mechanics which seem to give anyone a tool belt and call them a mechanic. Do yourself a favor and if its more than an oil change go to someone who knows their stuff.

Such a great service for my first time. Will definitely be back again. The guys were very professional and nice. Explained in details where I could understand. Dropped my car off and they told me when it would be done and they weren t. minute past. Loved the test of video of going through the inspection that was great! Thanks again Conrad s!

Sadly, I will never take our vehicles there again. Had to take in our truck for an extreme shaking, Conrad's had it a few days and did an alignment and balanced our tires. After we picked it up the very next day had to drop it back off because of the shaking. They had it for a week, had multiple mechanics take a look then fixed the actual problem and fixed one of our tires that would leak air. Only to find out a few weeks later, they charged us for something they DID NOT actually fix!!! Shame on all of you and now you've lost a customer. I will never take our truck or suv there ever again.

I had a fantastic experience here. They charged me less than I expected to pay and had it done within an hour without making an appointment. I recently bought a car that has definitely been a lemon. I asked about making an appointment to have the other 3 tires replaced and they honestly told me that the other tires were good and didn't need to be replaced now or in the near future. I was thrilled with their work, price, and honesty. I'll definitely be back when the tires actually need to be replaced.

I made an appointment for an oil change when I made the appointment I asked if they took the extended warranty I have yes I showed up today the guy at the front desk was like they don't pay for maintenance my plan does I told him you need to get authorization before doing it so I seen them pull the van in I asked the guy did you call before he. Starts the work they had no clue finally the Boss got involved he called. And said it was all good so now car is done guy goes you owe me I said didn't the warranty cover it in full it was what I askedfor a receipt it was like can't give you one until they pay I wish people would just listen to the customer they know what they have I have more work I need done but I won't deal with this kind of service

I, as well as others I know, have used Conrad's for service with good success, but I guess all good things come to an end. My daughter needed her TPMS sensors replaced and was asked to drop the car off at 8am on a Saturday and it took till closing to complete the work. While looking at other reviews prior to composing this one, I found that others have had similar experiences with the length of service. I completely understand that staffing these days is tough and it was merely an inconvenience, however, the following day, one of the tires began to substantially lose air...of course that was a Sunday, so we had to wait till Monday to contact them about the issue. Upon calling them, they made no attempt at offering to take a look at it immediately and work around my daughters limited schedule. The first available day was Wednesday and were scheduled to come in first thing. Unfortunately, the air loss was becoming more substantial and my daughter was forced to have a local Marathon station, next door to her place of work, take care of it. They found that the rim was not prepared properly, not allowing the tire to seat properly. I understand that this often happens and it's not an exact science, so my disappointment does not relate to the service itself. My complete dissatisfaction is in the fact that I contacted the manager to give him an update as to the status of her vehicle and there was absolutely no level of apology for the inconvenience that we encountered due to their improper service on this particular tire. He really didn't care, which was completely unacceptable and is not indicative of past experience or good business. I was not looking for reimbursement by any means and simply wanted to inform him, so that he could pass this information on to his technicians. My daughter asked a very good question..."Do we stop going to Conrad's?"...the answer, sad to say, is yes, Conrad's has lost our business...all over a loss of a little air and complete lack of concern.

Had a very good experience here today. My service was done in a timely manner. Everything was explained clearly. Loved the new way of sending a video of your car & repairs that possibly need attention directly to your phone, so that you can actually see what is wrong with your car. Andrew was friendly and very easy to talk to. Having a clean waiting area, free secure wifi, drinks & popcorn available to you also helped the time go by more quickly! Thank you Conrad's!

Convenient to schedule service online. Dropped off the car in a well lit parking lot for the next morning. Received a text with a video link of what they were working on in the repair bay. Gave us a description and walk around. Loved that ! Tire repair was quick and on time. Since I bought the tires here the repair was covered, so NO CHARGE! Thank you Conrad's! Will definitely be back when I need tires again. Definitely recommended!

Excellent service and diagnostic testing. I appreciate how they send me a video of the chassis inspection so I can see how thorough they are in checking the tires, brakes and suspension parts. I have full confidence in their expertise and test results. Added bonus, I was able to use a coupon for the services and parts I needed. Their staff is professional, courteous and friendly and the car is kept clean. I highly recommend Conrad s. 5 stars.

Great customer service! The guys sent a video visual inspection to my phone to show the car from underneath and how everything was checking out! That's very informative and I've never had any car care business do that before. The pricing was fair and it took er little time. If you want a great experience, please take your vehicle to Conrad's!

I have been a long term customer. Why? Simple! Appointments are kept, service is done right, prices are fair and they treat you right. I strongly recommend this store for your automotive needs. Also, follow their service recommendations. Our vehicles are expensive to own and operate, but your safety is paramount!

Conrad's exceeded my expectations by beating the price of the set of installed tires by right at twenty-five percent.I'm on a fixed income and had anticipated having to budget putting new tires on my car across two months. But their special deal allowed me to get it all done at once.Aside from price, the friendly atmosphere, willingness to listen to the precautions and special instructions I provided, they were willing and able to get the special order tires in over night and install them faster than expected,They have my gratitude and recommendation.

Have been coming here regularly largely due to the price compared to the stealership. Today wasn t a great experience though. I had an 8 am appointment and when I showed up there were no parking spots so I pulled behind a bay. A man with ogre like demeanor came out and growled at me and informed me to park in the back of the building and something else indeterminable. Okay, not very customer centric but it s a mechanic.I scheduled 4 services at around $750 worth of services. 7.5 hours later no call so I had to call myself. Yeah it s been ready. Okay, whatever. It s just MY time. Got up there and one of the services I asked for wasn t completed because my Hybrid isn t able to be in constant on mode (yes it is and I informed the mechanic how to do it). Overall an okay experience but I might just take it to the Toyota shop next time.

These guys are like family. They take very good care of me and my wife and my daughter. They are very knowledgeable and will only recommend what your vehicle needs.My vehicle is my business and they ensure it is always running at peak performance. They always make me and my family welcome and make sure we leave 100 percent satisfied.I have recommended their facility to other family members and friends and they love them as well. They will continue to have my business for a very long time.Dave, Jen, and Bub, went out of their way to ensure I had total customer satisfaction today. They replaced a right front tire valve assembly at no charge to me after an earlier attempt to repair the same problem failed. They could have made me pay for the part and labor but instead they know I have a long and very strong family vehicle history with them. They service all of my families vehicles. They treat us just like family. After they called and told me my vehicle was ready, I was prepared to pay for whatever repairs they had to perform to get me running safely again. When I got there, Jen told me. No charge. These people had called a tow truck to come to my home because my van was not drivable to get back to their shop, they replaced the complete valve assembly, and road tested my van to ensure no further issues before calling me. I don't know of any other place that would have given that level if service. I am greatly humbled to them for taking such very good care of me. Thank you Dave and Jen and Bub. Picked and scheduled some tires to be replaced online. 4 days later I get a call and they say they don't have the tires their website said they did. Now instead of $400 they claim it will be $600. Bait and switch. Don't sell and schedule something on your website if you don't have the product. Or at the least, match the agreed upon price if a substitution must be made.

Conrad's in Mentor has always done the right work at the right price in the right timeframe for me. Last week I had a suspension issue, and they diagnosed and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. I definitely trust the guys at Conrad's to get the job done with my car!

I am not sure where to start with how pleased I am with my experience.My wife s vehicle had broke down and after calling the dealership I originally purchased it from and being told they couldn t get to it for 2 weeks I called Conrad s. I had them install tires last year and forgot they also repair vehicles also not just tires.Unlike the dealer which I will never buy from again , Conrad s not only helped me with getting it towed into them they also fixed it within day and a half. I also appreciate the video of the troubleshooting that was sent to me so I could see everything they were doing to the vehicle.Conrad s is a AAA authorized repair shop so I got a huge discount with that along with their great service. I was out the door with a repaired and reliable vehicle for my wife and daughter and it was very reasonably priced.The entire staff was very helpful and polite and I recommend them to anyone with any vehicle repair needs !!!! Thanks again guys for getting us back on the road.
